Seems chapter 10 is coming out for us pretty soon too (21st maybe). I haven't cleared chapter 9 due to time constraints, but I must get ready for the great (and likely agonizing) Jintsuu farm one way or another.

The artwork and sexy illustrations is one of AL's selling points. I mean, I retrofitted not just for better stats and skills but also for the better artwork versus the old.

There's no real benefit in going for 3 stars on the event hard mode maps for this one is there? The only reward is for just finishing D4 normally, right?

I believe so, yeah. I think that was the case for the last event, too.

10-1 is pretty hard to do with converge torpedoes on the boss. The torpedo boats tend to pull them away. Looks like I'll need to level Tirpitz a bit more aggressively for this chapter since I need a second BB that can equip a heavier aux gun. This is also the stage where I can't easily autocombat anymore (I had to manual the boss in 9-4). It's a good thing I leveled Akashi throughout this time - I didn't really expect her to be that useful but the % health from her is nice since I use a DD-only frontline for my clear group.

Oof. That video wasn't kidding about those 3star cruiser groups. I just had them instagib my flagship south dakota from full on the last pack of 3 shipgirls. Basically need to have an airstrike ready to drop those projectiles mid-volley. 10-1 and 10-2 were manageable with my existing group but 10-3 is going to be super rough and 10-4 probably impossible atm. Jintsuu's going to really make me work for this.

Alright, I'm on the 10-4 farm. I had to add Javelin to my clear group and switch in the underlevelled Enty with her level 1 Lucky E over a fox, and replaced a fox with Hood on the boss group. Most importantly I finally figured out how the boss' pattern worked. A few unlucky spawns but I got her down.

10-4 seems to be a significantly easier boss in that converge torpedoes are effective again. Her damage is still really high and clearing is really tedious, but at least I can use carriers again.

Got Jintsuu yesterday. I'm not sure how much I ran 10-4, but it was probably about 30-40k oil worth at ~75 an attack. Now it's time to double down and catch up on the event shop.

Slowly getting rid of Commons or 'easily farmable' shipgirls to save space (while using a lot of Event units I don't plan to use as replacement Commission workforce).

Currently at 1524 gems saved & stocked. Only costume I'm almost guaranteed I'd want to buy is Ayanami's Rock KIJIN...although I'd be very tempted if another 2 for 1 Oath rings comes out for sale again. (But ones like Cleveland's L2D suit & such are also quite enticing)

Yeah, dock space has been a pain. I have about ~10 slots for drops that all go into enhancement or are immediately retired when convenient. The only reason I am holding onto a bunch of ships is because of their limited availability or in the hopes that new sections for Collections get added so I can grab some easy gems off of them. I also have way too many purple bulins.

I wish there was more opportunities to get free gems as it's sometimes not enough for f2p people. I mean this game is f2p friendly and you can pretty much get everything (Except collab and limited event ships but they come back)
