Since I got a new phone that's not actually a toaster I can finally start playing this mobage, yeah.

Was marathon rerolling for Yuri for a few hours and managed to get him. Also got a few more Mirrage Artes from rolling all the promo story gachas.

Since I dunno what to do atm, I'm doing the Festival event (despite it going to end in 12 hours lol) so I can at least unlock Lailah.

Yeah too bad you started late. As long as you get Lailah it's fine. If you can make it, make sure to grab as much nexus shards (the character level uncap items). The small ones.

Next event is Hearts and Innocence themed which means it's gonna be rainbow sync so no worries for power level character wise.

Well, managed to unloclk Lailah and bought a summon ticket and the weapon to get her arte at least.

Guess I'm gonna do the Exclipse event next. It's nice that I can finish some of the event missions by doing quests not related to it.

Did you at least get her cheapest 4*weapon from the shop?
And yeah, the do x number of Just and MAs are standard method for getting currencies in a rerun. Pick a character you can combo easily with and practice.

Yeah I got enough to buy her weapon.

Yuri is pretty easy to use so I've been getting them consistenly.

Seems like you can do an enhanced version of 5* arte if you Just timing it?

The enhanced version happens when you manage to make consecutive arte chains. In Yuri's case it happens if you activate it as the 6th or more in a combo.

So for Exclipse the only way you can gain currencies is by doing the event missions?

Yes. All rerun events do this. Just play on manual, do the orders (best way to do that one is open the game every hour for the leveling part and set the rest to 10 hours) as much as you can.

Ughhh my first 10 roll into Sylph gacha and of course i got the MA i wanted the least. Rot in the ground Kongwai.

Wow, damn this event sure gives tonnes of Gald. At loss on what to use them for when I have too much that I can spend lol.

The 3 steps gacha is tempting, but my diamonds are too low to actually pull it off.

Seeing the boss challenge quests, I just realized that Lailah event also had the Exp Carnival thing which I didn't try at all thinking it was not event related. Regret.

I'm floating around 40M gald and not even upgrading a bunch of artes put a dent to it.

Stepup gacha is a scam unless you really want one of those chars or their MAs. 600 dias for 1 guarantee 5* is iffy.

Exp carnival is basically daily free 16 dias on top of the excellent character exp.

Hmm, guess I'll save the diamonds for the future then. Would be nice to get Velvet/Tear but I'll wait it out.

After looking at it again, the stepup gacha comes with really good MAs. Tear's is damage+AoE Heal(always useful), Velvet's is a huge AoE damage attack, Ix with poison effect. If you like these characters i'd say the gacha is worth a shot. Guarantee 5* means guarantee character unlock anyways.

Just finished all 45 challenge quests. They're way easier compared to the last set with Undine. Victory tickets got me Meredy's gMA and dupe Velvet so this was a good day.

What's victory tickets? I thought there was only Kohaku and Hisui tickets from doing those, which I utterly fail to get a 5* or an MA with all of those. Sad since knowing the rate should be 11% combined.

Think I can only manage up to 20 challenges with my current battle power.

Victory tickets guarantee you a 4* and up arte with a 10% chance for a gMA. The catch is that the arte could belong to anybody in the game (the offer for now is currently for characters before 26/6+ Kohaku & Hisui). You get them from the higher challenge quests so it might be harder for you to get.

Some battle tips:
-Use stat sticks. If your character have empty weapon slots, equip them weapons from another character you don't use so they can at least get some attack boost.
-Dash artes that let you dodge and gives you invincibility frames are king. Look them up and try to enhance them. Also look for artes that have Iron Stance break attributes. They make bosses easier.

Also try to exploit enemy weaknesses i guess. Gives you an advantage in damage power. Not sure how many characters you have that are viable, but Yuri and all the free event characters so far are pretty good choices already.

Hm, it seems the real hurdles in this game is enhancing the artes. Rip mats.

Think the characters that are viable to me are
- Ix -> lots of artes options and I got his Shredding Talons and Obliteration Surge too. No GMA tho
- Mileena -> no GMA but she's my main healer due to her MA.
- Kohaku -> pretty stacked since I got her heal arte and Explode is OP lmao
- Hisui -> actually dunno about him but I got his Cure and Air Thrust. Just leveling him up for the Event.
- Sara -> haven't tried her but I got a bazillion of her 4* weapons
- Senel -> like Sara and I also got his GMA

The other GMA I have is Luke and Sync, but I don't really have their weapons.

Other characters I have is uh, Repede, Sophie, Raine (has her 5* weapon), and Lloyd (also got his 5* weapon).

Guess I'll try the stepup gacha after I got enough diamonds.
