I feel that's just porn because considering their kinship ties, it's also gross. That, and maybe Prillya was responsible? Haven't watched it, but will blame it for anything.
I think the idea that Rin & Luvia are possibly partially attracted to each other through their bickering/rivalry is more of a porn bisexuality thing than anything true. By which I mean doujins.

I for one feel Rin was acting super OOC in that particular scene, only acting super sexually aggressive for the sake of the porn and nothing else, and considering she doesn't mention any future attraction to girls much in this or any other route aside from a passing comment makes me believe she's mostly heterosexual with the occasional gay urge.
