Medusa's design is...alright; really most of FSN's cast are just Alright when it comes to design. Archer might actually be the most standout design-wise, being that he's essentially Batman but actually Tanned Red Batman. The problem with her as a character is that due to her utter lack of dialogue compared to everyone else (which extends everywhere she goes; she was outshone in Extella too) she just doesn't get to express anything that would make her memorable. She's an interesting character if you read her mats and get her bond/ascenscion/interlude lines in GO, but really the same goes for Boudica. It's convincing people to go to that trouble that's the problem.

I disagree, Medusa's only good scenes were the ones in FHA in which she acted like a sexual predator because it's funny seeing her make Shirou and Mitsuzuri very uncomfortable, specially that one time Sakura was near and she abandoned the act immediately. Then you play her interlude and she's all shy and shit on the date and isn't even trying to cuck Mash and it's all very boring. Her ascensions and My Room lines don't really have anything interesting or new.

Νeither does her Extella storyline, but they're the only things that offer insight into her character outside her few lines in FSN/FHA.

Is she really exposed though, I mean when in the story does she appear in her first stage get up. Everything above that is plain, but not really slutty. More stereotypical rpg design

The story doesn't exist in isolation of the playable unit though. You'll inevitably see that.
If they don't want to portray her as a slut then don't draw her like one in any of her forms. Or, you know, don't write an entire interlude about your characters joking about how she looks like a generic hentai character about to be raped by orcs. Specially DON'T do that when she's based on a real person and her entire backstory is that she went on a rampage after her daughters were raped.

The thing that hurts Medusa most is her lack of appearances yeah. But even then there are characters that only appear a little and are way more interesting. Cursed Arm for an example.
