I don't think we should have beasts as playable servants because it reduces the impact that they have as big civilization cancers.

Also I think that it's hard to get a feel for Divine Spirits more now with all the watered down servant god characters that aren't really the divine spirits in power or personality.

Just wait until LB 5 disappoints with all Pseudos except for Caenis.

I thought Poseidon seems to be gone in LB5, since Caenis has his Authority. Also, Issei Hades would be fun.

Beast is a container, it just so happens that the candidates also fit Servant Classes. Or can force themselves into one.

I don't like the idea of playable Beasts either. Goetia possibly coming back as a character is one thing but having him in my farm team is another.

I acknowledge the inevitability though.

I don't think we'll ever get a playable beast "class", but we've already got two beast candidates in standard class containers, and I think there's a decent chance that pattern of nerfed versions of beasts being summonable will continue in the future. (Kiara and Kama)
