We know True Ancestors exist in most Fate timelines considering how it's mentioned that Consort Yu is similar to what the Mages Association classifies as True Ancestors.
So it probably means Arc was still created.
As for KnK, I find it interesting that it might have taken place in a Fate timeline.
Makes me wonder if Aoko never went to Misaki in most Fate timelines.

That mean Arc won't go berserk and most TA are still alive? I mean in Tsuki most TA are killed by Arc in the castle and the remaining ones are killed by Church and DAA if I remembered

Considering Alice's house is in the same location as the Tohno home, I wonder if they're simply situated in another portion of Misaki then? The Tohnos I mean.
I believe it was in the Dantes drama CD? Does anyone know specifically?
The Tohnos are almost universally terrible horrible people so the Fate timelines not having them would not bother me in the slightest

That seems pretty terrible.
Due to roa and caps-kun influence arguably he has a pretty good insanity defense ready considering his brain was literally jury rigged to that of a serial killer and a rapist.
Why wouldn't the Tohno exist in Fate timelines? I see no reason for that.
Also Shiki is a Nanaya. Besides, Ciel would have been down for it if she wasn't busy at the time!

He only used a rape threat once out of desperation if it meant getting to where Arc is in hopes of stopping her from getting herself killed. Still pretty low tho.
Besides that, he was never in control/sane any other time he actually did rape someone. Thank Roa and getting drugged to hell for that.

I've heard claims that FGO shows that KnK might be part of Fate worlds or something. Is there any truth to that claim?Wasn't his Nanaya blood also making him invert sometimes, like that one part where he almost rapes Arcueid?
