Well, the shot itself might still be suspiciously low quality, but the direction and the once again on point choice of music are really telling of the talent lurking somewhere in White Fox's closet. I definitely need to catch up to GS, just so I can rant more about Based White Fox if nothing else.

Golden Kamuy Episode 19 - Another episode dedicated to exploring a character's backstory. This week it's the "Wildcat Sniper" Ogata Hyakunosuke and it somehow manages to be even more dark than Tanigaki's last week. A illegitimate child of a one night stand between a lieutenant and a geisha, Ogata never knew parental love and so after joining the military he killed his own father and made it look like a suicide in order to create a upheaval that would allow the villainous Lt.Tsurumi to advance further up the ranks. But now that he's working with the heroes, can he really be trusted?

But forget all that, we arrived at the beach!
