That SAO episode was trying. I can buy him being a world so real he dosn't realize somethings up. But not needing a popup menu to eat lunch out of stasis but it still spoiling while there. And that bit about the soul being nerve responses really pissed me of. Then there's the assassination attempt which managed to somehow deliver a fast acting drug through two layer of clothing, into the shoulder, and Kirito deciding to use his longer range weapon to stab the guys leg instead of the chest, or just knocking his arm aside or something. An umbrella is nowhere close to a sword but it's at least a minor bludgeon.

I wouldn’t have been as bothered by Kirito’s lack of real life sword skills if Fairy Dance and Ordinal Scale show he has them.

Wow, Conception was fucking terrible. Virgin Pregnancy turns into a Newgrounds animated demon, which means that MC has to knock up his cousin for real now or they can't go home. And people only move their mouths half the time they're speaking dialogue. Except for the Tanuki, which has almost zero. There were more breasts in the sister fucking show, than the one about literally getting twelve women pregnant.
