Extella material actually states that Sefar's STR alone is on par with Amaterasu's entire existence.

Outside of the simple numbers, it's quite easily inferable from "this approaches the Gold-Fur White-Face in her nine-tailed form" that the mythical nine-tailed Tamamo is stronger than Titan!Sefar.

This has never been source or even hinted at by Narita or Nasu (not in tweets, or afterwards or whatever) . This is literally made up. At least for the whole "Narita wanted F/SF servants out of FGO' has some basis in Edison or whatever.

At any rate, Nagato viewed magecraft and martial arts as equal, and was attempting to reach the Root via a state of mushin (no-mind) when he was recruited by the Einzberns and Makiri.

The Tohsaka gave up on the Greater Grail, and now seek a new path in becoming one with the universe with Chinese Kenpou while learning magecraft. The twin-tail daughter of the family might also end up becoming the founder of a “completely new martial arts that combines magecraft and Chinese Kenpou” by the time she becomes a high school student.

Martial arts part it's right. But I think since it's never mentioned what exactly Nagato used to to practice in SN's materials, and Apocrypha label it as a "new path", you could argue the chinese part is not.
