Maybe at some point gobboes were an actual race, up until they lost a big bad war, or were slaughtered by some kingdom or another. Would they have ever actually had a culture of their own?

they were created evil because there needs to be low level fodder, they are meant to have no backstory or justification for their actions
entire setting is gods rping superhard in their version of dnd and everyone else is suffering consequences
as in they are actively roleplaying as events of the GS unfold and the world is literally being created on the fly for that sole purpose

Since everyone was talking about it , and i like fantasy, i gave it a look.

Its pretty much style over any sustance. In the first episode , its all like ....oh, this is not your typical fantasy anime, did you tought the story would be about sword guy with a little harem, bam, no, ...they were slaughtered and this is some dark shit. Then, you see the big boobed girl in the second episode and the truth is the anime is as full of cliches as any fantasy one ,but relies on graphic content to catch attention.

Also, a story is as good as ts antagonist, and the goblins are just mindless hordes, if this isnt relaly anything beyond MC and his supportin team killing them, there is not that much hook. I will not bash it but is not groundbreaking with any means

If this dude was a Type moon heroic spirit, i dont see anything but Berserker for him, he is totally obsessed with one thing, but yet he is not driven by rage, he is calm and methodic on his killing

Though for this show it seems like a bit much. There's way worse things out this season, like Conception.

Conception's existence is something I'll never understand. Why the hell adapt a medicore forgotten PSP RPG now? Years ago when the game and the sequel were released I'd understand it is to promote the game, but why now?
I know about the PS4 remaster, yes. But then the question moves to, why remaster this game and give it an adaptation? Of all things out there, why this obscure thing everyone forgot until the anime (and later the remaster) were announced?

Lots of Berserkers do; what most defines Goblin Slayer is his absolute obsession with Goblins to the exclusion of everything else. In other words, Madness Enhancement.

Just like Nightingale and her health obsession.

I said it before but GS would be a shoe in for the Avenger class mainly because he refuses to die before all goblins are dead even if he is injured he will continue to fight against the goblins.
He would be only very effective against goblins though and wouldn’t a good choice for a Grail war.

His Berserker self on the other hand would make him see all his enemies as goblins which in turn would make him more effective. Because to me as long as he sees his enemy as a goblin he would be as his best.
However he would be harder to control and might even consider his Master a Goblin if he is evil since in his mad state he would take into account his sister’s words meaning to Berserker an evil person would eventually turn into a goblin and lust be stopped.

He has killed non goblins before. Although you are right in the sense that he wouldn’t pick a fight with Servants unless he is convinced that they are spawning goblins then it becomes a Dark elf situation.
However if he could erase goblins with his wish it would motivate him to fight although as mentionned before his arsenal is only at its best when fighting goblins so he wouldn’t very strong compared to other Servants.

He'd be beaten by Rin wearing boxing gloves, let's be honest. Servants break the sound barrier, this dude just fights angry green midget creatures. There was a Goblin Slayer stat sheet on Reddit a little while back, and they put all his stats at E, and some people weren't happy about that, but even E is stretching it.

do note so far he doesn’t go ham on melee, he does a lot of running away to lead them to more disadvantageous areas and traps so he can pick them off one bye one

I mean, as he is in the novel, yeah, but have you taken a look at what becoming a Servant does for your status? Marie Antoinette, who did all of zero physical activity during her life, got STR: D, END: D and AGI: B (to say nothing of her B+ LCK, B MGI and A+ Noble Phantasm). GS still wouldn't become Herc or anything, but a respectable D STR (akin to Emiya's) with maybe C END and B AGI wouldn't be that much of a stretch.

Reminder that Archer is the guy who's Shirou in his prime and has used magecraft so many times that he's innately boosted himself to superhuman levels, so I feel that the comparison isn't exactly too analogous.
