Still waiting for DDD, Tsukihime, and other Non-Fate Type Moon works to show up as Lost Belts we have to destroy to restore the Main Timeline.
I feel Hollow should also be a Lostbelt because the word Singularity is mentioned and because of how fucked up its timeline is.

That's because it was in the FGO stream, but the actual announcement wasn't in the FGO Project section but the Fate one like the HF movie info.

The way the Nasu multiverse works is that timelines that have reached an endpoint/exhaust possibilities are culled from the World tree and abandoned. The ones that manage to somehow keep going anyway become Lostbelts- incorrect timelines that shouldn't exist.
The current plot of F/GO is about these discarded timelines trying to replace/take over from the main timeline so they get to exist.
FGO basically encompasses TM at this point.

Hashtags are so people can easily search. Marking a tweet with #FGO doesn't necessarily mean anything more than that's a better hashtag to get it noticed.
But yeah GO basically is TM now.
It's not when they basically made a point to have it in the Fate part of the stream instead of the FGO related projects one. FGO hashtag is also the only official Fate one currently being used (outside of HF), of course they would use that for something in a FGO stream (even tweets about HF used that hashtag).

The FGO hashtag has nothing to do with the stream. Well, we'll see what this is all about. My bet is Clock Tower 2015.
The FGO hasthag is the only logical one to use in a FGO stream if you don't have one (or can't reveal it yet). That's nothing new.
And maybe, but don't see the point of hiding what it is then. Clock Tower 2015 would be nice but the surprise angle would be kind of useless, if anything it would deflate the whole thing once it's revealed.
