Future Type-MOON Projects You'd Like to See

The thread's purpose, which is in the title, is to more in-line with wishful thinking than speculation, so I'll start it with a doozy pie-in-the-sky dream.

My dream Type-MOON project--as in, something I could see Current Year TM doing--is a third-person perspective character action video game starring Mysterious Heroine X that takes place in the Servant Universe. Something with lots of combos, gameplay options, kicking music, memorable setpieces and bosses, and some story that includes MHXA that'd be both zany and make me get misty-eyed from the loss we know is set to come.

Basically, I want Nasu to play DMC5, get inspired, and go from there.

Also, get a dev for it who doesn't suck.


Also also obligatory "release Tsuki:RE/Girl's Work/Mahoyo 2+3/DDD volume 3 already' comment. Get outta here with that weakass oft-parroted shit and get creative, instead.

A Grail War MMO where you and 6 friends hop onto Steam/Switch/PSWhatever, build a Master and Servant, select a stage and play out a Grail War. Heck, make it 14 people so you can Command Spell your friend into killing himself at a clutch moment.

Or just do Fate again. Since we have also been spamming Fate/Fighting game and RPG lately, maybe something different, a multiplayer game which you can play a Grail War that have duration from 30-90 minutes per game.

As for Fate in itself, well first I have to experience Reqiuem first before anything else. Other then that I'm fine with mostly anything.

Even better would be to make it a No More Heroes-ish game and have her be targeting all the other saberfaces. Suda's humour would work way better with MHX too.

For a DMC game I'd go with Tsuki actually. Have Shiki trying to stop the Dark Six ressurection or something. The Undead could easily sub in for demons and the other DAA's for the bosses. Then once the game finishes you unlock Arc, Ciel, and Sion modes.

As for what I want, a proper full RPG, none of this watered down for mobile, gatcha stuff. Give me a full 80 hour RPG, with proper fleshed out characters and development. A game where the main component is the story and the gameplay, not grinding for materials to enhance characters.

I'd say a proper 2D Fate fighting game by Arcsys, but since they're doing that Granblue game already, it's not that far a leap for fate to get one too. Possibly with a decent story mode too.

Executors' Eucharist: Some kind of project that explores the Burial Agency, Executors and how the twilight side of the Church deals with the nonsense of the Nasuverse and how much interaction it has with the conventional public-facing dioceses and believers.

Also I've pitched this as a fanfic idea before but a Battlestar Galacticaesque anime series about Wandering Sea Estray being on the run from a determined group intent on breaking into the moving mountain range to acquire Age of Gods artefacts or magecraft and ultimately destroy the Moving Tomb. I want to learn more about the aspects of mage life and the Association that aren't just "Clock Tower and the adventures of magical London university professors".
