I'm pretty sure I've read a doujin exactly like that, with the added bonus that Bedivere was a girl, because back then there was nothing to prove this wrong.
O great doujins of yesteryear, where have you gone?
"Here's a bangin lil' tune about takin' on The Man!"
(Check out my Super Special Awesome Servant Compendium here)
Or just do it all in an OVA series. I would be 100% there for more Tsukihime content, even if I never finished the original VN.
I remember not particularly liking Shiki, but I did enjoy most of the characters orbiting him.
Edit: I remember reading once upon a time that Nasu had three ideas for the ten minute blurb following Carnival Phantasm.
1. The F/Proto short cobbled together from his leftover notes which we ultimately got in the final product
2. A joke Neco Arc vs Saber Lily duel
3. A Tsukihime 2 trailer in the same vein as 1
I'd love to see the other two come to fruition some day. Maybe we'll get lucky and see one at the next big anniversary.

Spoiler:
SOL of the cast from Murder at the Kogetsukan.
Need more Juliet in my life.
My Fanfics. Read 'em. Or not.McJon01: We all know that the real reason Archer would lose to Rider is because the events of his own Holy Grail War left him with a particular weakness toward "older sister" types.
Weird thread to be asking that, TBH.

Well, I understand that a lot of suggestion in this thread are dumpster in the fire beside mine :v

There's some new type Moon projects that I do like to see happen continue or some new fresh ideals come up happening in the future coming here's my list what I like to see coming :
Mahoutsukai no Yoru ( rest of the translation of the story to be finished)
Melty Blood - hope for some new characters add to the arcade game.
Waiting for Tsukihime remake to come in the future once Heaven's Feel third movie and having Hollow Atraxia come out as the final two come out as a end.
Carnival Phantasm - like to see other characters from type moon series spotlight attention, Mahou tsukai no yoru, knk, melty blood, fate extra, fgo. Imaged scene you all like to see happening on Carnival Phantasm. I really think they should do some holiday specials Halloween ,Christmas and Valentine Day.
Hmmm... not too much of a necro, I should think.
So, obligatory ones first:
- Tsukihime Remake. Sacchin route plz. Finally, plz. Just let the meme die. And yes, that means H.
- Tsuki 2, because this is a meme in its own right. Dun care if it's got H or not, but this VN needs to be a thing.
- Fire Girl, because we need new shit. There's only so much Saberface I can take before I OD, and I'm getting dangerously close to it.
- Mahoyo. All of it. And I mean this more generally as well, but actually do some official translations. GO does well enough globally that T-M should really start throwing bones to their international audiences and get their other content out in languages besides JP.
- Something something DDD. Ah, volume 3. Or more.
- Notes, because it needs love and has potential for awesome.
- Basically, everything that's already out there needs to be continued. All of the junk that's been stuck in the Soondere category needs to become Nowdere.
Now, as for some new things...
- An annual doujin contest, with the winner (and maybe the runner up) ending up as a possible property for T-M to produce. Might be H, might be not, might have more than one category. Doesn't have to be canon, and some of it would probably be best to not be such, but this would give the company a potentially wider range of IPs to work with. And maybe lighten the load on the staff (or whatever it is that's been keeping the above stuff in limbo forever). Needless to say this is kind of a crazy idea, but having them operate a bit more like a publishing house in this regard might help them out a bit. We're still gorging on Fate content, but there's eventually going to be a saturation of Grail War-themed works out there. Also goes without saying that this should be done internationally, meaning take submissions from around the world rather than doing a bunch of these.
- Something Sci-fi. Notes, Tsuki no Sango, and EXTRA brush the genre, but they're also firmly fantasy, and more the latter. Taking things in a very different direction could be refreshing. Maybe a space opera?
- An actual horror story in the mainline Nasuverse where the MC is literally just an ordinary person. No special powers, no extraordinary potential. Just stuck having to try to survive the kind of nightmare fuel that is the Nasuverse when you have no supernatural chops. Maybe you could lighten it up a bit, sure, let the hero get some kind of item that saves their bacon or lets them fight back, but really, I kind of want something that gives us a real perspective on how normal people in the setting react to the craziness of a setting with man-eating demons and hybrids, psychotic espers, magi that think nothing of experimenting on people, and vampire outbreaks that wipe out the populations of entire islands. Maybe have them be somebody who happens to live in a town that Roa reincarnated into or something, and they're trying to survive and save their loved ones and themselves without having any real power, even as outside forces show up to murder everyone who might have seen anything a la Kerry's childhood.
- I like the Servant Universe idea Irun suggested, though I agree that MHXA dying would be brutal. Still, sacrifices for good stuff.
- I also like the idea of exploring the Reverse, but I have my own personal ideas on that and I don't want to blow them right now since I might actually do something with them at some point.
- Nasuverse Tabletop. There's a market for it, certainly. Definitely within JP, but also likely abroad to at least some degree. The whole idea of Fate is basically just that ageless nerd debate: "Who would win in a fight?" Actually having something that people could play, rules and mechanics for different styles of play, stat blocks for canon characters (and all the powerlevel questions that would answer), and actual explanations on how some of this is supposed to work would be golden. Not even counting what it'd do to the RP board here.
- New Melty Blood, picking up a few new characters and a new VN style plot. Or maybe a reissue and upgrade of the old stuff ReAct with an expansion and extension of the plot. Basically, combine the storyline, throw in some new characters (Mahoyo and KnK, or even some Masters from FSN), make a more comprehensive game. I personally really want to see Capslock-kun in Melty. And maybe Edmond Dantes as a secret boss for a Roa route XD.
- Individual works that emphasize the main factions within the core Nasuverse; DHO, Church, Mage's Association. Not necessarily in that order, but the Association has Melloi. Though, that said, a post-UBW Rin & Shirou series, or VN for that matter, would be good. Including if it was post Good End, which makes things even crazier and lets us see Saber in modern England. Not to mention more Luvia~ Maybe for the Church they could do something that focuses on Riesbyfe, but I feel like we might be better off with an original cast for that. And for the DHO, that end of the Bakufu idea sounds interesting, too.
- An anthology series might be nice to see, especially as an anime, along the lines of the Ten Nights of Dream. Not porn, but rather, individual stories plucked from the multiverse that could give us glimpses of the setting and lots of speculation and ideas to play with. Maybe it's something Zelretch and Cuabac are doing for shits and giggles, or maybe it's part of Zel's lessons to his students Rin, Luvia, etc...
- GO x Tsuki. April Fool's just made me want.
- An Isekai, you say? Maybe some weird AU timeline where the Velber's weren't a thing and the AoG never ended, and some schmuck gets reincarnated there because of a botched summoning... Hmmm... Ideas forming.
- That aforementioned normal grail war sounds p cool. Maybe do something in the Apocryverse where it's a replica grail and the MC is the master of an irregular Assassin. Or maybe it's a smaller cast and there's no one set MC, but multiple stories wound up and twisted by the war and their desires.
- A weird idea, but a post-UBW two-season anime focusing on, of all people, Shinji. His exposure to the grail mud and having Illya's heart attached have left him with some weird side-effects that are becoming more apparent with time. Set after he's left Fuyuki for college, it deals with him being confronted by his past misdeeds and the bizarre symptoms first manifesting from his ordeal, trying to reconcile with those he's wronged, and trying not to become a guinea pig for local magi in the school (or die from whatever's happening to him). Considering Shirou says he became a better person afterwards, I'd actually like to see the process in action and the final result.
- A Fate MMO sounds nice, but I'd dump the Master/Servant pair. The power level disparity there is just too high for a WoW or Tera free-roaming model. Anyting that could contend with a Servant seriously should oneshot a Master, making the difficulty extreme. Plus, you'd be controlling both chars, which would get confusing. Instead, go full Ainsworth and Class Card the hell out of it. Class change becomes possible, as does swapping Heroic Spirits, with the ability to level individual Saint Graphs and Classes, as well as your baseline Master. If it were me behind it, I'd say dump the core setting in the Everdream, but since I'm not, the Reverse of the World would be fine, too. Iz all about modern people with Servant powers dicking around with supernatural shit because Magi. This model would open it up for a lot of updates that could make it sticky, since you can always add new Classes and Saint Graphs. You can even have a Monster Hunter-like option to get escorts for undersized parties that you can slap Cards and Saint Graphs on, that way you can drag around your favorite Waifu or Husbando when you solo, keeping the Pokémon-esque gotta catch 'em all element. I'd actually considered something like this for an RP once, but it'd be really complicated to run. The events of it are referenced in one of my fics; the backstory to one of the Sabers dealt with something like this. I can't help imagining what Regalia would have been like if it had used this model.
- A regular Fate RPG would be nice, too, but it'd probably have to be something akin to some of the time travel ideas described above. Or maybe that Isekai thing.
- Edited in because I didn't think of it at first, but the abandoned routes of FSN bundled as a separate game. Caster, Shinji, Illya, Mash (or whoever proto-Shielder was), and the fabled Taiga route that got rejected out of hand. I want to see what those would have been.

Maybe something like HGW just like in FSN but with action combat gameplay where we can play as 7 different masters end each one with multiple endings. Maybe projecr like this need like 5 years? Who cares, I want to see something like that

I would like some sort of new visual novel but like, for cellphones. I've been reading ebooks in my phone and it's so practical, I think I'd be willing to pay for a nasu VN on my phone. A new story, obviously, since I'm aware of fsn for phones.
Didn't FSN have a release for Android? Or ws it just Fate?I remember something long those lines...
