I don't like how everyone just points to the doc anytime something comes up. The discussion is the fun part. A wiki better not make that even worse.

He never sleeps. He never dies.
Battle doesn't need a purpose; the battle is its own purpose. You don't ask why a plague spreads or a field burns. Don't ask why I fight.
Discussions are fine and all, and I love them, but at the same time, if you need a quick reference, a wiki is best. Also, wikis don't make the problem worse. On the contrary, they actually organize discussion more depending on where it's started, whether it be a discussion thread or the comments on a page.
Ideally. Especially in case of this franchise, where you need extensive discussion attached to the term explaining what the heck the mushroom meant by it back then eleven years ago, it would be nice to actually have that discussion there, be it from here or le reddit or /fgog/ or Dark Side of the Moon or wherever the heck, bypassing fandom clique politics to tell the truth, or as many facets of it as possible.
Instead though, in fandom wikis, you keep getting shit like this:
Besides fixing how it's managed it should also have a new host, wikia/fandom is bad.
Zurvan, agreeing with LeopardBears is dangerous.
Technically speaking, I recently discovered that EGGS is actually doing a much better job managing the wiki lately. It kind of helps that there seems to be an unwritten policy lately that you can't post anything without clearly specifying its source.

Has someone translated a lot of the sources used in the wiki? Because it has a bunch of sources it cites that are all in Japanese and are blank on the English translation, which I always found weird.
Thats’s a good question. I doubt anyone would object to someone filling in the English, but I would expect that they’ll delete it unless you first confirm with them that you can read and translate Japanese text.

Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.
