The problem is what determines when an attack takes off multiple lives and how many. Excalibur doesn't yet Caliburn does for some reason.

Saber just didn't have enough mana to use Excalibur properly in Fate, which is why they had to use Caliburn. But otherwise Excalibur would be fine.

I joined two years too late...
Considering Zurvan is far from the only user behaving like him, I think his cynicism is somewhat justified. The relative newbies are the only ones with any motivation to actually make a new wiki, let alone edit it to this site's standards, not the experts we need.
Look, if some cynism is going to stop this thing dead in its tracks then let me be honest, its doomed to fail.
The reason I laugh isnt some cynical snobbiness a la Oh ho ho ho ho laugh, its because I (and others I'd assume) have seen this argument more than once. Its not some new issue, and not one thats easily fixed. Whether it be "fixing" the wiki (which imo is getting better) or starting all over, both require dedication and a good deal of very boring work. Even if you manage to fix it, various old mistakes are probably deeply rooted in some older posters/fans, whether they want to or not. Then there's the issue of freedom thats generally a thing for a wiki. You want to have only a select few allowed to edit? Or everyone? Both sides have its merits and disadvantages.
The road ahead of either path isnt going to be short and simple.
Now, I'll say this again to you Draconic, since you didnt get it the first time. I'm not saying you shouldnt try, nor am I saying that it cant be done. What I'm saying, whether its the wiki or your grand idea of boosting BL's userbase, is that I'm doubtful of its success. You want to do it go ahead, make a thread, contact staff/translators/artists whoever and add actions to your words. You want to call me jaded and a shitter, sure go ahead, personally I think some realism (or cynism if you prefer to call it that) is more healthy than baseless positivity. By all means go ahead and prove me wrong, start up your projects if you think thats the way forward. If you end up right, I'll gladly admit being wrong.
Otherwise, I guess I won't be surprised

Can we just update Seika Doc to encompass everything that has been figured out since Extra instead?
The doc is a reference tool for arguments, not a wiki substitute, and certainly not something people should be pointed to in lieu of discussion or, idk, reading the source material instead of looking for pre-chewed and synopsised information.
You're making it sound like a wiki shouldn't exist in the first place!
