That person is a dickwad, full stop. I mostly remember using trade evolutions in the 3DS era, when I have actually had a friend who I can trust, and because Friend Codes make the distance part irrelevant.
Now I know why people prefer to catch older pokemon in their original game than catch them in newer gen
Just started X. Honestly even though Ultra sun supposed to be visually most appealing, I found Pokemon X to be better for me. Even Ultra Sun has full 3D with good proportioned people it lag so much when battling
It also looks better than Gen 3 Remake. Shame that it has very few legendaries

Regional variants again huh... Wish theyd make more actually new pokemon but eh, at least these regional variants look great. That Zigzagoon especially so.
I'm a big fan of regional variants so I'm glad to see them come back, and I'm especially glad to see cross-gen evolutions come back. There haven't been any since gen 4! Zigzagoon and Linoone look amazing.

The only leaks of I want to know now is Farfetch'd evo and Eternatus. The first I'll have to wait a while for it but with the last we'll have to wait until the actual release, because you know, the third legendary is a kind of Secret Boss of sort in middle of nowhere in the initial games of the gen.
