I certainly wouldn't call him that though his psychological issues seem to less be due to any inner turmoil and more often due to outside forces (beyond his anti-nihilist idea of just enjoying life for tomorrow you could die due to lines causing your brain to break), which does make him rather...kinda normal-ish I feel.

Really? I mean, having never played either Extra or CCC, I don't have much to go on, but his Extella version is - well, bland, really. He's basically the same as Guda(k)o. Is that different in either Extra or CCC? (I'm not counting Last Encore because that's not really Hakuno.)

It’s been ages since I’ve played Extra. The most I can remember is that they’re “blank/self-inserty” for ‘plot-reasons’. I guess I figured they’d do better since Hakuno (particularly female) seems predominantly popular in Fate/Twitter from my perspective. Then again, different community (or sub-community) enitirely.

Isn't the big difference more that Hakuno sort of grows and we get to really see their thoughts and viewpoints and beliefs on things while with Guda(k)o, we really don't see similar stuff happening, to the point Overmaster was saying Guda(k)o is a cipher?
