Help Installing Melty Blood React

Hi i want to install melty blood react.i installed melty blood with eng patch.but now i downloaded melty blood react installation setup,put it on daemon tools.then the setup starts to extract something and then it's gives me like an error install and it deletes it.how am i supposed to install this i'm trying to change locale code to japanese run it as an admin but it doesn't works.help please
