How would you translate this person's handle: 黒衛門
https://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=598731
I mean she(?) introduces herself (bottom of the page) as クロエ which is Chloe I think, so maybe Chloemon?
Context: she contributed a wallpaper to HA and I need some English TL. I found all other guys names with pronunciation on social media/wiki, but this one is impossible
There's also a twitter linked there if you wanna dig further.
Her twitter username is cloe, she picked cloe as her webpage's subdomain.
I'd say she considers herself to be "cloe" even if it's not how you would write Chloe in English.

Hope this is the proper place for this thread, but...
Are 議決 and 裁決 more or less interchangeable in Japanese? I understand their meaning, but whether they are used to refer to the same (or very similar) things is beyond me at this point.
I ask because the former is used for Jeanne's 神明議決 skill in Apocrypha mats, while in FGO both Jeanne's and Shirou's skills are written as 神明裁決, so unsure if there's some subtle difference I'm not seeing or not.
I imagine something like congress with people yelling their opinions when I read 議決, and something like a court with stuffy judges for 裁決.

カタがつく is basically 片付く; I might say ケリがつく as a synonym.

So they added another question in Illya's Castle QA corner in the vita, and I'm not sure how to translate it:

how would you differentiate between 加護 (like the ones on the pharaohs) and 護り (like the one on Eresh)
i know the former is protection from higher lifeform like gods and buddhas and what not, while the latter is just protection, but in translation whats best way to put them and differentiate between the two? Calling it Divine Protection and Protection respectively feels somewhat inaccurate for some reason.
