Only things possibly worth looking forward to are Devolver, maybe Squee, and maybe Nintendo. Pretty desolate E3 this year, not that E3 hasn't been some kind of joke these past few years. 2018 was the best one in a while, and I doubt this one'll measure up.

I'd say last year was pretty sparse too, aside from Devolver doubling down on crazy. 2017 was the last year that had me actually excited by a presentation, but this year we know no-one's bringing real surprises since the next gen is on the horizon and no one wants to announce it yet.

Supposedly the new Tales game was leaked ahead of whatever conference it was intended for, but this artstyle looks nothing like Tales so I'm hesitant to say that's what this actually is.

Apparently Square will be talking about the FF7 remake which is cool but I also found out they're gonna parcel out said remake in THREE games which is significantly less cool.

I honestly don't understand why they still do this. Is it not apparent to everyone, company staff included, that people only watch E3 to see companies embarass themselves live, as they make a big fat public show out of how out of touch they are?
