Just a thread for people to post any abilities that they spot that a Servant has despite it not being in their stat sheets.
For example, Jack splitting apart when killed and creating a pseudo Reality Marble or Saints having the ability to lift powerful curses like in the French Singularity.
Arthuria walks on water.
Medb spawning powerful monsters.
Many mook summoning in general, like Medea and Semiramis's tooth soldier and Zeitan's killer serves.

Medusa's ability to summon Pegasus is an obvious example. Karna in Apocrypha also shrugged off having spears impale his chest from the inside pretty easily for someone who doesn't have Battle Continuation or any Skill like that.
Really though, I don't have a problem with Servants displaying abilities not on their stat sheets. The stat sheets are just an abstraction showing some of the most iconic and defining things a Servant is capable of, not a statement that they literally can't do anything else. It'd be a pretty boring story otherwise.

How seriously do we want to take Extella animations? Because that has things like Jeanne conjuring fire outside of La Pucelle, just as normal attacks. But also it's a musou which by their nature means characters need big, sweeping attacks so I dunno how deeply to read into things like that.

a lot of servants can use small scale applications of their NPs.
for example, Richard can shoot beams with every swing
Another example is Cursed Arm's suicide move in Camelot, where he just summons the whole Shaytan.
Perhaps Caster!Cú Chulainn's fighting skills? His profile mentions them, but stats-wise, there's nothing distinguishing him from other, non-combative Casters (unlike Geronimo and his Bloodthirsty Devil Skill).
In the case of Medusa and Cursed Arm it certainly makes sense. Medusa clearly knows some magecraft and she knows some summoning so she can summon the gift/“kid” she had that’s Pegasus.
cursed arn’s arm is a demon arm so he just unleashed the demon instead of keeping it as just an arm. It’s a thing done pretty often whether it’s Merem, or DDD stuff in Nasu’s works and imaginary demons.
Nero’s flames as being part of the burning of Rome reputation is another.

Oh yeah, Medusa uses magic in either Stheno's or Euryale's interlude, and it's something which doesn't show up in her profile.
To be fair, Nero's Imperial Privilege is kind of a built-in justification for her showing any abilities that aren't listed on her stat sheet.
Medusa Lancer in First Order turns her hair into snakes which then turn into chains, which implies that Medusa Rider does the same thing to make her chain stakes.
Well, it doesn't really quite justify things without one's own self justification. That said it's also still an explicit reason for the fire.
I guess Gawain has similar fire abilities.

It was interesting at first when we learned Scathath was on the level of an archmage and could summon Irish related peeps because lol runes
I forgot until Medb update that she can use Caladbolg in a limited fashion.
