JP Spider-man the emissary from hell, rather than the friendly neighborhood spider. I recall in the current US, there is that whole "heroes don't kill" and "if you do this, then you are no better than [insert villain here]". I recall back my grandma back in China telling me that, when the villains plant landmines to harm people, a hero was one who planted landmines to use on the villains.
I mean 90% of your victims are going to be random ass unrelated kids after the heroes and villains pack up their bags and go home, so maybe land mines are a particularly terrible example since using them actually does make you the asshole regardless of which side you’re on lol
