Honestly hard to say. On the one hand, as you can see from this article prison guards are definitely capable of straight up nothing to stop a prisoner from dying/killing themselves even when it was perfectly within their power. But the high-profile nature of Epstein's case and how much various parties would have to gain if he was unable to testify still makes matters suspicious.
I feel like the most likely conspiracy is not that someone physically went there and killed Epstein (which would leave evidence) but that they sent a message to him "coaxing" him to kill himself. (As in "a lot of extremely powerful people can make your life even more of a living hell than it is already if you don't"). Would that qualify as suicide or conspiracy in these options?
I'd say it would. Tbh, from what I know of it, something along those lines seems most likely. Any conspiracy was probably more along the lines of giving him the chance to kill himself rather than assassinating him. Pedo people don't fare well in prison...
