These people are working in their free time, so don't expect a release date.
They are recruiting ppl to do stuff (editing and proofreading) so it's gonna take some time

Expecting a release date from a group who only came to the light when they had a full chapter ready is stupid.
They provided a full chapter four-five months ago? That's yesterday if you go by Nasu VN average translation schedules. That shit takes time, energy and motivation. Yes, likely more than you assume.
If you find people nice enough to make something accessible to you for free, you don't put pressure on them because you "can't wait". That's the best way to demotivate someone. When the project you work on becomes an obligation, you certainly starts losing the drive to progress.
Ask Raff how that Apocrypha project fared when he pestered CanonRap.
tldr; being a leecher is fine, just don't be a demanding one.
this project is far from dropped, we just have a lot of members ghosting so thats an issue
