I seem to be stuck at bronze 1 too. (Almost exclusively playing budget mono red in the non-competitive ladder.)

I've got a Green/White (basically the Green starter deck modified with a few enchantments, fliers, and some Selesnya stuff) deck I've put most of my time in, ghetto Izzet and Dimir decks, and modified versions of the mono-Black and Selesnya starters.

Once and always and nevermore.
P.S. just got the Blue/Green Merfolk starter deck, it is unironically disgustingly strong even played fully vanilla.

Merfolk are really good against slower creature decks, but not so hot against the Settle the Wreckage / Ritual of Soot lists, or Izzet control.
I'm waiting for the PT to see what the tuned decklists look like before spending my higher rarity wildcards.
if I had infinite wildcards, I'd totally build some cheese deck like Abzan Dawn of Hope/Divine Visitation control

Well, having dropped neither Settle the Wreckage nor Ritual of Soot, I'm pretty much stuck trying to rush Tramplers with my main deck, and unfortunately my Izzet lacks meaningful burn so I'm playing hit and run synergy. It'll get better with more cards, I guess.

Here's a decklist, if anyone feels like R&R'ing.
Spoiler:

....I just lost a duel to a mono-Black deck that consisted of nothing but Rat Colonies and Swamps.
I'm not even sure if I'm mad.

Vine Mare is pretty strong in the green decks and generally better than Bristling Boar, also it's just an uncommon.

Haven't pulled it yet, but I should have a couple Uncommon wildcards running around.

Fell to Bronze 4 due (mainly) to having to concede 2 games in a row due to mulliganing to nothing and still getting manaflooded. What are the odds.
OTOH I managed to win a game where I was forced to mulligan to 3 when my Izzet opponent didn't summon a single creature or do anything up to turn 6, so at least I wasn't the only one.
---Updated to stop spam----
Got the premade Izzet deck today. Turns out half the cards I wildcarded for my homemade Izzet deck... were already here. RAGE
At least it shows that I was actually going in the right direction with it? Ugh, oh well.

Holy shit, the game gave me the last FOUR premade decks all at once and I'm hyperventilating. SO MANY CARDSSSSSS
shit BL says

...and yet, so few that I can use in other decks. Oh well, Green/Red Dino aggro is basically what I was doing with my made up Green/White only even more HUEG. Fun!

Vraska showed up in my pack and brought with her two Glowspore Shamans, guess I'm playing Golgari now.
EDIT: After a long and grueling series of win one, lose one, win two, lose four, etc... BACK IN BRONZE 3 HECK YEAH
kinda sad but dammit I belong here

My wife got a free GRN Sealed code one day before the event ended, and she got a BUSTED pool.
We put together this beauty:
4 Hired Poisoner
2 Dead Weight
1 Discovery/Dispersal
1 Disdainful Stroke
1 Unexplained Disappearance
2 Blood Operative
3 Darkblade Agent
1 Notion Rain
1 Dimir Informant
1 Whisper Agent
2 Artful Takedown
1 Dream Eater
1 Ral, Izzet Viceroy
1 Hypothesizzle
1 Citywatch Sphinx
6 Swamp
5 Island
3 Dimir Guildgate
3 Mountain
Went 6-3 with it (got Borosed thrice, they punished our mana stumbles/general clunkiness)
(Also nearly milled ourselves to death while in complete control. Twice. Those Ral activations and all the card draw/surveil can really pile up. There's a real chance that Hypothesizzle should have been a Devious Cover-Up.)

Huh. Dimir with a splash of Izzet seems to work surprisingly well, but usually needs more Jump-Start. Still, pretty nice.
I got together the gold to play Draft once just before Ravnica was rotated out, trying to flesh out my Dimir deck, but as expected I drafted badly and got punished for it ( really shouldn't have taken those sweet Izzet cards just 'cause I needed them for the constructed version). Managed to win a mirror match when my opponent decked himself out because he had Beast Whisperer on the board (ironically, he did this by playing a Lof-whatsisname Giant that would've finished me off), then lost the other two matches to Boros aggro in short order. Still, fun experience.
Now my Dimir deck is much more stable (though I'm still missing several staples, like Spybugs and Nightveil Sprites) and I nabbed a Thousand-Year Storm for Izzet, but for some reason it seems the deck's playing real slowly and I'm not sure what to do about it.
Here's the decklist:
9 Mountain (M19) 273
4 Shock (M19) 156
2 Highland Lake (M19) 252
3 Izzet Guildgate (GRN) 251
2 Guttersnipe (M19) 145
2 Ghitu Lavarunner (DAR) 127
1 Adeliz, the Cinder Wind (DAR) 190
8 Island (RIX) 193
4 Lightning Strike (XLN) 149
1 Banefire (M19) 130
3 Enigma Drake (M19) 216
1 Sulfur Falls (DAR) 247
3 Electrostatic Field (GRN) 97
1 Niv-Mizzet, Parun (GRN) 192
1 Chart a Course (XLN) 48
2 Siren Stormtamer (XLN) 79
1 Zhalfirin Void (DAR) 249
2 Ionize (GRN) 179
1 Sonic Assault (GRN) 199
1 Goblin Electromancer (GRN) 174
1 Wee Dragonauts (GRN) 214
1 Izzet Locket (GRN) 238
1 Hypothesizzle (GRN) 178
2 Blink of an Eye (DAR) 46
1 Thousand-Year Storm (GRN) 207
2 Fiery Cannonade (XLN) 143
1 The First Eruption (DAR) 122
1 Opt (XLN) 65

My last Arena constructed ladder game was really lol
T1: Mountain, opponent does nothing
T2: Mountain, Steamkin, opponent casts a 3/2 Merfolk Branchwalker
T3: Mountain, Steamkin, Shock Merfolk Branchwalker, swing for 3, opponent casts a 3/2 Jadelight Ranger
T4: Mountain, Steamkin, Steamkin, swing for 8 unblocked, generate 6 mana into Rekindling Phoenix, opponent concedes

Had a game the other day where I got to play Thousand Year Storm and Niv-Mizzet back to back without getting shut down. Satisfying as fuck.
OTOH I literally change that decklist every day now and I still only win like one game in five, so maybe I should just stick to Green spam. T3 Goreclaw into T4 Nullhide Ferox+ Ghalta ain't no joke.
Dominaria draft is pretty interesting.
shit BL says
Once and always and nevermore.
The drafting bots are pretty weird though.
My latest Dominaria deck had 4 Fight with Fire, and I was getting stuff like pick 8 Shivan Fire which just can't be right.
I only played one game with it so far, and unsurprisingly it ended with a good old 10 to the face. (currently 5-0)

I have to say that the standard meta in mtga is actually pretty interesting atm, with quite a lot of variety. Currently playing izzet drakes, mono red steam-kin, mono blue tempo and some what not full(since I ampartially using guildgates as lands) Jeskai teferi control. TFW in a control mirror you explosion your opponent for 14 to make them draw 14 cards and mill them.
Technically have dimir, turbo surveil as well, with doom whisperers as high end and a bunch of hand disruption, but I play it rarely atm.
[20:47:33] I3uster: in 2015 a crack memer was sent to skype prison by a court of his Peers for a crime he didnt commit. he promptly escaped from his Maximum security Forum into the twitter Underground. Today, still wanted by the skype Group he survives as memer of fortune. If you Need a shitpost, if nobody else can fuck up a thread, and if you can find him, maybe you can hire: June.
20.06.2014 Never forget
In the end I 7-0'd the draft with this UR Fliers/Wizards/Burn pile:
1 Opt
1 Shivan Fire
2 Ghitu Lavarunner
1 Blink of an Eye
1 The Flame of Keld
2 Keldon Warcaller
3 Fight With Fire
3 Ghitu Journeymage
2 Shivan Drake
1 Tolarian Scholar
1 Wizard's Retort
2 Radiating Lightning
1 Warcry Phoenix
1 Naru Meha, Master Wizard
1 Cloudreader Sphinx
MVP: Radiating Lightning. It killed no less than 3 opponents. When it wasn't lethal, it always killed some stuff. And I didn't even get to play against Saprolings where I imagine it to be absurd! Also got to cast 2 of them in turn 8 once, which was game-winning.
Fight with Fire orbital laser mode only happened once, but rest assured that it was to burn the opponent dead from 10.

I only have mono red built for standard, I'm hoarding wildcards. I may build monoblue because it's a style of deck I tend to enjoy. But boy, the rare bottleneck is very real - especially because of the manabases.

Man, Nicol Bolas Ravager is such a fun card. I've pretty much always played Red/Green, so it's been fun to try something different and play Grixis. I just got Karn out of a pack the other day, and I'd already opened two Rals, so my Grixis deck is feeling really strong.
Also it's a Grixis Control deck but I'm playing Charging Monstrosaur. it's just so good
