"Thats right, I don't buy cards. I buy displays paying for infinite cards. This is the only spending allowed for deviatefish."
I'm an impulsive buyer. it's a curse. having the money to do this doesn't help either.
Speaking of impulsive buying, I got myself the duels of the planeswalkers on Steam. And Borderlands.
Speaking of Planeswalkers, my only one I have (and from the first booster I opened of that set too) was the blue black tezzeret.
Which my friend advised me to immediately sell before it left standard, lol.

Honk
...But I don't buy out-of-print boosters =[
I just play sets which aren't in Type-2 anymore.
But yeah, they are expensive here, which is why I rarely buy singles and older boosters xD
I have a playset of the manga art Chandra Nalaar.

"Mechanic x" is revealed: double sided cards.
I think it fits perfectly for the theme of the new block (horror stories), and it forces new players to get hulls, which is something they won't regret. Ever. Mint condition cards are worth more, and they are wasting money every game they play without hulls.
It makes drafting more complicated though.
I switched a few things in my deck. I have to say, it makes playing a bit easier.
AWAKEN, THREAD.
Anybody here got Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 on the sale?

I grabbed it. We could play sometime if you want, what's your steam name? (Mine's Milbunk.)

It's 13ust4h, I'm in the BL steamgroup too.
So, what are your favorite DotP decks? I like the Orzhov one as it has tons of removal which works great in the casual environment of DotP and the Goblin one because you can actually fashion it into a really mean aggro machine since it has tons of great 1 2 and 3 drops.

Important question: Does the Goblin deck have lackeys? I feel like it shouldn't have lackeys, but I would love it if it did.
Better. Warren Instigator.

I simply wish to state that Magic is a hell of a lot better than Yu-gi-oh. I used to prefer the latter a lot more but I blame the fun as hell to play Elemental Heroes. Then Synchros and yes, I gave up on it. Played Magic for a bit with one of the more modern decks and saw the charm in it.
I was considering getting into the Steam version of Magic, I at least know the basics. I want to make a Red/White deck but I'm not seeing any way that's going to be feasible...

Necowain the II
No. That isn't better. Trust me.
Looking at the decklist it would be fun to play on steam I guess, but in a real game not so much. Then again I haven't played a game other than against my brother's mono-black "fuck you" deck and my other brother's old madness and mirrarai's wake decks in ages.
oh shit, forgot about squirrel op. My first brother's squirrel op deck is a thing.
The Steam game (we're discussing that right now anyway so yay!) has premade decks and one of them is Red White aggro, so you're in luck.
