What multicolor are you going to be casting on your creatures?

Let's see, from everything that you might want to target it with in standard, just in white multicolor:

Not being able to target it on your side with Selesnya Charm, Azorius Charm, Dramatic Rescue, and ESPECIALLY Orzhov Charm now, is a huge deal.
Multicolored auras, Unflinching Courage, Gifts of Orzhova, the ones that Theros will bring, that's pretty relevant.

Common Bond, Vizkopa Guildmage, Righteous Authority, Martial Glory, those don't matter.

Full Ordeal cycle is now spoiled thanks to Marshall Sutcliffe's column. All of the formula '1C, enchant creature: when it attacks, put a +1/+1 counter on it. When it has three counters on it, sacrifice this aura for [effect]'. Red is Lightning Bolt; Green is Explosive Vegetation; Blue is Divination; Black is Mind Rot. White is gain 10 life, which is apparently not actually a card they've printed before.
(It's interesting to compare these cards: Red is a 1 mana instant, Green is a four mana sorcery, Blue and Black are three mana sorceries, and White is probably not far off where they'd aim a three mana instant given the recent precedent of Heroes' Reunion).

Uncharted Realms is a letter from Elspeth to Ajani recounting the winding down of the Mirran resistance, what she knows of Koth, Melira and Thrun, and how she ended up on Theros. That it's to Ajani would foreshadow his later involvement in the block if we didn't already know about that from the leaked mini-site images. I find it a bit odd how the Alara block novel didn't have them very close at all (mind, the novel was pretty uninspiring and I may have forgotten some of the details of their interaction), the webcomics kicked them up a bit to something that looked like actual acquaintances, and this turns them into full-blown friends. So I suppose that's interesting?

Would be sad if Koth actually died in an Uncharted Realms column, but they certainly gave themselves room to not kill him. I have a horrible feeling we might see him corrupted by Phyrexia if he does turn up again. Koth had a cool personality and I'd be upset to see it go.

Spellheart Chimera is neat too. */3 Trample Flier for 1UR with * equalling the number of instants or sorceries in your graveyard.

In the right deck, that's crazy dangerous. Especially with Steam Augury showing up in the same colors.

That's nice. How to make up for Quest for Karn: The Article.

1) Considering Koth and Elspeth considered themselves the only natural things left in Mirrodin, Karn had already left the plane. Being Karn, he might be dumb enough to go and try to create New Mirrodin from the first step. It's a shame, because Karn could actually do something about the Eldrazi, beyond what Gideon does.
2) The question is both whether Koth is alive, and what happens to Tezzeret. It states that the Praetors despise Tezzeret, but on the other hand, they were just about to select the new Father of Machines and Tezzeret had to be present. If they do give Tezzeret the power, which had been theoretised since foreverer, then the multiverse is already getting fucked.
3)Geth is a pure mirran as well(at least as much as a lich can be pure), in a Phyrexian body, and the Phyrexians kept him around uncorrupted, because he was useful in his natural form. He still really hates the Phyrexians though, and wants to get back at them, and for all we know isn't even a Sheoldred's minion or anything. Last time we saw Geth was Scars though, and there is really no reason for him to be immune to phyresis beyond how he's dead. The flavor text on Black Sun's Zenith is pretty suspicious, but the other flavor text later make him seem like he's still really individualistic.
4) Father -or Mother- of Machines also kind of implies Glissa to be the possibility, which would be ironic, but unlikely.
