Took my sweet ass time to go through this game. I'm two weeks late compared to my intended pace. But rl and sickness got in the way.
I still have to do all of the final day scenes to finish off the SLs but I'll do that tomorrow when I sound less dead from this flu.
Man... Nyx was way too easy. Not only is the player given way more options by the game in general, they took away the multiple actions per turn and Moonless Gown. I was done with it in less than half the time as the original.
It looked cool tho, so there's that.
As for Episode Aigis, expected DLC. Not particularly excited for it, but I guess it makes sense. Hopefully they derail some of the dumb stuff in it, but probably not. The new rendition of Heartful Cry sounds fine at least.
No FeMC is an L I won't bother to defend. I was always going to play this game as the male MC for the first time, but not including FeMC is a major loss. I don't buy for one second that story about only adding Episode Aigis due to fan requests. Ain't no one asking for that over FeMC. If there was no dev time then you shouldn't have bothered with DLC in the first place.
Now I can finally play FF7R2.
