It'd be a violent battle, and... likely Saber would pull off the win (being Saber and all), but anyone else, Caster has decent odds of pulling it off.
Ignoring HF, Medea could have won in the other two (or at least made a better showing), but is the bad guy, so she has a lot of issues to deal with. Still, think her loss was being a touch impatient, a touch too showy (the draining energy from everyone in the city was an issue), and a touch too arrogant and/or naive.
To Mc: I don't mind that, it's just when people do it in other threads it drives me crazy.
I agree, I honestly would prefer it is Assassin or Caster was the next main Servant in a story. (Not Tamamo btw.)
Well and this is my opinion Nrvnqsr should get more screen time, the way they did it, it made him look like a one time boss which was extremely annoying and humiliating to his character.

Next story is probably going to be Apocrypha. Main character Shakespeare... not sure how that'd work. Given Siegfried is in there though, he's probably who they'd pick. I just wouldn't mind if the Caster was like Archer from F/SN, someone who at least helps the main guys, even if they aren't. They usually get nice scenes too.

Well, doubt it'd be Joan, given her role (assuming they keep things similar to the hypothetical game), but I just don't see it being Shakespeare sadly. Tamamo, as things stand now, is probably the most likely Caster to get a main character slot. But agree on no more Saber, it's done often enough.

LS? What's that stand for? And I think it's just the closest analog. Though, it is Nasu. Maybe Shakespeare is secretly a fairy descendant or something off the wall like that to explain his being Caster.
