Slughorn: Miss Tsuji has worked hard to get to where she is now, putting in twice the effort of any student I have seen. Her ideas for creating new varieties of plants that possess the properties of brewed potions are quite revolutionary!
McGonagall: I am very impressed by her proficiency in Transfiguration. Few put in the effort to master this branch of magic, yet she is showing results beyond her years.
Flitwick: It is a tragedy that members of my House spread rumors of Miss Tsuji's involvement with Mister Wroxton's disappearance, and that some attempted to bully her. I cannot fault her for defending herself. I do wonder if there could have been another way.

Amber Noel: I admit, I admire Lady Tsuji quite a bit. After all, she's basically everything I want to be.

I think Selina would throw of the group dynamic especially if her brother was there. I suspect that twins will be far more open if the group is small. I say bring Natsumi cause we have not really spent time with her recently plus Natsumi-Amber would reveal details about the other due to their history with each other. Four people is about the limit I think to good interaction. 6 would be a bit too much and lead to less results.

Amber was somewhat surprised when Shinji mentioned that he'd never been to the British Museum before, though as she thought about it, the boy's words made sense. She'd only ever gone because her school had considered it an educational activity, after all, not because she had any great love of such venerable institutions.

"Though its certainly worth visiting at least once," the earl's daughter noted, glancing over towards the room in which her brother might well still be sleeping. "I suppose Phelan would enjoy it himself, since he's never been."

"Huh, never, you say?" the boy from the east asked. "Why is that?"

"Well, Father and Mother don't really like visiting the city more than they have to," Amber explained, with a grimace. "Father's always been fond of the countryside. The fresh air, the space, the pace at which things go - and he wanted Phelan to grow up without worrying too much about the city."

"Not you though?"

"Unlike Phelan, I went to boarding school for the last six years, mostly because Father thought it would be useful for me to get to know the heiress to the Tsuji Group," the copper-haired girl admitted.

"...to get to know Miyuki-senpai?" Shinji questioned, eyes widening.

"Mhm. The Tsuji Group is a pretty big name, you know? And since their heiress was just a year older than me, I was sent to school to befriend her," Amber noted with a small smile. "Do you know, those were some of the best years of my life? Meeting Nats and Lady Tsuji has certainly made things more colorful!"

Her cheeks coloured prettily at that, with Shinji finding it startling how...relaxed Amber could be in the safety of her home, as opposed to at Hogwarts.

"I...didn't realize," the boy admitted. "My only time at boarding school before Hogwarts..." It had been unpleasant, but then, that was partially due to it being in a foreign country. "Let's just say I didn't enjoy it." He laughed powerlessly. "Well, if we're going into the city, maybe we should see if Natsumi and Selina can join us?"

"Oh? You want to see Nats that badly, huh?" Amber teased. "You'll make a girl jealous, you know."

"N-no! I-I didn't mean it like that!" Shinji stammered. "I just--they live in London, right? Wouldn't it make sense for us all to spend time together?"

"Heh. Well, that make sense," Amber conceded. "I'll go give them a call."

She went to go do so, with Natsumi mentioning that regretfully, she wouldn't be able to join them, as her family had responsibilities for the UK Japan Festival, what with the opening of the "Visions of Japan" exhibit at the Victoria and Albert Museum. The chestnut-haired girl did say that the "Nihonga: Traditional Japanese Painting" exhibit had just opened at the British Museum, and that it would be worthwhile to go.

Natsumi even mentioned that the Japan Society of London and the Japan-British Society, which had helped to put together the Japan Festival, were hosting a Gala at the Victoria and Albert Museum for New Years, and if Shinji or Amber wanted to come, she could ask her parents about tickets.

Is Shinji interested?

Selina, on the other hand, was available, mentioning that her brother was wrapped up in one of his adventures. She said she would be happy to join them at the Museum, as history was one of her favorite things in the world. She did also say she was considering getting an owl to better keep in touch with people from the wizarding world, an wanted to drop by Diagon Alley, if they were interested, though Amber leaves that to Shinji.

Shinji thought that he recalled Selina and Ernie going to a party together, but he decided not to mention it, lest things get...awkward. That, and Amber calling the outing a date made the boy quite flustered indeed.

Coincidentally, while going through the Japanese Painting Exhibit, Shinji happens to notice someone seeming quite uncomfortable - a child around his age with a rather distinctive head of bushy, brownish hair. She is accompanied by two adults - presumably her parents, who are speaking rather enthusiastically about the UK Japan Festival and how later, they would all be going out for sushi.

Seeing her unease, does Shinji...?
