Now that I've done Sun as Mumei I'm seriously attempted to do a Lawful Evil Liu Bei with Biba Amatori FC. (Which would seriously complicate their relationship...)

Also, I'm still curious what anyone thinks of her new NP.

Jokes aside, this sheet is quite good and Guru Gobindh Singh is a fascinating figure. To me, the most interesting parts had to do with how his faith helped mold him into a expert fighter and a good Servant.

I also finally found out the reason why Sikh men let their hair grow out, which is a question I've kind of wanted an answer to, but not enough to just look up the answer on a search engine.

The Five Ks are for both men and women, though in the West some are a little more tolerant about women shaving.

Edit: Added an NP that he only gets as Archer.

    Servant Ruler:

    True Name
    : Liu Bei

    Alignment
: 'Lawful Good' (Lawful Evil in truth)

    Alternate Classes: Saber, Rider

    Strength- C
    Agility- A
    Endurance- B
    Mana- C
    Luck- B
    NP- A++

Equipment: 'Shuang Gu Jian'- a pair of ancient curved swords forged for Ruler by a local smith as reward for liberating the region from Cao Cao. Summoned as Saber, these would qualify as Noble Phantasms but in this Class they are merely strong, durable and well-crafted swords.

    Appearance:

Personality: Calm, serene and well-spoken. Kind to his allies and merciless to those that oppose him, Ruler could be considered an ideal model of a general. Ruler has a sagely demeanour, going on constantly about notions of 'virtue' and 'benevolence'.

Ruler's true self is a 'monster of justice', willing to go to any lengths in order to enforce his ideals upon the world. Though calling himself a hero of the people, Ruler's version of justice is ultimately selfish since it only takes into account his own viewpoint and not those of the ordinary people he claims to protect. His ideal is of an ordered, peaceful world with no conflict and where everybody pledges loyalty to the state. For the sake of bringing about that world, Ruler will gladly become a demon.

Despite his flowery talk, Ruler is certainly not naïve. Ruthlessly ambitious, with an incredible political savvy and tactical sense. He knows just what to say to get others to follow them and how to capitalize on his enemies' weaknesses. He is also deeply loyal to his two 'brothers' from the Oath Of The Peach Garden- Zhang Fei and Guan Yu. The three were inseperably close in life, and if summoned together they are very likely to team up again at some point. However, if the time comes, then Ruler will sacrifice even his closest brothers in pursuit of 'virtue'.

Likes: 'virtue', 'benevolence', everything in its proper place
Dislikes: 'wickedness', 'disorder', anything that interferes with his plans
    Talent: uniting the people
Natural Enemy: Cao Cao, Lady Sun

    Class Skills:

True Name Discernment (B)- Status information such as one's identity, Skills and Parameters are automatically revealed when directly encountering a Servant. If summoned as a Ruler, during a direct encounter, a Servant's true name and entire status information will be automatically revealed. In regards to Servants with concealment abilities, a Luck check is required.

God's Resolution (A)- The privilege of the Ruler presiding over the Holy Grail War. Each Ruler is normally granted two Command Spells for each Servant that participates in the Holy Grail War. Cannot re-purpose the existing Command Spells of others.

Magic Resistance (C/B)- Cancel spells with an incantation below two verses. Cannot cope with the likes of High Thaumaturgy or Greater Rituals. Since he was born well after the Age Of Gods, Ruler has a low rank in this Skill unbefitting of his Class. Through the influence of his Noble Phantasm- Chuán Guó Xǐ, his rank is raised to B.

    Personal Skills:

Charisma (B+)- Ability to inspire others and lead armies. This rank is suitable for the king of a country. From a lowly stone cobbler, Ruler rose to become Empire of the revived Han dynasty through his promises of 'virtue' and 'benevolence'. Bonuses are dealt through the influence of his Noble Phantasm- Chuán Guó Xǐ.

Riding (A)- Ability to ride animals. At this rank, all creatures but those of Phantasmal and Divine Beasts can be used as mounts. This high is enough to have aptitude for the Rider Class.

Heart Of Harmony (C)- Prevents decrease in the effectiveness of a technique, no matter how many times it is used against the same opponent. At this rank, Ruler's attacks are difficult for his enemies to perceive or react to.

Military Tactics (B)- Tactical instinctive ability used not for one-on-one combat, but on a battlefield where many are mobilized. Ruler was a famed general whose brilliant tactical exploits are known and retold all across China.

    Noble Phantasms:

Chuán Guó Xǐ- Imperial Seal Of Han-Shu (C, Support): The divine seal that gave Liu Bei the authority to rule over China. In fact, it is Ruler's own claims that he was descended from the first Emperor of Han crystallized into a Noble Phantasm that embodies 'the right to rule'.

An exquisite seal of pure jade, spanning four inches at the base with an upper ring carved in the likeness of five interlocking dragons. Inscribed along the base in ancient Chinese are the words "Having received the Mandate of Heaven, may the Emperor lead a long and prosperous life".

Simply by having this seal in his possession, Ruler is considered to have 'the Mandate of Heaven' which bestows a variety of beneficial effects. He obtains a rank-up to Luck and Magic Resistance, a compelling effect attached to his words and the Divinity Skill at rank C (visualized by a faint aura of divine light surrounding his body). Also, the blessing of the seal insures that no 'impurities' are able to disrupt the natural structure-integrity of his body, providing immunity to poisons, sickness and other maladies.

If Ruler loses the seal or it is destroyed, all benefits are lost. Ruler normally wears this seal as a necklace hanging over his chest, proudly displaying his divine authority.

Dilu- Horse Of Ill Fortune (C+, Support): More commonly known as 'Hex Mark'. A uniquely colored horse which Ruler rode, said to have tear drop markings and a blazing white patch upon its forehead. Ruler received it as a gift under the wise governor Liu Baio, with the warning that the beast would bring great misfortune to its rider.

While staying at a banquet, he used this horse to escape from assassins. With a mighty cry, he urged Hex Mark to cross the raging Xiang river from a seemingly impossible distance. His steed performed a sudden jump and rode Ruler to safety.

Dilu was considered to be the second fastest horse in ancient China, losing out only to that of Ruler's blood-brother Guan Yu. A greatly powerful steed verging on Phantasmic status. While riding it, Ruler's Luck is reduced to E. (However, the rank up effect of Ruler's first Noble Phantasm combines to insure it as merely D)

Ruler can infuse his own Mana into his steed to momentarily supercharge it beyond mortal limits. For that time the horse's speed and prowess are amplified greatly, able to cross incredible gaps in a single leap and perform a powerful 'A' ranked stampeding charge. However this can only be maintained for a moment, and using this ability more then once in close succession will severely tire the horse.

    Héxié De Yǒnghéng Dìguó
    - Harmonious Eternal Empire Of The East (A++, Reality Marble): A Reality Marble born from Ruler's beliefs in a unified and ordered China. By restoring the Han dynasty, Ruler sought to bring forth an eternal, harmonious and unchanging empire without strife.

By plunging both his swords mightily into the ground and invoking its name, Ruler may impose his inner world upon the surrounding area. The landscape shifts into one resembling Ruler's ideal vision of China, with bountiful green fields and cherry trees in full bloom. Houses and shrines in traditional Chinese style dot the surroundings in an orderly fashion, with red walls and ornate golden roofs. It truly can be called a 'perfect world'. Any foes caught within it will find their will to fight dissolving as they become filled with a sense of serenity and peace. Those within will have their identities persistently eroded and replaced with that of Ruler's 'ideal citizens', fulfilling their duties to society in an orderly manner.

An insidious Noble Phantasm that attacks one's will to fight. Given long enough, enemies will find themselves forgetting of the outside world entirely to become permament citizens in Ruler's utopic vision. However, great willpower, Rebellious Spirit and Skills blocking out mental interference can resist this effect to varying degrees.

Ruler can also command the Reality Marble's myriad denizens to attack intruders. Rather then actual humans they are wraiths embodying Ruler's vision of ideal citizens, with the equivalent of rank E parameters across the board. Having no individual will, they will gladly give up their lives for the sake of defending Ruler's 'order'.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So I did the Lawful Evil Liu Bei I referenced on the previous page. At first I thought of doing him as Saber but I couldn't think of any good effect for the swords as NPs so I went with Ruler instead, which seemed more fitting anyways. This was a case where the FC very much influenced my take on the character (as well as things I read online that Liu Bei may not have been as flawless and benevolent a ruler as he was portrayed to be). Now that I've done him, I might go back sometime and edit Sun's profile to better reflect Liu Bei's character. (Again, it'd be like Mumei and Biba, she'd basically worship him but at the same time their personalities are deeply in conflict)

As always, be sure to drop by with comments and criticisms!

Class: Archer (Can also be summoned as Lancer)
    True Name: Camilla
    Alignment: True Neutral
Place of Origin: The Latins (Pre-Rome)
    Attribute: Man
    Traits: Human
    Armament:
    Armour, Sword, Bow

    STR: C
    END: D
    AGI: A
    MGI: C
    LCK: D
    NP: B

    Height/Weight: 170cm/65kg
Likes: Diana, The Outdoors, Rare Steak
    Dislikes: Cowardice, Men in general
    Talent: High Speed Sprinting
    Natural Enemy: Aeneas, Arruns

    Class Skills:
    • Independent Action (C) - It is possible for a Servant to stay in the world for one day without a Master.
    • Magic Resistance (C) - Cancel spells with a chant below two verses. Cannot defend against Magecraft on the level of High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals.

    Personal Skills:
    • Clairvoyance (B) - Connotes superior visual perception and dynamic occipital capture, such as to supplement the long-range aiming of projectile weapons. At higher ranks, it is possible that the bearers of this skill have acquired such abilities as precognition ("future vision") and other forms of perception beyond standard eyesight (X-ray vision and so forth).
    • Crossing Wake (A+) - A skill that allows for quick movement. For a short period of time she could run over a field of wheat without breaking the tops of the plants or across the seas without wetting her feet. She could run across a battlefield in an instant and avoid any obstacles.
    • Eye of the Mind (False) (B+) - At this level the servant is able to sense dangerous moves in combat and as such will not be deceived by feints. With this skill and a good balance of the Clairvoyance skill, one can make accurate predictions almost akin to future sight as long as she maintains focus.

    Noble Phantasms

Amasenus Ektóxefsi Attendant Across Yonder (Support) (C) - A Noble Phantasm that is the manifestation of a feat of her father tying his baby to his spear and throwing it across a river which was enabled by the moon goddess' Diana's blessing.

It is a passive Noble Phantasm that does not require the evocation of its name to activate. After firing an arrow, she can utilise it as a tether and dematerialise, travel across or through any object in the way and reform at the location the arrow becomes embedded. The speeds of the transition is so high it is almost instantaneous Additionally she can fire another arrow partway through and travel in a different direction making pursuing her nigh impossible. There is no obstacle that cannot be overcome with this and there is no limitation to distance either, as long as the arrow connects to something, she can be pulled towards it.

Closer to a skill than a Noble Phantasm it requires very little mana to invoke and can be used several times before requiring backup from the master. If she were to be summoned in the Lancer class, it would take form as a spear. It would hold more power in this form but could not be used as quickly.

Eptá véli tis Megális Árktou Justice Reigns from Above (Anti-Army) (A) -
A technique utilised by Camilla, causing seven giant arrows the size of a temple to rain from the "Seven stars of the Ursa Major" in the heavens. Only seven arrows can be called upon - one for each star. It is possible to use multiple in one turn and produce up to seven consecutive attacks. This Noble Phantasm comes from Diana's blessing rather than herself. The basis of Ursa Major is Calliso, one of nymphs serving Diana, who had her figure transformed into a bear and later was raised to a constellation.

Opis tou Diana Due to the Dead (Anti-Unit) (B+) - When Camilla was slain dishonourably in combat by being literally stabbed in the back by a cowardly "Hero", Diana sent her attendant to kill the one who did so in revenge for killing a loyal follower. A Noble Phantasm that can only be activated upon her death, upon receiving a fatal blow her body will glow and elevate into the air before releasing an endless barrage of arrows from her body aimed at the person who killed her.

The arrows will pursue their target, ricocheting and curving until they connect. They will continually strike until the target is dead and her death has been avenged. If a targeted servant cannot be killed by this attack then they will strike their master to kill the servant via mana deprivation The power of the arrows increases exponentially if the killing blow was cowardly in nature.

    Lore

Camilla was the daughter of King Metabus. After being driven from his home with only his infant Camilla, he was chased by the Volsci. In an attempt to save his daughters life he tied his baby daughter to a spear and threw it across a river. Metabus prayed to the Roman goddess of the moon and hunt, Diana, to protect her and Camilla would become her servant before being overwhelmed. Camilla was suckled by a wild mare sent by Diana and after she was strong enough take her first steps she fashioned a bow and a javalin thanks to Diana's sent wisdom. She spent most of her childhood in the wilderness with only messages from Diana as company before finding her father again among nomadic Sheppard's. During this time she formed a close bond with Diana whom she considered a mother figure.

After she grew into an adult, she allied herself with King Turnas and the Latins fight against Aeneas and the surviving Trojans in a war started by Aeneas courting the princess Lavinia. Camilla was nigh unstoppable on the battlefield so Aeneas sent his ally Arruns after her. He stalked her across the battlefield from a distance and when she was distracted, he killed her with a cowardly attack to the back. Diana was distraught by the loss of her loyal follower and sent her attendant Opis to avenge Camilla by slaughtering Arruns.

    Personality
Camilla has poor and broken language skills and is very blunt - having no sense of subtlety at all. Her crudeness should by no means be taken for idiocy however. She has no understanding or desire for romance or any similar subject. She prefers the simple things; enjoying nature, camping and borderline raw meat. Due to her mostly poor experience with men she dislikes them as a whole - thinking they're only interested in themselves and what women get up to in bed. She has high respect for her father for saving her life when he was in more danger and Caligula. Due to viewing Diana as a mother of sorts and her romantic relationship with Caligula - she thinks of him like a second father and would happily tease her 'Papa'. She also has a strange connection to Atlanta and Penthesilea due to being their latin counterpart in legend.

    Tactics
Camilla makes for an excellent sniper and makes her speed makes her difficult to track down, allowing for excellent 'Hit and Run' prowess and aggravating opponents into having them make an exploitable mistake.

    ----------------------------

After seeing something that said the Aeneid was just bad fanfiction of the Illiad I thought I'd take a look at some of the material. The second noble phantasm is based on one of Atlanta's scrapped ones and I was thinking of using it for a while but it's only really been appropriate now. I was also going to have her be a lancer but I have few Archers in comparison to the other classes till now.

    Assassin
    Mysterious Beauty

    Alignment: Chaotic Good
    STR: B
    END: B
    AGI: A
    MAG: A
    LUCK: A++
    NP: A

    Class Skills

Presence Concealment (D): A low ranking of Presence Concealment unbecoming for an Assassin. Suitable only for low level spying, and a cautious Servant is able to detect her without much difficulty. Assassin only possesses this skill because it is a Class Skill.

    Personal Skills

Divinity (B): The measure of whether one has Divine Spirit aptitude or not. At high levels one is treated as a mixed race of a Divine Spirit, and the level declines when the Heroic Spirit's own rank as a Monster raises. It can also decrease due one's dislike for the gods. It also has an effect which reduces special defensive values called "purge defense" in proportion to the Divinity's Rank. It can break through Skills such as Protection of the Faith and Enlightenment of the Sacred Fig.

Suppression (C): An ability usually possessed by assassins that lets them hide their killing intent until they are ready to strike. Assassin possesses this skill as a part of her disguise, suppressing her strength and insticts as a warrior.

Mysterious Beauty (A): Assassin’s ability to assume a disguise and adopt a false identity. Questions like ‘who is this woman?’ and ‘where did she come from?’ will be impossible to answer, and attempts to focus on her identity will result in a fog-like confusion filling one’s mind. Even witnessing her Noble Phantasm will not be enough. The only way for Assassin’s identity to be revealed is if she willingly discloses it herself. It could be said that this skill, rather than any real talent for assassinations, is the reason for Assassin’s class.

    Noble Phantasm

    Agneyastra
Smouldering Gaze of the Fire God

    (Anti-Unit, A+)
A face, concealed by a veil. A pair of fiery eyes peering over the top. Your gaze meets hers… in an instant, your heart melts with the fires of passion. Her voice is divine. Her dance is enthralling… You are hers, forever.
Or not. In truth, this is the weapon of the fire god Agni, able to be launched from various weapons, though as Assassin has no weapons on her person, she simply fires it from her eyes. Those who meet Assassin’s gaze when this Noble Phantasm is activated are consumed in a pillar of flame. As it is a magical effect, Magic Resistance can lower the damage, but even the highest ranks cannot fully protect from the fire god’s curse.

    Lore
A mysterious and beautiful stranger, who arrived suddenly one day at the king’s court, offering her service as a singer and dancer. Who is she? A mystery, but the princess seems very close friends with her, and she doesn’t seem to be any threat. A flirty, friendly woman with a devilish personality. For some reason she seems to be enjoying herself immensely.

Actually, Assassin is Arjuna, the third of the Pandevas, summoned at the time where he lived as a woman for a year at the court of King Virata. Why he is living as both a woman and as an anonymous exile is the result of two different obligations he had to fulfil, and has therefore efficiently decided to get them both out of the way at the same time. Perhaps to his surprise, he has found living simply as a person rather than suffering the pressure and expectations of a hero prince to be rather liberating, and knowing that it is just for a year, he has decided to enjoy it as much as possible. His disguise is as a result of his true Noble Phantasm: Brihannala – The Concealed Prince, and by activating it he can cast off his disguise and return to his full powers as the Archer-class Servant Arjuna in truth, though he is secretly unwilling to do this.
As an aside, perhaps his slaying of his brother by attacking him from behind is one of the reasons he’s an Assassin. Don’t point this out to him, though.

Hermes: Now here is one hero(ine) I've never heard of before. Seems clearly based off of Atalanta but you did your own unique take on her, which is nice. Her first NP is really interesting with letting her travel nigh-instantaneously to anywhere her arrows hit. It seems like it could be used for all kinds of crazy strategies and maneuvers in a Grail War. (Particularly since she can use it more then once in succession...)

Her other NPs are a bit less inspired, but still well-done. Second one sounds pretty hardcore with freaking temple-sized arrows raining down on enemies' heads.

    Any feedback on Liu Bei?

Royd: Interesting to see Liu Bei and nice to see you got him up so quick too. His personality is interesting to read about too, he contrasts with my own Cao Cao sheet I made a ways back. It's also interesting how you interpreted the Mandate of Heaven as well. You gave it to Liu Bei as a Noble Phantasm whereas I made it into a skill. Nice to see Vitrification/Heart of Harmony used as it rarely used. I don't understand why you made his horse a Noble Phantasm as it's clearly for the rider class if you sealed his swords... then again he already has 3 Noble Phantasms. That second Noble Phantasm isn't exactly necessary but it adds a bit more flavour which is always good. I do like the 3rd one though but how quickly does it take to erode their personality and will? All in all, good stuff.

    asterism42:
The true name of this one was certainly unexpected and would probably fit in with the summer event happening in Fate Grand Order at the moment. The idea behind it is actually really rather creative and one I certainly would have never come up with. A few other heroes were in similar circumstances but I wouldn't have expected to see a sheet about it. You pulled it off rather well. Nice job.

Thanks for the feedback, Hermes. I was just about to bump up the thread in hopes of getting some when you came along. Having the horse as an NP... eh, I just wanted to give him another one since otherwise he wouldn't really have any direct 'physical' offensive NPs at all. I was originally going to give him the swords too instead of the Seal but I just couldn't think of any interesting effect that wasn't a rip off of Kanshou & Bakuya.

Regarding the rate of his third NP... hmm, for ordinary humans it would probably be quite quick, but Heroic Spirits or magically protected individuals should be able to resist it for a time. Sort of like Blood Fort Andromeda, basically. Might add some kind of clarifying note into the description itself sometime.

Shes a bit of a rip off of Atlanta because well she pretty much is. A LOT of Roman mythology is lifted directly from Greek mythology, basically just changing clothe colour palettes, adding a new name and going ORIGINAL CHARACTER DO NOT STEAL!!1!1! Camilla has the origin story almost identical to Atlanta and died like Penthesilea.

Real bloody original Virgil, no wonder you wanted to burn the Aenied.

    Class Skills

Madness Enhancement (EX): Berserker is the embodiment of war itself, and was given grand
titles including "One Before Whom Evil Trembles", "Lady of Slaughter" and "She Who Mauls".
She is more like a force of nature in battle that can bring total destruction to humanity.
The only thing that can quell her bloodlust is massive amounts of alcohol.

    Personal Skills

Goddess's Divine Core (EX): Berserker is a perfected goddess from birth, and is a true
Divine Spirit with the highest rank in Divinity. This skill repels mental interference
and prevents corruption of the body. Though it may seem that it would nullify Berserker's
Madness Enhancement, this is not the case, since that skill is derived from her personality.
Instead of keeping her body from changing, she is always shifting between the form of a
woman and a powerful beast, which further enhances her strength.

Attendant of Iron (A+): Reinforces the physical attributes of Berserker's Master when
they are in close proximity to one another, to the point that a regular human would
find their strength and durability increased tenfold. Berserker was a protector of
the Egyptian Pharaohs and led them in warfare.

Drum Performance (A): Berserker was known for playing a powerful and entrancing drum.
The mystical rhythms can purge anxiety, stress and mental interference. In addition,
enemies within earshot suffer a penalty to accuracy for the duration.

    Noble Phantasms

    Sahara~Breath of the Dread Lioness (A+, Anti-Army)

Legend says that Berserker created the Sahara Desert with her fiery breath. Just as
a dragon's lungs are a world of prana that allow them to generate magical energy by
breathing, so too are Berserker's. Heat constantly emanates from her, and in combat
the very air shimmers, making her appear as a mirage of the lioness-headed woman
she is depicted as. By using her breath weapon, a gale of superheated air and scouring
sand is launched at the enemy, as if the wrath of the Sahara itself was upon them.

Red Ochre Beer~Calming of the Storm (B, Support)

A chalice filled with an ever-flowing amount of strong alcoholic drink, gifted to Berserker
by her father, Ra. After nearly destroying humanity, Ra offered her the drink, which she
mistook for blood and began drinking in earnest. By giving the chalice to her Master for
safekeeping, they have a way to calm Berserker by offering the chalice back to her. The
beer is particularly strong and soothing to the mind, and tastes incredible no matter
what the drinker's preference in beverages may be.

    Background
Nyabinghi was a legendary African empress famous throughout Egypt, Ethiopia, Sudan and Uganda.
Who she is is difficult to sum up, since she has appeared in many different times and places.

In truth, she is an incarnation of the goddess Sekhmet, dispensing freedom and justice to all
who needed it and destroying evil relentlessly. In war, she provided strength and protection to
the Pharaoh, and in peacetime she stalked the land, destroying Egypt's enemies with arrows of
fire. She was the essence of the majesty, royalty, and power of the fierce lioness. In art, she
was depicted as such, or as a shoulder-length dreadlocked woman with the head of a lioness,
dressed in red, the color of blood. Given that lions were her totemic animals, tame lions were
kept in temples dedicated to Sekhmet, like the ones in the ancient Egyptian city of Leontopolis.

When the great dragon Apophis had caused humanity to rebel against the gods, Ra decided to purge
Africa. However, Nunet, the goddess of water, warned him that his fiery gaze would reduce the
entire earth to ash, so she suggested sending out Sekhmet to only destroy humans. Ra agreed, and
in short order, Nyabinghi appeared among humanity and tore through them, slaughtering and devouring
until all the rivers from Egypt to Niger ran red with blood. Words could not stop her bloodlust,
so Ra poured out beer dyed with red ochre so that it resembled blood. Mistaking the beer for blood,
she became so drunk that she gave up the slaughter and retired peacefully. From that point on,
festivals of intoxication were held at the end of wars, where the Egyptians played drums and drank
massive amounts of wine and beer to soothe Sekhmet/Nyabinghi's wildness.

Legend has it that the Pharoah Hatshepsut built a private balcony on the Temple of Luxor
specifically for her and Sekhmet to drink together to celebrate their victories in war.

The Mysterious Assassin is a very nice Servant. I liked its lore, set of skills and everything. I'd love to see that in canon lol.

About Nyabinghi, it is nice to see more African Servants, and that FC is really awesome also. The link between her and Egypt Pantheon is found somewhere? In Wikipedia there is no mention. But if it was made for the servant, it ended up a very nice lore anyway.

I hate to rain on your parade, but Arjuna lived in Virata's court as an eunuch. He even became a father figure to the princess, not to mention serving as Uttara's charioteer.

Urvashi, annoyed at this, cursed him that he would become a eunuch who would have to live among women, singing and dancing. On Indra's request, and regretting her anger, Urvashi reduced her curse to a period of one year of Arjuna's choice. In some versions of the story, Urvashi curses Arjuna with womanhood, but always reduces the curse to a year's length.
    Good enough for me.

Where did you even find that? Well, regardless, this sheet has no relation to the legend, because Arjuna never once fought in that guise and kept his weapons unsummoned.

Cuz y'know who else wasn't really a woman in the stories? King Arthur.

Anyways, the Noble Phantasm was said to come from Agni and plenty of non combatants have been summoned before.

They do tend to give them abilities with some basis, yes. Mata Hari may be a failure of an assassin, but she still was one. Arjuna never once assassinated anyone or otherwise fought unfairly (at that time, anyway), he even had a special name for that reason.

A number of servants have been brought forth in a class poorly fitting for them however such as Gilles. That and there's a bit of a consensus that Medea would have been absolutely terrifying if she weren't in the Caster class.

By that, you mean mid-tier among FSN Servants, yes? And poorly fitting is still better than completely contradictory.
