Haruri is True Berserker's Master. Doris is supposedly Hippolyte's, but we haven't seen her as far as I've read and she doesn't have her picture on the fold-out cast introduction illustration-thing.

Wait what was supposedly the bit of lore than F/GO revealed? I went into the novels spoiled as all hell so honestly I can't pick up where I spoiled myself on something.
Also with the way the scale is going I wouldn't be surprised if Jester actually manages to wake up Type-Jupiter or some equally powerful horror with Franscesca's help somehow. Prelati's book can't be used by himself unless Blue Beard gives up ownership but maybe someone else can (Jester).
