Yeah making saver vs rider Ben in the city for some reason so building jumping would be cool.
I would rather, if Nasu is supervising the projected actively, and they are altering the route, show off Team Purple's abilities a bit more.
I mean, nearly every time those two try to do something, they are almost always undermined.
The Fate route had a tense fight with Rider and Saber fighting up the skyscraper, but that didn't last very long, and we cut to Shirou trying to make it to the top, so we miss Saber struggling against her and giving her an intimidating presence with the Pegasus and it's super enhanced wind effects. When Shirou is brought into the picture the tide is almost immediately turned back into their favor when the climatic clash between Bellerophon and Excalibur happens, but it's made into anot her one slash (or rather one beam) fight, so exciting the first time, not so much when you see it again since Rider just gets incinerated without much resistance. The tension is gone when you know it's not really a struggle.
Then you have UBW where she gets BTFO almost immediately after her intro, and most criminally so, off camera.
In HF, she gets BTFO again, then shows up on Sakura's orders to help Shirou in secret, but that doesn't do her much favors besides it being funny Hassan getting swung around. Medusa and Sakura plan together on things to do, and the rare times they work together is good, but it's not given much of a spotlight.
So Nasu, if he is gonna redesign HF, should allow Medusa to have more of these esoteric skills he talks about but she never uses, let her work with Sakura more. Sakura says that her magic isn't fit to help Shirou with Archer's arm, and that she'll talk with Rider about ideas to work around it, let's see that.
Take advantage of the fact that this new take is going to be outside of just Shirou's perspective, aside from just interludes.

I don't really think slow pacing will be a problem,considering it's a movie and they have far less time to work with than a series.
If anything, the question is whether they'll cut anything important.
Giving us flashbacks of his family would make the movie awesome, or even add in a KH cameo as we see his final moments.

The only thing i can think of is the whole 'HOW CAN SABER HURT HERC!?!?' thing.
Oh and maybe how there was no ever present feeling during shirou's confession. And also maybe some minor things regarding some how some scene plays out, like kuzuki not explaining the reason behind retreating after shirou pulls out k&b. Though i guess those kinda thing falls more the toward a reaction to the backlash from the anime only crowds.
