Just scroll down to your order history, report a problem and choose an option. You'll have to do it for each one you want refunded, but just use the same reason for each and you'll be fine. Think when reiu did it she told me she could report as many as the last 3 months of transactions.

I tried it once, and was told they couldn't refund me because it was outside the refund policy (it was a 140 pack). So I just don't try it anymore, if I buy a pack, I just bite the bullet and let the salt flow.
One refund succeeded, the other two failed. Guess I'll be satisfied with that.
I've never tried the online method, but calling in to talk to a live rep and blaming it on my non-existent mentally handicapped younger sibling usually did the trick.

Truly, Reiu has all the luck. She got a few months worth of transactions refunded.
Called support. Money already went to DW. Google is trying to help but if they can't they ask the developer to refund instead.
Man it's so morally ambiguous as to whether it's fair to refund quartz purchases. On one hand, this game is absolute shit and robs you to a horrendous degree. On the other hand, you shouldn't repay evil with evil. Even if it's just evil.

I don't play NA. If I did I wouldn't spend. NA FGO only exists to make it easier to read the story.

I mean, same. I'm playing it regularly and don't feel like I'm contributing to the root problem with the mobage business model. I don't even feel very guilty over my one-time quartz purchase that ran me like $30 or something. It felt like after close to two years of playing giving the game money close to the cost of a handheld game like pokemon was fair to do.
But whales have a problem and that problem enables this business strategy, so basically their problem becomes everyone else's problem
and then when that problem goes unchecked you get SW Battlefront 2
