It's honestly more with how these sort of things are usually written. The fact that they bring up anecdotes rather than just saying all people that died via execution is a noticeable addition to me.

I'd mostly chalk it up to being about anecdotes that aren't necessarily agreed on - e.g. "Joseph-Ignace Guillotin was executed with the guillotine", which is categorically false but a thing that stuck. I can't think of any other examples of that off the top of my head, but given that that famous example is specifically about the guillotine and we're talking about the guy who has a guillotine as an NP, well.

But yes, it's probably also that it's specifically about stuff that's part of their legend and thus doesn't include nonlegendary dudes like EMIYA.

The description goes along the line of a visually imperceptible series of attacks. It also mentions that it doesn't reach the level of TG, and I dare say No Second Strike got the edge in terms of raw power since it's basically a Serious Series Punch.

That's not an inherent ability of his, but the effect of him being fused with the Phantom Doppelganger. When you summon him normally you don't have that as an ability.
