Why not have it morph them all into an Arturia with Rider class as well as having a Saber trait debuff so her 3rd skill is guaranteed effective on top of getting 2x damage from class advantage and NP SE to boot.

You'd think so but then we got Tenka Fubu which should've been a passive as well but not and moving these kinds of skills to passives means needing to add a new one as well to replace it. No, I see no feasible way that doesn't include forcibly changing a character via patch. Interludes and SQs only upgrades existing skill/NP or add new skill/s, not move a skill into a passive and then add a new one on top of that. It's easier to slap on a buff that forces the enemy's trait to change into Saber than it is moving the active skill into a passive then adding a new one after all.


And personally, I think Kiara only gets it because it's Nega Saver.

EDIT: What I meant is that the skill is pretty much relegated to a part of her which is a Beast. I'm sure if Tiamat were to be with us, she'll have Nega Genesis as well.
