I recommend you play Majikoi S after you're done, then going through Majikoi A too once you're done, which so far only A1 and A2 are translated. Heck, I also recommend the Drama CDs that were made after the first VN if you understand japanese, it's one of the few occassions in which I found the drama CDs to be really fun to listen to (and in fact some of the things that happen in the Drama CDs are later used in Majikoi S and A too).Originally Posted by Sesto

As for me, I've recently played Chusingura (the fandisk too) and Eiyuu Senki GOLD. Right now I'm going back too Kamidori Alchemist Meister since I had a lot of fun with its gameplay in the past, and once I'm done I will probably try Last Cavalier for the Shinsengumi references (there's another one from the creators from Chusingura about the Shinsengumi, but I've been told Last Cavalier is much better as it's not as heavy with Shinsengumi lore as that one).

So, I just finished Chou Dengeki Stryker. Goddamn, what a great read. As a superhero fan who loves cheesy justice speeches and tales of heroism, I really enjoyed this VN.
A better tale of fictional characters coming to reality than Re:Creators, too. Absolutely love it

kinda sobering moment when you realize Type moon, Aquaplus and Nitroplus, three of the most influential eroge makers of 00, are now all in on the gacha. And Light went bankrupt trying to do gacha. Kinda puts in perspective what a scourge it has been on eroge. then theres minori going bankrupt a while ago and TADA steppin down from alicesoft as Rance ended... dark times.

It'll be the end of VNs the same way ET was the end of video games.
I expect a downturn, probably worse than the last one, but there will still be VNs coming out next year, and 10 years from now as well. Just... expect more nukige and moege, with fewer experimental and wildly creative titles.
Oh hey, not sure how many of you are Majikoi fans like me, but Majikoi reached 10 years anniversary like 2 weeks ago, and guess what, they have announced two new things:
- Majikoi R-After, a sequel to the Margrit route. Seems like Wagi is not the artist here.
- Majikoi If, a new sequel in which Yamato and its gang are now 3rd years (Mayucchi is 2nd year and Momoyo has graduated). Wagi is the artist in this one. Not sure if the clones will appear, but I sure hope so.

I kinda lost interest when they kept milking thousands of fandiscs worth of Yamato fucking more and more obscure characters but that actual sequel sounds cool.
I’m just glad more actual VNs are getting announced after what feels like at least a year since anything of note was announced, and like 2 years since anything worth it got a TL
(Seriously have we gotten anything worth playing since yumina the ethereal?)
