Boudica's sword, iirc, is just named Victory and there's a bit of a tangent in the description going how unfortunately it's not the Sword That Promises Victory and isn't it sad Boudicca?
Its actual ability is to shoot magic bullets.

It shoots a lot of magic bullets when True Name release happens. And it should be a little impressive given that it's B rank so it should have a little umph.

Charles vs Raikou.
Just realized they share similar niches in that both can use their subordinates NPs.
Well Sanzang can as well but it doesn't seem she can actually true name release them or use any of their special abilties and just fights with them normally.

He gets bonus damage against demonic enemies and bonus defense against Divinity, that's not good for Raikou.

What's Charles's NP rank ? Also i don't think from what we've seen Berserker Raikou has what it takes to destroy Charles's castle.
Unless she has another NP, i don't see her being able to tank Joyeuse Ordre either
But then again, it's Raikou. Wouldn't surprised me one bit if she just pulverize Charles in melee because she's supposed to be OP as fuck

I don't think Charles castle is supposed to be offensive in nature from what I seen so I can't see that helping much.
Also Raikou's lightning finisher in her NP looks very destructive enough. Though yeah I don't know how it would compare to Joyeuse Order.
As for the melee, remember Raikou's NP other feature is the summoning of the four clones of herself. So yes I'd think that could overwelm him

Charles seems speced against Raikou, but despite Holy Knight Emperor I doubt he'll be able to tank her NP. So it depends on Joyeuse.
Serenity vs Apo Jack
In my mind Jack kills Serenity then dies of the poison she got on her while killing her.

Serenity can spread her poison through the air, does Jack have a countermeasure against that?
Heroic Spirits can hold their breath for absurd lengths of time. Or her fog might counteract that, come to think of it.
Actually, Servants need to breath in order to circulate magical energy to exist. They don't need the oxygen, but the act itself of breathing is necessary; you see this in Fragments when Paracelsus fights Bryn.
