Since I was the one who proposed this in the first place I'll say that for the sake of the versus Ainz has access to all his gear and cash items, but none of the other guildmembers, nor the Tomb of Nazarick. The fight takes place in a neutral field (like, say, the forest where he fought Shalltear) with no outside intervention, nor any tools or resources other than what they prepared beforehand.

So this?
Don't know which bone daddy to back here.
Might as well add Sans too for the ultimate bone daddy battle royale.
Nah, Sans is only tough because of game mechanics.
In fact, most of Undertale is. Being you can hurt them simply by wanting to hurt them.
The real third contender is Skeletor.
I'm too lazy to talk wordy words, but I think you guys are wanking Ainz a bit too much here. His power is still PC power, KH has DMPC level hacks (Grands are chosen and empowered by the will of humanity itself etc etc). It might not be a stomp, but KH will win.
I mean, you can say "lol MR only rank B" but MR B means "immune to all spells that aren't grand scale rituals and damage resistance even to the ones that are". Ainz would need that nuke he used on Shaltear to even scuff King Hassan's armor.

Once and always and nevermore.
Maybe. The thing is the majority of spells that Ain's use is high tier spells in terms of ranks. 8 to 10 Tier magic plus the Super Tier. What's important for Magic Resistance when using it for Overlord's Tier Magic is simple, it's all about Rank. If your crossing the systems like that, you will see that playing out. I mean is it even that easy to just say he's an PC that KH would trump him, especially when he's a 100 lv PC? Just compare the power levels between his "PC" to what the New World has to offer. He trumps literally everything. If I would make a comparison, at his level I'd say its more likely then not he is a strong as a Servant, so I don't see him just being a PC would have much merit to KH.
I mean how do you think KH can react to a Sharknado? You know a tornado of Sharks. Ain's can do that, he has a crazy amount of spells. While his specialty is death magic he can do so much more.

Implying Skeletor actually isn't all fluffy inside:

You wanna translate ranks to ranks? Sure. EX MR no-sells all tiers of magic. A would ignore everything but ridiculously powerful stuff that takes decades to put together. B rank takes everything but grand rituals without blinking. You ever seen Ainz sit there, set up a circle and chant for a while? Maybe when you see that, you'll see a Servant hurt by a wizard. There's a reason Casters are said to be the weakest class.
And you're completely forgetting that Servants are not only supersonic, two relatively high tiers (Saber and Diarmuid) fighting in a warehouse district ripped the place apart not even hitting the place. Herc destroys buildings with each swings.
And a sharknado? Can be dealt with by just not being there. KH just freaking vanishes when he wants to.
You're wanking a guy who's only ever fought one real opponent, and had to stand around for a couple minutes casting spells just to prepare for it. And then almost got his arse kicked anyway. Ainz might be his world's Karna, but that's just because his current world is made up of scrubs. He's on the tier of a high-mid level Caster Servant. Maybe.

No, he isn't, he's a typical MMO character. He's a monster by their world's standards, but their world's standards are pretty shit.
FGO Supports
Ainz does strain the definition of "secretly loveable", but he is still portrayed as a loveable dork around his guildmembers, even if he has no qualms acting incredibly ruthless to enemies. Also to be fair, Ainz was never aware of the whole "human farm" thing. He misunderstood Demiurge calling them "cattle" and thought they were literal cows or equivalent mindless beasts, not people.
Is this about ability or death by ears?
