Neurological disorder: Humans possess five sense--sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch--and use those five sensors come to recognize the outside world and, as a result of that, they come to comprehend their own state of being.
At their foundation, humans come in contact with the world through these passive senses. By unconsciously using the excellent sensors known as the five senses, they accept the ordinary. However, in the case that any of the five senses degrade, the consciousness must actively face toward the outside world. That which was passive becomes active.
For example, someone who has lost their sight will deliberately specialize in their remaining four senses and will utilize them as even greater sensors. Ironically, they will come to function as someone whose perception is several times superior to that of a person who has all five senses.
In regards to Meltlilith's five senses, her sense of touch has deteriorated. Especially her hands--she's almost completely lost sensation in her fingers, and for that reason, she has become proactive in her relationship with the outside world.
It is thought that even her interest in causing others pains ultimately arose "because like this, I'm the only one who cannot feel the existence of other people."
This is a digression, but because of the clumsiness of her fingers caused by this, despite her hobby of collecting figures, she cannot immerse herself in assembling garage kits. Currently accepting applications for a skilled assembler!

Cannot gain anything...? No way. They should still be able to hold things and talk to others. Then that would only mean that they cannot feel what they are touching. Why would that lead to not being able to gain anything? It's not like they don't have their body. I think it's better than someone missing a part of their body or something.

Then I realize. ...... No body. Even when they touch, they cannot feel that they are touching. They just look at it and confirm that they are "touching". That is the same as reading a book. What's so different about it from reading a book or imagining a story? Even when they walk, they are only moving their body. They do not feel the ground, but only feel their feet moving. No, even that feeling is barely confirmed by looking at their own feet. To have no sense means not having a body. That would make them no different from ghosts. For them, all reality is what they see through their eyes. That's the same as not being able to touch anything even if they really can touch...!

Tough quest so far for me, first BB fight was a loss. I used 240 quartz and gained 1 5 star event CE, 7 4 star event CE, 3 3 star event CE. For servants I finally have a decent Saber, Suzuka, NP 3 and Passionlip NP 2 but no Meltryllis (and the story is now making like her character though not enough to try rolling for her again). Over all I think it was still a good roll. I am trying to get the Gate Key (Cat).

2 mlb CEs = guaranteed extra spawn. If nothing else, it's worth blowing a ton of FP right now trying to get that many. Especially useful for the eventual rerun since I don't remember anything major changing.

Blew some 200k FP's, 0 Hans CE's. I really need Embers to level Melt so I can clear Hundred Faces quickly without compromising the Sakura bonus... but BB has dibs on the ones in the store. (Yet another reason to add to her sentence in the Archive, when all is said and done). This event's quite the rollercoaster.
