Doesn't actually matter, all Beasts have Indirect Manifestation (which directly states it protects against time travel and other concept erasure shenanigans).

L is Kama but IM is for all Beasts and protects from temporal paradoxes. You have beat them down then and there. Time travel is just running away...which has funny implications for Melt traveling back to fight Kiara in CCC event.

Somewhat curious on which Tesla is better at fighting stuff, since each one have some sort of unique trait. Gahkthun Tesla is like a Kamen Rider-esque dude who kick thug's ass up close and personal with Baritsu, Fate Tesla is a flying lightning man shooting lightning bolts outta his fingertip, while Petal Tesla is some sort of living railgun man that uses the planet's rotational energy as his bullet or some cool shit like that
Isnt Kiara capable of making any sentient being hot and bothered? Or is that only Extra CCC kiara,not beast Kiara...
She managed it on Zepar, so it probably works on the Goetia collective as a whole?

L is Kama. Not sure if she can do anything to Goetia unless she broke out or something and gets to keep her authorities.

Kama's probably the weakest Beast so far.
Kama/Mara is a 神魔 (god demon), different from demon god (魔神) like Goetia. 神魔 is basically a god in one religion but a demon in other.
Nega Desire A
The absolute and ultimate skill of adoration possessed by the beast that is the incarnation of worldly desires.
No matter what kind of existence, those with desires will fall into depravity due to that love. If all desires and appetites of the flesh can be fulfilled with infinite love, that is the same as erasing the concept of desire from the universe.
Goetia is literally the perfect target for this, he not only has a lot of desires, but all demon pillars inside him too.
Tiamat literally falls into a place where nothing is alive, she will float around for eternity just like she did in the imaginary number dimension. There is no gravity, no foothold to spread mud, nothing.
Goetia cannot nuke a literal universe. The reason why Kama was so dominant was that her scale is literally infinite. Even the scale of her NP is like 100x larger than the time temple.
Also she is only half of the full Beast and not even close to mature. Calling her an actual Beast means you basically put her on the same playing field as full Beasts.

The Ooku is nothing but a device for her to set up the singularity to lure Guda in, she could set up the plot anywhere else should she chose to. She syncs it with her own universe and that was her mistake. Because everything tied to Ooku and Tokugawa, Kasuga was able to claim her rights as the Ooku's head as well as anti-tokugawa concepts. It's a conceptual battle just like when you fight CCC bosses like BB and Kiara. If you don't have the specific tool in hands, you're good as dead. The boss literally created her own downfall, just like Kiara.
He is still not there yet if you look at other characters. CCC Kiara is up there for a moment but got kicked out of there due to a stupid mistake. Seeing the past and future is not something only gods can do, and all of his plan of using human history as fuel to time travel is said to be "close to true magic" level only, and it resemblance a bit of the 5th, aka what a human - Aoko could do. Huh. So, if I'm reading this Nega Desire Skill correctly, only someone enlightened could fight Mara? Or possibly someone like Siegfried, who arguably had no real desires of his own.
