Have we ever seen a true master of Breathing and Walking? I know that Kuzuki has some skill in it through his training but only enough to help him not waste movements in a fight.
Merem's called a 'holy child', which is also what people who are born with an inborn mastery of Breathing and Walking are called. If that means he has that nature's more ???, though.

The core gets hurt no matter where you attack the Servant.When a Heroic Spirit emerges into this world, he first acquires a Spiritual Core. The Heroic Spirit then materialises as the body envelopes this Spiritual Core. In order to defeat a Heroic Spirit, one must inflict damage to the Spiritual Core. The Spiritual Core gradually diminishes as a result of massive magical energy expenditure or sustaining bodily damage.
