For your first question, that might be possible, but it wouldn't probably be hindrance unless you could somehow morph the NP you're using into a shape that matches the part you're trying to replace. And even then, how likely are you to get your hands on another Servant's Noble Phantasm to try this in the first place? The implication is that you would need to create new parts for her yourself. Not the most practical thing, I know, but I'm trying to closely follow the thought experiment that she's based around.

Rider's secret identity is Date Masamune, the One-Eyed Dragon. A great tactician from the Sengoku period, Masamune was an agressive and ambitious leader, but also a patron of cuture and development. His loss of an eye and characteristic helmet bearing a crescent moon have made him one of the most iconic daimyō of that era.
However... As a Rider his personality seems to have changed quite a bit. Apparently due to influences from a previous summon, Rider now insists he is called Dateman, and has altered his own appearance to resemble that of a certain popular super-hero.

Personality, Lore and Wish

Dateman is a cheerful and charismatic man. In life, he was seen as a ruthless fighter and an aggressive strategist, and while those characteristics can come to the surface during fights, the super-hero persona seems to have completely replaced his image as a general. To be blunt, Dateman is a goody two-shoes.
However, the mantle of Dateman has not affected his religiousness in the same way, in actuality, he seems to have become more pious than in life.
The reason, of course, is due to how his efforts to support Christianity in Japan ended up. Despite allowing the messengers of God to act freely in his lands, he still obeyed when the Tokugawa shogunate outlawed his own faith. Having always been enamored with the west, Masamune had managed to support these ideals until then, but his protection was no more. Reports say that he still managed to save some, but it's undeniable, at least to Rider himself, that he turned his back on his fellow believers.
Even Father Luis Sotelo, who had participated in the expedition funded by Masamune to meet the Pope, and someone who he had saved from Tokugawa in the past, ended up being executed. Despite having promoted so much prosperity and development in his lands, this was a shame that Masamune would never forget.
Then, a summoning. Inspiration. A mask in which to hide his sorrow. A new identity without sins. A new ideal to — this time for sure — follow to the end.
No more compromises or excuses, he would never again bow down and let his people be hunted because his enemy was someone stronger.
Now, as Dateman, he will save everyone, no matter the cost.

Not only does Rider possess the rare talent to both lead in battle and rule territories, his image itself has been popular to this day, granting him a Rank that's usually exclusive to great Kings and Queens. However, due to his change in appearance and character, he is currently barely able to reach this level. Allies that think he is "lame" will receive lower bonuses in group battles.

Mystic Code (Azure Armor) A.

A skill granted to one who possesses a particularly powerful or important Mystic Code, in this case, a blessed armor.

To thank him for his efforts and aid him in his coming battles, the Pope sent Rider an armor much like the one he became famous for wearing (as Rider was also known as the Azure Dragon). It should grant him an incredible amount of magical resistance and additional blessings, but the modifications performed by Overly-Iconic Visage have affected it somewhat. As it is, this Mystic Code grants him a Rank-up to Magical Resistance and applies a plus modifier to his Endurance when fighting against non-Christian enemies.
Rider is aware that his tampering has affected the blessings of His Holiness, but he cannot bear to look at the original appearance of the armor. The fact that the Pope tried to help him defend his fellows Christians in Japan is a grim reminder of the fact that he did not fight for them.

Overly-Iconic Visage A+.

A skill granted as a degree of apology to those that have been remembered due to their appearances. Those whose looks were so iconic they overshadow even their deeds as Heroic Spirits, making their identity obvious to any enemy they encounter. . This Noble Phantasm is the crystallization of the legend of Date Masamune as a military commander, allowing him to summon his troops as shadow warriors that obey his every order. Each of them is quite weak when compared to Servants, but when acting as an army they can prove to be quite the challenge to any Heroic Spirit that lacks powerful area-of-effect attacks.

However, it seems like since their black armor and golden helmets are part of "the iconic look of Date Masamune", he was able to utilize Overly-Iconic Visage to modify them as well. Now they appear bearing the same golden helmets, but with armor that is much more colorful.

Despite that, these shadow troops are still a very versatile Noble Phantasm that can be utilized in a variety of ways to gain advantage during a Holy Grail Way. Blending in the shadows for stealth, information gathering, overwhelming enemies etc. It's the perfect Noble Phantasm for Dateman to display his leadership.

When its true name is released, Masamune can send the ship to retrieve anything he wants from "the western world", and the ship will bring it to him as long as he is still materialized, no matter what. The only issue is travel time, which varies depending on what Masamune requested.

The rarer, more abstract or more absurd something is, the longer it will take for San Juan Bautista to come back.

For example, if rider asks for the Holy Grail of Jesus, the ship will never come back in time. After all, that is a unique item, lost to the ages, whose sole possessor is said to have ascended to Heaven with it.

If Rider asks for the latest issue of Batman, then the ship is probably going to return only a few hours later.
If he asked for a regular katana though, San Juan Bautista is still going to take a few hours, but it will come back empty. A Japanese sword is not something that can be acquired on "the western world".

Poseidon is a very moody person who can be either calm ,analytical one one moment and one an other wild and impulsive .

He was as child rather impulsiveand terrified by his Father Kronos ,unlike Hades did he displayed his fears openly and cried and was shaken with terror but his Sisters and Hades cared and comforted him .

One particular sentence of Hades in that phase took root in him "Never become like our Father"

During the years in his Fathers stomach shifted his fear of his Father into resentment for him and he started to develope his irascible Personality and moodiness.

He was also slowly angered by the commanding words of his Sisters and after their liberation especially from Zeus his unknowing little Brother who didnt endured the same pain like himself and his older siblings .

Their were only one person he couldnt despise namely his Brother Hades as he recognised what his sisters didnt namely that Hades were als tortured by their experience and smiled only to comfort his siblings and be there for them ,but Poseidon knew that he cant speak about that to his Sisters nor question Hades about that as that were Hades only string that let Hades keep his composure and mind.

During the Titanomachia were he the most aggressive fighter of the siblings and a great rivalry developed with his little Brother Zeus .

He accepted the domain of the Waters and Seas as his first memory before his swallowing by Kronos were to see and hear the primordial Ocean.
But his Rivalry and jealousy towards Zeus started to grow ,aswell developed he a strong lust towards women.


After a while as all deities assummed their position and the Heroic age of where the progeny of the deities are roam and ruling the mortal world started ,begann he to dislike the other deities with exception of Hades and some female ones,as albeit he were he from many city the patron deity and worshipped due to his power was he envious that the other deities were more genuine loved and worshipped (out of honest and voluntary choice) by the mortals aswell that he feeled himself as lonely deity similar like Hades.

His relation to the other deities is rather difficult as that he dislikes his younger Brother and see him as Rival,he disdain Athena for her arrrogance and for what she has done to some of his Childrenn,he has also a tensed relation to Ares and Apollo as they supported Troy,but not an hostile.

He is foremost a person who detest to be infferior to someone and he is quite remorseless as he dont forgive any insult,but at the same time does he know mercy after he has "punished enough" so as he accepted the pleading of Oddysseus even after he injuried his son heavily.

He is a quite moody and stubborn person which can also be seen towards his subjects on one side a just and geniun kind King who rules just and fair almost familiar but on some moments later a ruthless tyrann who has no hesitations to kill a only three minutes late butler who serve him cold dish .

He is also an avowed hedonist as he loves to indulge in fine dishes ,drinks and especially beautifull women and is skillfully to seduce them with either direct means or trickery in which point he is not much different as Zeus in that point.

He is albeit he has no objections or restraints to scheme and he openly enjoy the thrill of the fight is he also a man of honor like as he accepted Apollos reason to refuse the fight as Apollo stated that he dont fight against his Family which as Poseidon is (even if its contradicting) also a family person who values his family like that he is very loving and affectionate to his Childrenn and also towards his many Spouses and lovers is he very affectionate and charming especially if they are reciprocate his feelings,which were also described in some erotic tales but those were rather be hidden by the higher society as it were to lewd for the populace (perhaps due to that he were envied by some Males and the watery dreams of young maidens....)
but he were also if they didnt answered his advances rather direct if he were to captivated by them/their beauty (and his hormones),albeit after he regaines himself may be guilty over his deeds so feeled he guilt over what Athena made with Medusa which earned her a place on his Hate-list forever.


An special Relationship has he towards Hades his Big and older Brother as both are having experienced the Terror from their Father Kronos and as both after their assumption of their Realms both were rather feared then loved deities which main Worshipper were certain Priest classess and later certain Mage-clans,rather lonesome Deities and unknown by the mortals have both quite often visited each other in their Realm as Poseidon here and there visited Hades in the underworld to whenever he could afford the time to keep him atleast some company and also Hades did visiting him in return(he saw it as sort of familiar duty to return the favor) and to gossip about what the two had in mind which were mostly love stories from Poseidon where he boasted to his brother during Hades on the other side talked about hiss duties and some accidents like incidents with some Titans that broke free example wise .


As Servant:

As Rider is summoned in the class where he is the most ..bipolar disposition or rather in the most possible various fluctuation as he is on one moment jovial and carefree and mere seconds after that non nonsense and solemn ... it can be described that the ebb and flow .


He is very intersted in the actual state of the ocean and would despite he know anything (really anything) about the Ocean would he buy or atleast want to look at every Ocean infobook and look what the humen have found out ,he definetely appreciate it that Men have started to film his domain like the Ocean photographer pioneer Jacques-Yves Cousteau and Hans Hass that have started the fascination for the oceans and fought for the health of them.So does he respect any Ocean and wildlife protector,he also is delighted that Humens that are care and breed Fishs and other Sea Animels as their hobby and praise their noble passion in his eyes.


He also likes to ask the Humen he happen to meet about their oppinion about the lifeforms of the Water especially about the Sea,and he respect those that respect or love genuinly the Sealife respectively the Oceans as he equals the respect and admiration of/for the Ocean as respect for himself and keep that in mind.In return is disrespect for the waters also equals disrespect towards him which will atoned accordingly.

beside that rather sophisticated aspect where he holds the aura of a wise and sincere Man does he will indulge himself in delicasies and seduce beautifull Women of his liking ,that he encounter.

He is willing to use dishonorable tactics if they are necesary but at the start will he try to settle the thing honorfully.

He has however a fondness for Childrenn as they are ignite his fatherly instincts so does he act with childrenn quite gentle and likes to teach them something like if they should ask him something ,also is he enraged when he witness violence then will he use his whole arsenal if neccesary to rescue them and give the offender a painfull death.

As he is very mody servant and aswell that he doesnt accept to be seen as inferrior and is in general a difficult Servant in handling as he is his position quite concious ,however he will in the first days out of ccuriousity be willing to listen and cooperate his Master and see how they are and for which goals they srive then will he decide if their goals are interesting enough to help them reach it,it goes without saying that he find the idea of the persuation of the root as ridiculous.
　
In the most cases in which his Master is an acomplished Mage is he curious about their Family Magecraft. Regardless does he demands and expects Respect and only if he receive that is he willing to continue to fight for them seriously,should his Master be though a descendant of on priestclass/family-clan of his Worshipper is he more lenient towards them.
　
It also understand itself that if his Master should be a beautifull and young woman is it just a matter of time that he likes to etablish a intimate relationship withem should she be though prudent and at the same time arogant is he outright angered(as such women remind him on Athena) and is even not averse if any other Master should be a beautifull woman and seek to forge with them a new contract if she react "in an adequate way" be it either to then really sever his old pact or make them try to beg to remain on their side.However should his female Master be to young for his preference (everything under 16 years age) will he instead act like an dutifull father (who would intimidate any man that approach her to much).
　
In the case his Master will be a child or unexperienced Shounen/Shoujo is he in general more protective as otherwise and would like to teach them everything the may later may need to know ,but also here can someone perhaps expected that ome rather non child friendly contents may be included however he will only raise them in their best interest so that they become confident,strong and perhaps flirty lewd but in any case good natured.

As he is quite moody and sometimes even have he frenzied moments were he loses his composed self and dwell in the heat of the fight ,in that he even loses temporaly the reason to dicern friend and foe.Should his Master be cautious and have beforehand made an good impression .
　
As he is the Water Kingdeity of the Greek is he curous if he may encounter some of his "otherworldly" counterparts and is if that should happen inspired and heated up to see which one is the true number ONE.
　
As he is the Master of the Oceans is he demanding absolute subordination and respect of Sailor respectively Pirate type Heroic Spirits as they gained their fame on his territorry and by his mercy ,it goes without saying disobedience in that matter =execution.
　
He is as he is one that likes the beauty of Women would he like to settle the grailwar without bloodsheed and instead try to seduce them ,also will he glady play along some beautifull seductress servants and help them in their schemes but he is not a easy prey as it may seem...

Their are few people he is completely unwilling to fight even if they happen to be other servants: they are :Medusa out of his guilt and would he encounter her would he sincerely bow and apologise what is lost control has caused her consequences and would be even fight for her wellbeing against other servants and even let her have the Grail,Hades as he is the only person he never could dislikes and he rather care genuinly for and if really a fight is unavoidable would that be a mutual fight of Honor ,Persephone out of respect as that she saved his Brother before himself which also is showing by that she is the only Woman he himself has prohibited to seduce her (which means much) and Amphitrite as he doesnt fight against his wife .

Would he encounter some of his childrenn as other participating servants would he genuinly want to have a heartly parent-child talk where he would love to hear their lifestories he didnt happen to hear in their lifes,but albeit he is unwilling to fight his Childrenn in an serious death and life battle, would he like to show them what their father has in his quiver and give them a lesson.

It goes without saying that if he should encounter Athena would he be determined to humiliate her and punish her for what she did to Medusa and his Childrenn out of her arrogance.

Parameters are all over the shop (again, just A's and EX's) For some actual moderation, compare to canon god servants of a similar calibur (Quetz, Ishtar Eresh etc) and acknowledge even they aren't that high & the Olympians aren't even the strongest deities. Ishtar and Eresh are older, have more mystery and not that strong so a great rework will be needed badly. 6 personal skills and 6 Noble Phantasms are far too many, half that number. Remember that he's a Rider (though it's hard to tell, you're clearly thrown anything you can with any connection you can) so they wouldn't be at full operation - a canon example is Achilles spear which doesn't have all it's powers while he's around as a rider. I recommend keeping the bull, chariot and trident but nerf the trident and bull. He might "be a god" but that doesn't mean crap, Drake's kicked his teeth in twice in canon now. You say feedback is welcomed but nearly every time you go out of your way to ignore it so this will probably be the last time i comment on yours for the time being.

Izanami's pretty solid and comparable to the other two copies of her floating around on here, she's got some pretty good "underworld goddess" vibes similar to eresh going on without being a carbon copy which is always good. I can't help but feel she's missing a little something though so I did a little digging (as i am not knowledgeable on japanese deities) and saw she was a creator goddess who created land with her husband using the Amenonuhoko.

I was originally going to say maybe rework as a lancer originally but that could partially undermine your concept you've got going on, so i'd say give her a "Crown" skill like Ishtar and Eresh representing their authorities. Giving her corruption and the like you could call it "Hideous Despoiled Crown" or something that weakens enemies or something like that.
