I've always thought that Achilles, would make an amazing Berserker or even a rider.
Berserker because of how he snapped when Patroclus died.
Or rider because of the chariot he strapped Hector too after he killed him.
Achilles had 2 magical horses and a normal horse that could keep up with them, so he more then fits rider, though Patroclus apparently was better at taming them.

A natural attribute possessed by the individual known in life. It normally takes the effect of spiritual ability to commune with creatures which have not achieved the status of 'being' and heal their wounds. Skilled use of this ability allows the servant to co-ordinate her attacks extensively and come close to defeating enemies who are much stronger than herself by outmanouvreing them using her battle units.
With this Noble Phantasm, it also becomes possible to 'synchronize' with the souls of the creatures she commands, exponentially boosting their abilities. In numerical terms (gameplay-wise), it is the equivalent of turning a level 20 unit into a level 80 one through sheer cognitive insight. Equivalent stat boosts can be received so long as the servant maintains her psychic link with the strengthened individual(s). Up to seven animals may be strengthened at the same time in this manner, and any more will result in a severe depletion of combat efficiency.

Rank: C
Spherical items capable of absorbing and storing animals in extremely compact forms. They are of no use against human foes and beasts which already possess masters (such as Alexander's bulls) but all animals which can be considered feral are eligible for enlistment via this Noble Phantasm. Even dragons may be subdued. Upon capture, the animals within can be called upon to fight at any time. So long as they are under the ownership of the possessor of this Noble Phantasm, they will receive boosts to combat experience.

A unique ability. Borne from her propensity for riding numerous creatures in life, including ones which can be attributed to having qualities similar to those of the dragonkin. While she is capable of riding any mythical beast and/or vehicle, her means of controlling it is empathic as opposed to learned. Therefore, benevolent creatures will react to her will and command, but she possesses nearly no control over aggressive mounts.

A skill granted by her extensive fame of dressing as a boy. So long as her ponytail is hidden by means of any form of headgear, such as a shawl, a hat or a helmet, her gender becomes indistinguishable to the human eye. At this rank, she is capable of confusing almost all individuals she comes into contact with, although females have a heightened ability to identify her true nature.

Communication of intention with animals that don't possess words.

Communication is mental, perhaps even spiritual. Verbal dialogue is no longer necessary to convey meaning. At this rank, secrets, even those deliberately hidden away by the mind, may be unlocked. Because 'pokemon' in Yellow's world are akin to the 'animals' in our world, she is capable of exercising this ability over everyday creatures.

Because... Turtle ships were used to ram into other ships... Like a spear. Except on a boat, versus boats.
Most ships in antiquity were made to ram into other ships, so... probably not.

They should stay boats, but he should be a Lancer class. Because every class deserves to have somebody that obstinately refuses to use the right weapons, and just skates in on a technicality.

Ride of the Tiger: E-A+++
Can ride any object which can conceivably be ridden, including Phantasmal Beasts and dragons. However, the Heroic Spirit’s enormous recklessness and total disregard for finesse and handling makes the success of this skill dependent on Luck. The risk outweighs the reward; i.e. even a high Luck stat is likely to produce terrifying results. Can potentially be devastating to enemy and ally alike.
Personal Abilities:
Instinct: A++
This level of instinct is essentially true precognition in battle. Total mastery of combat allows the opponent’s fighting style to be understood and anticipated at a glance. Hunches and guesses are almost always correct, due to an instinctive analytical brilliance which cannot be harnessed or directed. Analysis of facial expressions and body language results in what is essentially mind reading. Any type of deception, trap, or falsehood will instantly be understood regardless of its nature or rank. Obfuscating or concealing abilities must reach A+++ to even be allowed to roll against this ability.
Cooking: E-
Creation of material which, given its caloric content, is typically understood as food; however, whether it is digestible is open to question. This ability cannot be enhanced through positive status effects or enhanced prana, even temporarily.
Noble Phantasm:
Tora-Shinai: Blade of Tiger’s Honor
Rank: A++ (E)
Type: Anti-Unit
Maximum range: 1
Apparently an ordinary shinai with a tiger-themed strap, this weapon cannot cut or kill. It seems to lack any ability other than resistance to being broken by NPs of a lower rank. However, if a strike is dealt to the enemy without deception or violation of the rules of kendo, the following conditions will be imposed on the target and the wielder of the Tora-Shinai:
1. All parameters reduced to E
2. No class or personal abilities can be used
3. Magic cannot be used
4. Noble Phantasms will be sealed or reduced to E rank
5. The Tora-Shinai will degenerate to a E ranked Noble Phantasm with no abilities except immunity to being broken by Noble Phantasms ranked E or lower.
These restrictions will be retained until the user is killed or the match concludes according to the rules of kendo, insofar as they can apply to classes lacking a sword-type weapon. If either participant wins by cheating or is killed by outside interference, the Tora-Shinai will be destroyed and deal an unavoidable rank A++ physical attack to the offender. If the wielder loses legitimately, she will suffer appropriate damage from the enemy weapon (likely fatal.) If the wielder is victorious, the target will be utterly and irrevocably severed from the Holy Grail War and their status as a Servant, and will no longer be able to affect the Holy Grail War or harm its participants in any way. This is a Conceptual disqualification and cannot be avoided or invalidated by any means.
Notes:
-The binding effects of the A++ Tora-Shinai can be dismissed or avoided by protective abilities reaching A++ or higher, provided Luck rolls are successful.
-As the Tora-Shinai’s restrictive effects rely on the concept and mutual understanding of rules, it will be entirely ineffective against targets with the ability Mad Enhancement.

I would like to say right now that the luck stat is off. I believe she has Rance levels of luck which would equal to about EX - A+, other than that it looks pretty good.
Yeah, the Tiger of Fuyuki has canon EX luck, man.

Well you can use any ball on any pokemon.
In the manga a successful capture depends mostly on what you do to the pokemon to weaken it anyway.
I don't see any such dependency there.
And a Master Ball captures independent of that.
Therefore this seems like a Master Ball.
