We can safely take off Elf and RB, and most likely Gaia too. So now only 2 players left to "prune".

Yeah, can't add more Servants. The 9 is kind of.....crucial, you could say.
For those without a partner, will we need to make a new Master? I don't gave Gaia's PC sheet.

I'd really feel bad for him to have his Servant reassigned to me just like that.
Oh, also, just supposing it went through like that. It's 9, sure, but we'd still have the problem of dropping both of Team Defender and keeping both of Team Archer.

We remodel the current characters into more "Regalia-ish" and restart the RP. We keep the same "separate" Servant/Master that we have right now, but since we have 4 "masterless" servants, why dont we have those 4 "Servant-holders" (me, Verg, tang and tobias) take on the "Master/Servant-roles" for one of the others "missing a master"?
That is ofc if we have enough time to RP two separate characters (I do, but I dont know about the others, esp Verg).
If I can help you guys out on this, just ask.

Fine, why dont we just "Regalize" our characters? And rewind the actions of people who have lost their Masters, to make them "fit in"? Hell, we might as well grab new masters for the Masterless servants then.
We can use that as a "crucible" of sorts anyway. Those that are interested will "change" their characters and those that arent can be swapped out, no?
So, will the remaining pairs stay unchanged while the Masterless Servant ones get controlled by one player each?

No, you misunderstand (though that may be because I was being nonsensical last night). What I meant was that we keep the pairs we have right now, but either get new players (to play the master parts) or to have the "masterless" play Master/Servant for the other party.
