Don't do anything about them, take away the rec and that's it, you have enough trouble keeping that thing updated, there's no need to slap yet another layer of work on top of whatever you already have.

...possibly not the best color choice for a link, though. Yellow? (But mostly, I think Raven's right. A zero rec is...well, everything that's not +1 or -1; it applies to literally every piece of fanfiction that isn't mentioned at all on the thread.)

I get what you're saying but what is the point of a neutral review to the system? I like the way it's organized right now, if you like the fic you +1 it, if you don't you -1 it.
Anything beyond that is just people being "meh" about the fic, what is the point of a review that's just "Meh, it was so-so" There's only one situation where that kind of review would work and that is if we we're using an actual review scale on the index, whether it's something like the films with the whole 5 stars thing, or videogames that use a 10 point system.
The beauty of +ing or -ing comes from the fact that at it's core it's extremely simple, it's thumbs up or thumbs down and everyone get's it so why murk that with a yellow/green/purple/ symbol for neutral reviews?
