So those sheets are a mite underwhelming.

For a guy whose name is pretty much 'Rama, but with an Axe', he's the only Hero in myth I know who could ever claim to be stronger than Gil, alas, Gil remains the upper limit.
It would be really easy to make up Parashurama as a ridiculously powerful servant so I held back most of his Noble Phantasms and altered what he kept to fit the class. Like Heracles, he wouldn't have all his NP's in one class.

Hello. One more spic after this then I'll probably go back to WWII Servants.

Artist is Himesagi Yuuya according to Zerochan (?).

    ---

Class: Saber (Alternatively Archer and Rider)
    True Name: Hernán Cortés
Alias: Marquis of the Valley of Oaxaca, ''Second Coming of Moses''
    Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
    Origin: History
    Region:
    Spain

    Strength - C
    Endurance- B
    Agility- C
    Mana- B
    Luck- B
    NP- A++

    Height/Weight: 174cm/55kg
    Gender: Male
    Likes: Wealth, conquest, women, Christianity
Dislikes: Loss, ungrateful kings, incompetent vassals
    Talent: Conquering
Natural Enemy: Diego Velázquez, Juan Rodríguez de Fonseca
    Attribute: Man
    Traits: Human
    Armament: Armour, sword, shield

    Class skills:

    Magic Resistance: (C)
Measures one's capability to resist Magecraft and cancel spells altogether. Cortés possesses an average rank, making it possible to cancel spells containing chants below two verses - but he cannot defend from Magecraft at the level of High-Thaumaturgy or Greater Rituals. Cortés does not have an exceeding rank in Magic Resistance, but due to fighting the Aztec Empire and dealing with magical artifacts in life, he possess a rank that is not below average.

    Riding: (B)
The ability to ride modern vehicles and use animals as mounts. With Cortés's rank, most vehicles can be handled with above average skill and he can easily command various animals as mounts. However, for him, it is not possible to use Phantasmal Beasts as mounts. Because Cortés was a conquistador in life that was skilled in battling from on-top of a horse, he possesses a rank in Riding suitable for him.

    Personal skills:

    Independent Action:
    (B)
Measures one's capability to remain independent while rejecting Magical Energy from the Master. At higher ranks, it is even possible to remain in the living World for extended periods of time even when there is not an established contract with the Master. At this rank, it is possible for Cortés to remain in the world for two days without a Master - an ideal value achieved by minimizing the usage of mana. The reason Cortés possesses such a rank is because, in life, he often rejected or disregarded commands from higher authorities and did things his own way, later justifying his disobedience with his many successes. An arrogant way of behaviour that makes him a dangerous Servant as he will never truly be willing to be chained down by his Master.

    Golden Rule: (B-)
Measures one's fortune to acquire wealth. It is a skilled possessed by individuals who's lives are fated to obtaining fine material and monetary value. Cortés himself was a man filled with greed, often being gifted big amounts of gold by the Aztec ruler and even then, it only served to further fuel his desire for gold which he acquired by force. He was noted to have been someone who brought big financial contributions to the Spanish Crown. He rose from the position of a simple farmer to that of a rich noble later dying an extremely wealthy, but bitter man. Though Cortés' fortune in obtaining finer things in life is quite high, the man in question has severe spending problems which could cause him to deplete even his large amount of gold. He lavishly spent money on the construction of his city and palace, which at one point brought him to many debts. Because of this, a minus modifier is granted.

    Charisma: (C++)
Natural talent to manage a country and lead armies into battle. Though Cortés did not rule over a country in life, he was the first governor of New Spain - a Spanish colony at the time. As such, he is able to control and manage areas and societies of any size as long as he isn't the sole ruler of said land. His Charisma, however, does not fully showcase itself in managing colonies, but rather at leading armies and bargaining with others. As long as Cortés is in possession of some valuable material, ranging from gold to desired items of the other party, Cortés is able to utilize his Charisma to bargain with the enemy in a manner that would lead to the most preferable outcome for himself. At one point, he was able to even directly bargain with the King himself and convince him to let him continue his expeditions.

    Military Tactics: (C+)
Tactical knowledge used not for one-on-one combat situations, but for battles where many are mobilized. Bonus modifiers are provided during use of one's own Anti-Army Noble Phantasm or when dealing against an enemy Anti-Army Noble Phantasm. In life, Cortés was the conqueror of the golden Aztec Empire which was under the possession of far greater man power than that of Cortés' army. He led violent and tyrannical marches against the towns and settlements of the Aztec Empire, slaughtering all those who opposed him and instilled great fear into the hearts of his enemies. Cortés most successful strategy was his alliance with the indigenous people of the land that he convinced to join his side through bargaining. Because of this, when he is fighting alongside allies a plus modifier is granted in this skill.

    Protection of the Faith: (B)
A skill possessed by those who have sacrificed themselves for a religious view. Though it is a form of divine protection, it is not the blessing granted by a higher existence. Rather, it is only the absoluteness of one's body and soul born from their faith. Cortés, himself, was a deeply religious man. He enacted what is known as the ''spiritual conquest of Mexico'' - an act with the purpose of converting the indigenous people to Christianity. He requested from the Spanish monarch to send Franciscan friars in order to proceed with the conversion. Once the Franciscans - a symbolically powerful group known as the Twelve Apostles of Mexico - arrived, Cortés met with them in a way that was later claimed to be his most important deed. The conqueror himself knelt down in wait for the friars, an act that would later be described as proof of Cortés' humility and piety that was a powerful message stating that his earthly power was only subordinate to the spiritual power of the friars. The friars were so moved by this act that they titled Cortés the Second Coming of Moses as someone who conquered Mexico and opened the possibility of it's Christian evangelization.

    Noble Phantasm(s)

    Ciudad de México
    Fall of the Aztec Empire

    Type: Anti-Fortress, Anti-Mystery
    Rank: B
    Range: 1~40
    Max. Target: 50 people

The most important deed of Cortés' life crystallized as a Noble Phantasm. It is the conquest of the Aztec Empire - and the creation of Mexico City that is the capital of Mexico today - which was one of the two most important events for major Spanish colonization in the New World. There are two shapes this Noble Phantasm takes on. The first is a wide spread prana blast of pure magical energy which can be activated through Cortés' sword. Once the Noble Phantasm is activated, the sword will be coated in seething flame that will greatly burst in volume and heat when Cortés releases it towards his enemies. However, even though the flames are supposed to be highly destructive in nature, they will inflict absolutely no damage on the current world and any modern object or living being that comes into contact with these extra-ordinary flames will be able to pass through them without feeling even the slightest heat.

This is because the flames in question are released only for one purpose - which is to devour things that contain high mystery value in nature. A manifestation of the act in which Cortés set the Aztec Empire's settlements on fire in order to instill fear into his enemies combined with his eventual success in conquering the so called Golden Empire. The flames once released in a large wave will act as if they have a life on their own, seeking to devour anything that contains mystery. Because of this, Servants that are of the Earth or Sky attribute will likely feel the full capability of this powerful anti-fortress Noble Phantasm while Servants that are of the Man attribute will likely either suffer no damage or minimal damage depending on the individual.

As mentioned before, there is a second effect to this Noble Phantasm. The effect is that all land and constructs which come to contact with the flames produced by this Noble Phantasm will be heavily boosted in it's value, becoming centers that attract extra-ordinary wealth. The constructs will be repaired as if they were renewed and the land will be filled with powerful ley-lines and it will become especially fertile. When viewed in that manner, Cortés is without a doubt a Servant both the Magi and normal humans - unbeknownst to them - would like for to be summoned in the Grail War. For the former, they will be able to take advantage of the ley-lines and Cortés can repair any heavy damage done to modern civilization making the hiding of Magecraft easy and for the latter, their lands will mysteriously become fertile. In short, this Noble Phantasm is a savage act that at the cost of others' misfortune brings great fortune to the owner and related parties.

    Quetzalcoatl
    Avatar of the Serpent God

    Type: Anti-Unit (Self)
    Rank: A++
    Range: 0
    Max. Target: 1 person

A Noble Phantasm that shares the name with a certain divine feathered serpent worshiped in Mesoamerican religion. It is a mystic code crafted by the Aztec Emperor Moctezuma II which was later taken by Cortés upon his conquest of the Aztec Empire. Since at the time of his arrival to the Empire, Cortés was considered to be the Avatar of Quetzalcoatl by the Aztec people, it is only appropriate that he becomes the true owner of this Mystic Code - according to him at least. The Mystic Code takes the shape of a jewel-like talisman carried around by Cortés. While in possession of this talisman, Cortés is granted the personal skills Clairvoyance at the rank of A++ and Revelation at the rank of B. Furthermore, it allows him to understand cryptic language used by others.

This is because the ''Feathered Serpent'' is often believed to be a Diety of Knowledge, Crafts and Merchants - and as such, the owner of this Noble Phantasm is granted almost absolute knowledge of both the past and future being unable to see only the future of their own demise. More-so, because the owner is under the divine protection of Quetzalcoatl, they will receive the special guidance of the God on matters that involve the obtaining of wealth and creating favourable deals - an effect of the Mystic Code which Cortés will be able to utilize to it's fullest due to his personal skills Golden Rule and Charisma. The true power of this Noble Phantasm, however, lays elsewhere. When it's true name is called out, the Mystic Code will suddenly expand until it devours Cortés upon which a transformation will be enacted. Cortés' appearance will morph into that of a giant serpent containing feathers along it's body and possessing both arms and feet.

In it's arms, it will carry a large crude blade meant for the slaying of it's enemies. By locking away all of Cortés sanity as well as personal skills and secondary Noble Phantasms, Cortés will achieve the form of the serpent god itself as he was believed to be the returning Quetzalcoatl by the Aztec people. Though it's power is inferior to that of the actual Quetzalcoatl and a member of the dragon kind, Cortés will still possess ridiculously high physical power while in this form. A large rampaging reptile that possesses both the ability to fly and control wind currents, it will rampage without stop and attack anything it sees - destroying much of the world around it while swinging it's large crude blade. Taking on the attacks of the transformed Cortés and trying to parry them is without a doubt the same as suicide unless the person in question possesses EX rank in Strength. The serpent will not stop it's madness until it has conquered every last piece of land in it's sight and human communication with it is entirely impossible, forcing the Master to use Command Spells if they wish to force upon it an actual objective.

Though because of the nature of this true power making Cortés lose all his sanity, it is very unlikely that Cortés will ever activate this Noble Phantasm when summoned into the Grail War. It is his trump card, but one he'd use only as his very last move if ever. He'd have to be brought to either a state of crushing anger and hatred towards his opposition or the Master will have to force upon him a Command Spell for him to activate this Noble Phantasm's true name. Cortés is a man of class and wealth, so making himself appear in this form - especially in the company of women - is something he does not desire no matter what.

    Lore
One of the most important conquerors of Spanish history. He is a conquistador who led the fall of the Aztec Empire and became the first governor of what is known as Mexico today. He was a part of the generation of the Spanish colonizers who enacted the Spanish colonization of the Americas.

Being born as a farmer to a family of lesser nobility, Cortés decided to pursue a livelihood in the New World. He sailed to Hispaniola and later Cuba where he became the magistrate of the second Spanish town founded there for a short period of time. Later, during the early 16th century, Cortés was elected to be the captain of an expedition to the mainland which he partly funded. It was during this time that his bad relations with the governor of Cuba, Diego Velázquez, resulted in the recall of the expedition at the last moment. An order that he entirely ignored.

Upon ariving to the continent, Cortés successfully allied with some indigenous people against the Aztecs. When the governor of Cuba sent troops to arrest Cortés, he fought them and won, using the extra troops as reinforcements. He later wrote a letter to the Spanish king that was seeking acknowledgement of his success rather than mutiny. After his successful victory against the Aztec Empire, he was granted the title Marquis of the Valley of Oaxaca while the more prestigious title of Viceroy fell to another high-ranking nobleman. Embittered, Cortés returned to Spain and died there as a wealthy man.

    Personality
Cortés is an extremely haughty, greedy and perverted person. He desires nothing else but to attain wealth and enjoy the company of women. Though he could be easy to get along with, it is smart to remember that he is a condescending person that will not take commands and will absolutely not take a ''no'' as an answer. When summoned into a Grail War, he is an irresponsible and hard to manage Servant that can be a pain in the ass due to his constant desire to visit places in town where the most wealth fluctates such as casinos. On the other hand, he will also be very prone to visiting places where women gather so he can sweet-talk them into accompanying him for the night.

As far as he is concerned, he would like to be summoned by a female Master instead of a male one in the first place. And on the same note, it is very unlikely he will be managable by a male Master that does not grant him any type of interaction with females of the modern world. However, if he is summoned by a female Master it is likely he'll try to flirt and seduce his Master at every turn possible, though he'll certainly get along with them far better than with a male Master...

In regards to other Servants, he will of course retain an absolute aura of arrogance and dominance that will make him an unpleasant guy to deal with. Unless of course they are again... female, in which case they'd have to deal with a different type of pain in the ass behaviour from him. In short, he is a typical arrogant rich womanizer.

His wish for the Holy Grail is to become a man more wealthy than even the King of Heroes himself, but the sole act of obtaining a desireable piece of treasure such as the Holy Grail is already a tempting turn of events for him.

    Intro
    SEPTEMBER 22nd 1192 xx:xx, JERUSALEM [1]
In the streets of the Holy City, it was pandemonium.

This, taken by itself, was not particularly unusual. Jerusalem was, after all, a vibrant city. However, the turbulent times did not allow its citizens relief from the undeniable undercurrent of tension. While the Muslims had retained control over the city, it was mostly nominal; furthermore, due to the terms of the surrender, now the nominal conqueror and the conquered had to live as one.

That said, there was another reason for the shouting and commotion that now swept through the streets: Two men on horseback were chasing what appeared to be another, shoving aside pedestrians in their haste.

The first of the pair, the one who was ahead slightly, had blond hair, and looked younger than his forty years of age; he wore armour that was clearly of western design, and on his hip was buckled a very ornate sword, which he protectively held a hand over. Though they rode through the streets at a pace that was undeniably reckless, he was grinning and clearly enjoying himself. His name was King Richard I of England, though some already called him Richard Lionheart for his tactical skill and valor.

As clearly as the other was not a native of the region, the other was. He seemed much older than his companion, with flecks of gray in his hair and beard, but was somehow keeping pace with him, shouting apologies and warnings to the pedestrians whose paths he crossed. He wore unassuming clothing, but his posture as he rode was as rigid and regal as that of his companion. Though Richard and the other Crusaders knew him as Saladin, his name was in full An-Nasir Salah ad-Din Yusuf ibn Ayyub, and he was one of the greatest Sultans that would ever live. And even if he did not show it, he felt like his glory days were over; he was definitely too old to desperately race through busy streets.

When the thing they were chasing down disappeared around a corner, both slowed down, though their focus did not waver. Both knew they were dealing with a monster that had long haunted the battlefields that littered the Holy Land. A Dead Apostle.[2]

Their reasons for hunting it were very different, however. Saladin had merely acquiesced to the wishes of al-Khidr [3], while Richard had heard of it from one of the Church officials that had accompanied the Third Crusade and decided it would be a worthy adventure to round off his stay in the Holy Land. Its like had, after all, been the cause of the death of the original Baron of Jerusalem.[4]

Rounding the corner, they noticed the street was empty and oddly silent. There was no trace of the Dead Apostle, but also no people, which was suggestive in its own way, and the door of a nearby house hung ajar.

Richard took out a small crucifix from a pocket, and dangled it in front of him. It swayed back and forward, more so than normal. Saladin looked at the relic with no small amount of distaste, but nonetheless readied himself to race onward again. He was too old for this sort of hunt, but piety would not allow him to ignore a mission from Allah. For that same reason, he had returned the ancestral lands to the Umma[5], though much of that work had now been undone.

"Oi, old man. I'm not too welcome. Go in and check, will you?" the one at fault for that suddenly asked.

Though he had a point, Saladin felt a momentary surge of indignation, but immediately suppressed it. Silently, he acquiesced, and after dismounting his horse and putting a hand on his scimitar, he entered the house.

[1] date chosen at random; it could, as far as I know, be any date before 9/10/1192, since that's when Richard left the Holy Land forever. I just picked the period after the peace treaty had been signed for maximum tension.
[2] I think there's some confusion between it being a DAA or a DA, but since it was revealed elsewhere IIRC that Servants and DAA can't coexist in the same world, I went with DA.
[3] aka the Verdant One, figure of Muslim legend. In my headcanon he shows up every once in a while all over the world to be the Muslim equivalent of the Eight Sacrament. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khidr for more details.
[4] Referring to Godfrey of Bouillon (who is a fascinating figure himself, hint hint). Historically speaking, details of his death are vague enough I figure no one'll mind too much if he died in an awesome battle against a DA, most likely Nrvnqsr. He never actually called himself King, so Baron of Jerusalem it was.
[5] Umma is thegeneral Muslim community, disregarding borders etc.

    MGI C
    LU C
    NP B

    Class Skills:
    Riding B
Saladin can ride all animals and vehicles with above average skill.

    Magic Resistance C+
Cancel spells with a chant below two verses. Due to spending his life fighting a
    Jihad
    Holy War
against the infidel Crusaders, this skill receives a rank up when it comes to defending against Christian sacraments.

    Personal Skills:
Saintly Defender of the State A
A skill given to those who defended their domain with exceptional vigour. Saber can mark an area as his personal dominion, and in this dominion his combat prowess increases immensely.
Saladin retook most of the territory that had been lost to the Crusaders and returned it to Muslim rule, but had difficulty defending against the Third Crusade, led by Richard Lionheart.

    Charisma A
Natural talent at commanding. Though lowborn, this talent saw Saladin rise through the ranks again and again, eventually becoming one of the highest ranking and most revered men of the Muslim world. Even his opponents could not deny his immense popularity, and among them he was known as a chivalrous knight, if an infidel one.
One reason for his popularity were his constant works of charity. Not only did he fully embrace the Islamic principle of zakat, he exceeded it; at the time of his death, he only had a single gold coin and forty silver coins. Having given away everything he owned to his people, there was barely anything left for his burial.

    Military Tactics C
Tactical knowledge of group combat, where hundreds if not thousands of people are involved. Provides a bonus against Anti-Army Noble Phantasms used by others and to Anti-Army Noble Phantasms used by the Servant.
Saladin spent his life on the battlefield, constantly fighting against not only heathens but all sorts of tribes and kingdoms. His knowledge of warfare is extensive and diverse, as well as tempered by defeat.

    Noble Phantasm:
    Righteousness of the Faith
    Salāḥ ad-Dīn
    Anti-Unit C

After the battle of Hattin in 1187, in which Saladin's determined army defeated the armies of the Kingdom of Jerusalem, Saladin met with his royal captives. One of them, Raynald, had violated the truce between the Christians and the Muslims, attacking caravans of Muslim civilians. Furthermore, he insulted the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) before murdering and torturing a number of them. With little fanfare, Saladin drew his sword and hacked off the man's head.
Faced with the fearful look of the other captive, Saladin sheathed his sword and merely stated, "It is not the wont of kings to kill kings; however, that man had transgressed all bounds, and therefore did I treat him thus."

A simple-looking scimitar. Around its edge, faint hints of blood are still visible. It is a reproduction of the scimitar Saladin used in life to decapacitate Raynald, but has taken on special properties. Wielding it grants Saladin the skill Protection of the Faith at rank A++. Furthermore, he can project his mana outwards from it, invisibly extending its edge. It has also gained a conceptual bonus against other kings.

With A Wall I Will Make The Two Into A Unique Whole
    Qalaʿat Salāḥ ad-Dīn
    Anti-Army B

A Bounded Field-type Noble Phantasm resembling the legendary Citadel of Cairo. While it used to be from a pleasure pavillion, Saladin turned it into an impenetrable stronghold. He had also planned a large wall that would surround Cairo and Fustat, but construction had not finished by the time of his death.
The Citadel was a marvel of a building, where it was said there was always a fresh breeze, and also included the Well of the Spiral, a 85m deep well that can still be seen today.

As with the Citadel, the area Saladin has marked becomes an impenetrable stronghold. Building and marking it is where the real investiture is; once built, it requires relatively little upkeep. Due to his Saintly Defender of the State skill, Saladin's stats are all boosted by a rank. Furthermore, though it had nothing to do with the Citadel, Saladin has learned from the Grandmaster of the Assassins to be on his guard for assassination. The result is that within his domain, he gains innate Presence Detection of rank C, automatically negating Presence Concealment of equivalent rank.

    Tactics
The ideal would be to first establish Saber's domain, and then from there expanding outwards using his Noble Phantasms. It'd take a pretty good Assassin to get past the innate Presence Detection, so a direct attack will be necessary for other Servants if they want to get past it. Which is of course the point, since he gets buffed inside of them. Since Anti-Fortress attacks are his biggest concern, he's likely to have set up little blobs of domains where he and his Master can flee to if one gets destroyed.

    Personality
Incredibly pious and always polite, there is nothing he will not do in the interests of his faith. If this puts him at cross purposes with his Master, he will always put his faith first. Saladin is very slow to anger and there is very little that will break his composure. He finds the current state of the Muslim world rather deplorable, and his wish on the Grail would be to restore it to glory once more.
Requires the Master to be at least somewhat religious in order to cooperate well. More than even infidels he dislikes atheists.

    Background
Born as the son of a (former) prison warden, Saladin entered the military under his uncle's direction at the age of 26. Through a series of events, he came to be chosen as vizier of Egypt - a strange choice, since the position was traditionally Shi'ite and Saladin was a Sunni. It is generally believed he was chosen because it was thought he would be easy to manipulate. This turned out not be the case, and he faced a fair amount of assassination attempts and revolts that were all foiled.

Saladin's military career is long and storied - he once attempted to wage a war against the Order of Assassins, with mixed results - but resulted in him becoming Sultan of both Egypt and Syria, a position no man before him had held, and captured even the Holy City, Jerusalem.

However, he finally met his match in Richard the Lionheart, who was one of the generals on the Third Crusade provoked by the loss of Jerusalem. The lands Saladin had spent his life gaining back were taken back swiftly, and while Jerusalem itself could not be taken back, both Saladin and the Crusaders felt it was only a matter of time. To make matters worse, a Dead Apostle revealed itself in Jerusalem; it was only through Saladin and Richard working together that it was defeated.

About a year after Richard left the Holy Land for good, Saladin died. Not too long after that, the Ayyubid dynasty he had built collapsed.

    Notes
This is the first Servant for which I wrote and, more importantly, didn't scrap the intro of. I tried to go for a buddy cop comedy kind of thing, where Richard's the Riggs/Starsky to Saladin's Murtaugh/Hutch. ... I may have watched a lot of Lethal Weapon recently. The as-of-yet-undecided Hassan would be the one who has to put up with all their bullshit, of course. I tried to work in some classic buddy cop lines like Saladin being too old for this shit without crossing the line into being too cheesy. I could've written a lot more, but I figure it works fine this way and I run less chance of getting some Muslim custom grievously wrong.

Anyway. I looked at other sheets, like I usually do. To be honest I don't think I've anything innovative with the skills. I'd planned to have them slightly different effects and reasons, like Charisma being a self-made skill motivated by his charity, but then I realized there'd be no meaningful difference. So here we are.

These last few sheets have been incredibly well done. I especially like the inclusion of the RP sample, it made me grin like an idiot.

Here is what may be my weakest servant yet. When I designed her, I imagined her as the servant of one of the generic participants of the Holy Grail War in Fate/EXTRA.

    Class: Rider

    True Name: Phaea
    Alignment: Chaotic Evil
    Likes: Stealing, Her Pig
    Dislikes: Someone Hurting her pig
    Weapon: Battleaxe
    Natural Enemy: Theseus
Personality: Rider is a cruel, wicked woman. She is completely selfish and greedy, completely obsessed with the idea of gaining the more money by doing the least work possible. Despite that, she truely love her boar and spoil it, caliing it ridiculous, almost downright diabete-inducing nicknames and feeding it whatever food she can find despite the fact that it doesn't need it to survive. She can also give similar affection to a like-minded master and will act like a outgoing, if amoral, grandmother toward them. She refuses to answer what was her past before she became a bandit or how she gained control over a Monstrous Beast.

    Spoiler:

    Stats-
    Strength- D
    Endurance- D
    Agility- B
    Mana- C
    Luck- E
    NP- B

    Class Skills-

    Magic Resistance- D
Cancel single-action spells . While Rider lived in the Age of Gods, she met very few magic.

    Riding- A+
The ability to mount animals and vehicles. At this rank, phantasmal and divine beasts can be ridden. However, this does not apply to member of the dragon kind.

    Personal Skills-

    Banditry- B
    A
skill belonging to those famous for terrorizing and plundering from others as a brigand. It comprises Rebellious Spirit, Independant Action and Golden Rule at one rank lower. Rider terrorized the small town Crommyon for years before being killed by Theseus.

    Terrorizing Appearance- C
The ability to instill great fear despite the possesser of this skill's actions or behavior. Any person that sees the servant will be instilled by a feeling of fear and revulsion. Rider's ugliness made the brave hero Theseus flinch, tough he recovered quickly.

Rage of the Lost Companion- C
An ability belonging to those who entered into a murderous rage at the loss of their loved one. When a ally of Rider is struck down, she gain the benefits and drawback of Mad Enhancement at the same rank. It last until the target of her vengeance is struck down. When Theseus killed her beloved pet, Rider fell into a mindless rage and assaulted the hero. However, because her only allies in normals circumstances are her steed and her master, this skill mostly serves to allow one last desperate attempt to kill her opponent.

    Noble Phantasm-

Crommyonian Sow~ Demon Boar of Destruction

(Anti-Squadron, C) A member of the Demon Boar type of Monstrous Beasts that Rider managed to tame trough unknown means. While it is weaker than it's more famous offspring, the Calydonian Boar, it is still a formidable monster that can physically provide a challenge to members of the knight classes. Furthermore, it constantly emmit a aura of nauseous gas that rank-down by one the Endurance of anyone that breathes in it. It can also recreate it's act of destroying the houses of Crommyon while Rider stole the belongings of the townspeople. By invoking it's true name while it's charging, it will destroy the land and buildins that it passes by. Enemy servants will then be be able to absorb less energy from the destroyed area while, on the contrary, Rider will be able to absorb more from it. Despite it's usefulness, the boar has one huge glaring weakness: it cannot change it's direction while it's charging and has to stop itself before doing so, wich is rather difficult due to it's speed. Furthermore, it cannot destroy buildings created by Noble Phantasms or Skills of C-rank or above. A clever master and servant pair could discover this weakness and easily take advantage of it.

Thanks. And yeah. It's a combination of that + the fact that Cortes was a swordsman himself. It seemed more fitting than Rider and Archer in any case.

    Class: Archer
    True Name: Agustia de Aragon
    Place of Origin: Spain
    Attribute: Man
    Traits: Humanoid
    Armament: Cannon larger than herself

    STR: C
    END: D
    AGI: D
    MGI: E
    LCK: B
    NP: C

    Height/Weight: 149cm/47kg
Likes: All the great heroes of Spain
    Dislikes: Destruction of Spanish Civilization
    Talent: Overkill
    Natural Enemy: Napoleon Bonaparte, Altrea

    Class Skills:
    • Independent Action (B) - It is possible for a Servant to stay in the world for two days without a Master. However, this is the ideal value achieved by maximally conserving mana and avoiding battle and Noble Phantasm usage.
    • Magic Resistance (D) - Cancels Single-Action spells. Magic Resistance of the same degree of an amulet that rejects magical energy.

    Personal Skills:
    • Disengage (C) - The ability to break away from combat. Bonus effect of returning battle conditions to what they were at the beginning of the match . She was captured by the French after her famous feats at Zarabosa, but managed to stage a daring escape from their prison.
    • Marksmanship (B+) - A skill representing all-round shooting techniques, which includes quick drawing and trick shooting by means of small arms. She gains a bonus when using heavy artillery or large firearms
    • Resounding Resolve (C) - A skill to inspire others with one's own fiery spirit. Combines Bravery and Charisma of the same rank.
    • Subversive Activities (D) - The talent to reduce the enemy forces in the preliminary stages, before going into battle. An expert of traps. However, the higher is the ranking of this Skill, the more one's spiritual status as a hero declines. The Servant can reduce enemy strength by up to 20% before combat is initiated.

    Noble Phantasm

Proteger de Zaragoza DIE! DIE! UNTIL YOU'RE DEAD! (Anti-Army) (C+) - This Noble Phantasm is the crystallisation of the feat that established Archer as a national hero of Spain, where she ran to the front lines and fired it at a French platoon point blank, decimating them. Here she took hold of the cannon and kept firing it herself, unleashing a continual barrage of destruction.

As the manifestation of "Overwhelming Force", when the Noble Phantasms true name is invoked, her MGI parameter increases greatly as she condenses and fires a wave of condensed prana. Like in life where she continually fired upon her enemies, she can continue to repeatedly unleash wave after wave of attacks. Each blast will drain from her enhanced mana capacity however she is able to repeatedly fire until either the enemy is destroyed or she runs out of mana entirely.

"I have no idea why my cannon shoots lasers either. Yes it's dumb. Just roll with it, I'm not complaining."

    Lore

The city of Zarabosa had enjoyed many years of peace. However during the Spanish War of Independence, the city fell under siege from Napoleons forces and his insatiable desire to conquer all of Europe.

On one fateful day, the forces of Zarabosa had suffered greatly and were on the brink of defeat with only volunteers left to fight. Against the overwhelming force of Napoleon, the men had only one choice. Fight or die.

With the last line broken, amidst the gunfire strode an angry young woman called Agustina. After seeing the last man fall she ran from the battlements where she provided aid to artillerymen and charged toward an abandoned cannon. With a company of French soldiers lunging at her, she fired the cannon directly at them, reducing the group of invaders to chunky salsa. When the smoke cleared and Agustina standing knee deep in gore, the spanish soldiers who previously fled charged again. Leading the counter attack with her cannon, she forced Napoleon to abandon the siege if her home. She was praised as the saviour of the city.

Months later, the French returned using cowardly and underhanded tactics to claim the city and took Agustina as a prisoner of war and thrown in a cell to humiliate her and break the will of the people. Not taking this as an answer, she simply freed herself and broke out in a daring escape where she lead a guerrilla squad where she was formerly given the rank of 'Captain'. After years of underhanded activities and attacks she drove the French out of Spain herself once and for all.

    Personality

An indefinitely angry woman. She is very aggressive and crude with a rather filthy mouth. Seemingly half of her vocabulary is a variety of curses. She can be regarded as "Having no chill" and prefers to use as much force as possible to perform and task. Why shoot someone when you can throw a car at them? Why do that when you can drop a building on them?

The only way to get her in a calm mood to actually converse is to bring up other Spanish heroes such as ; Juan Ponce de Leon, Hernan Cortez and Bernardo del Carpio which she will speak fondly of like idols she aspires to be more like. However when discussing El Cid, she will blush and become highly flustered. It's not like she has a crush on him Baka! Her wish is rather interesting. It is a power fantasy, it would be to live another life closer to or in the Age of Gods where she could fight as a female knight with her own legendary named weapons.

As expected she would terrible at housework but do not ask her to perform pest control, no matter how much she begs you too. She will use her Noble Phantasm to kill a fly.

    Tactics
Unlike most Archers, she specialises at close quarters firing however regarding her parameters she would be a poor fit for the likes of Saber and Berserker who could overwhelm her. She is however talented at destroying fortifications with her Noble Phantasm so she would be better too gunning for the masters or quickly taking the Caster servant out of commission, especially in conjuncture with her Disengage and Subversive Activities skill, she would be excellent in the art of sabotage.

Oh dropping a spic Servant too, are we? I like her. She's amusing as far as personality goes with her tsundere-isms, especially with her crush on El Cid. Skill and NP wise she's a pretty solid average'ish level Servant.

Hermes: Interesting to compare this to my own Agustina Servant from the old thread. Rather amusing to note that your take on her as an Archer is far more wild and aggressive then my Berserker version. Her NP is a rather more simplistic one, whereas I went with something more conceptual to represent her defense of Zaragoza, but it definitely works. The imagery of her just going wild and letting loose with a barrage of Mana-lasers from her cannon is certainly a spectacular one, and it fits your take on her character.

Her personality sounds quite entertaining, and I could imagine all kinds of fun scenarios involving her performing mundane household tasks in a ridiculously over-the-top way (with her Master frantically trying to stop her before she levels the house the surrounding neighborhood the world trying to shoot a housefly). Funny that we both depicted her with a fangirl-style crush on El Cid. Were you inspired by my Agustina sheet, by any chance?

Lastly, I got a kick out of the Black Rock Shooter faceclaim.

    Class: Rider
    Alignment: Lawful Evil
    Origin: Historical
    Region: Germany

    Parameters
    Strength: E
    Endurance: C
    Agility: D
    Mana: E
    Luck: C
    NP: C

    Class Skills:

    Magic Resistance: (E)

Born in a time far past the Age of Magic, Rider has this skill at the lowest possible rank.
At this rank, Rider cannot cancel spells but the damage taken from magic is lowered somewhat.

    Riding: (B+)

The ability to ride modern vehicles and use animals as mounts. A proficient rider of horses since his childhood, it was this skill that allowed him to become a cavalry lieutenant, and then on to airplanes.
Almost all vehicles and mundane animals can be handled with consummate skill. Maneuvers that should be borderline impossible can be performed with some effort.

    Personal Skills:

    Piloteer: (A)

The ability to fly and command aircraft and other aerial vehicles. Like its naval counterpart Voyager of the Storm, this skill includes both Charisma and Military Tactics of the same rank--however due to Rider's position, these effects are only active while inside a plane and/or governing other pilots. At this rank, one can only be described as a natural born flier: an ace-of-aces. Rider is capable of flying any plane from any era at the absolute limit in terms of skill. Borderline impossible feats can be accomplished with moderate difficulty.

    Battle Continuation: (B)
On 6 July 1917, during combat with a formation of F.E.2d two seat fighters of No. 20 Squadron RFC, near Wervicq, Rider sustained a serious head wound, causing instant disorientation and temporary partial blindness. He regained consciousness in time to ease his aircraft out of a spin and executed a forced landing in a field in friendly territory.
Rider's fighting abilities will not be hampered at all by localized wounds, and can continue to fight for a brief period after receiving a lethal wound. Bonus effect of gaining the chance to escape combat after being defeated and survive long enough to reach allied territory.

    Marksmanship: (A)

A hunter to his core, since the early days of his youth, Rider made his adventures in the woods behind his pleasantly landed home, hunting all kinds of game and bringing home trophies each time. During his leaves while in his military service, Rider also went hunting to relax. It was this formative youth that made Rider a crack shot in the skies--itself an incredibly difficult accomplishment--earning his legendary 80 kills.

    Noble Phantasm

    Der Rote Kampffliege
Steed of the Audacious Flying Knight

    Type: Mount
    Rank: D
    Range: 1
    Max Range: 5~10

An Albatros D.III biplane painted a brilliant shade of red. Though Rider flew numerous variations of the Albatross and other planes produced by the Germans at this time, it was the D.III that he originally painted red and earned his nickname under the impressive kill count this individual crate boasted. A crimson emblem of fascination for both the German people and enemies everywhere, simply viewing the plane in the sky is enough to affect a rank down in Luck. Can be overcome with equal or greater Bravery stat.
Aside from this passive effect, the D.III is equipped with the same two 7.92mm lMG 08/15 machine guns it possessed when it existed, now capable of harming magical entities.
However, the D.III is incredibly flimsy by modern standards (being made of plywood and all) and thus should only be summoned at the lack of any alternative aircraft. Der Rote Kampffliege's true purpose is to turn any airplane into [that which is the Red Baron's], instantly dyeing it red and affording it the same effects. Ineffective on any other kind of mount.

    Dicta Boelcke
    Gentleman Pilot's Law

    Type: Support
    Rank: D
    Range: 1
    Max Range: 1

A list of fundamental aerial maneuvers of aerial combat formulated by Rider's beloved mentor and fellow WWI flying ace Oswald Boelcke. It was Boelcke who first noticed Rider's potential and shaped him into the lord of the sky he would soon become. Dicta Boelcke is as follows:
    1. Try to secure the upper hand before attacking. If possible, keep the sun behind you
    2. Always continue with an attack you have begun
    3. Open fire only at close range, and then only when the opponent is squarely in your sights
    4. You should always try to keep your eye on your opponent and never let yourself be deceived by ruses
    5. In any type of attack, it is essential to assail your opponent from behind
    6. If your opponent dives on you, do not try to get around his attack, but fly to meet it
    7. When over the enemy's lines, always remember your own line of retreat
Less of a Noble Phantasm and more of a series of flying techniques that Rider has mastered, should he fulfill every requirement of an engagement that he can, all of Rider's parameters will be treated as rank up.

    Lore

Rider is Manfred von Richthofen, also widely known as the Red Baron. A German fighter pilot with the Imperial German Army Air Service during the First World War, he is considered the ace-of-aces of the war, being officially credited with 80 air combat victories.

Originally a cavalryman, Richthofen transferred to the Air Service in 1915, becoming one of the first members of Jasta 2 in 1916. He quickly distinguished himself as a fighter pilot, and during 1917 became leader of Jasta 11 and then the larger unit Jagdgeschwader 1 (better known as the "Flying Circus"). By 1918, he was regarded as a national hero in Germany, and respected and admired even by his enemies.

Richthofen was shot down and killed near Amiens on 21 April 1918. There has been considerable discussion and debate regarding aspects of his career, especially the circumstances of his death. He remains perhaps the most widely known fighter pilot of all time, and has been the subject of many books, films and other media.

    Personality

Described as a throwback to when Germans were proud Teutonic knights, Rider is an ambitious man who loves what he does. Always taking his own life by the reins, it was Rider who first approached Boelcke about training him to be a pilot. Generally reserved but with boisterous and cheerful moments, the one thing that will almost always tip Rider over the edge is losing; as it will remind him of his head injury and the trauma it produced in the later parts of his life

Rider's wish for the war is to know once and for all if it was Roy Brown who truly shot him down.

    Tactics

A rare species of Rider who can fly unassisted without the need for a special skill, and in a craft far less clumsy than a magical chariot or flying pirate ship. The best chance to fully utilize Rider's skills if no other aircraft is at hand for him to use Der Rote Kampffliege on, would be to make full use of his history as an observer. A much easier and safer method of spying, a trademark surprise attack from the enemy's blind spot will surely finish the job.

    Name:
    Oswald Mosley, The Blackshirt Commander
    Class: Assassin
    Alignment: Lawful Evil

    Attribute: Human
Likes: Social Stability, Britain, Landscapes, Tarka the Otter
Dislikes: Decadence, Waiting for Phonecalls, So-Called 'Modernity,' Elvis Costello
    Talents: Public Speech, Optimism
Weapon: Words, Walther PP, 'The Voice of The People'
    Natural Enemy: Karl Marx

    STR: E
    AGI: E
    END: E
    MGI: D
    LCK: E
    NP: C

    Class Skills:

    Presence Concealment
The capacity to hide one's presence as a Servant.
    • D: The level at which it is suitable for spying. As a noted public figure for most of his life, not to mention one known both for his intense personality and sense of character, it is difficult for Assassin to suppress his presence.

    Incitement

A skill that functions as the acquisition of the words and gestures to lead the citizens and the masses.
    • B++: Assassin is a master of both political linguistics and what one may dub the 'language of the masses,' allowing him to not only formulate and deliver grand speeches seemingly at the drop of the hat, but also to identify the grievances of his audience and to adjust his discourse accordingly. The confident and seemingly-unshakeable oratory of Mosley earned him tremendous popularity among certain portions of society, and indeed even his opponents noted the deep vitality of his speechcraft — incidentally, when working to incite groups who believe themselves to have been in some way maligned by the current establishment, Assassin's rank in this Skill increases considerably. The rank further increases when speaking to an audience that feels that their way of life is under threat, or those that are in any aspect spiritually-deprived, an element of the human condition Mosley's fascism was happy to sate. It must be stressed that is not until A rank that this Skill can be considered a supernatural effect and not a consequence of sheer force of personality.

    Captivation

Denotes one's ability to hold an audience's attention beyond the mere use of words, and thus can signify anything from empty emotional appeals to outright performances. A talent more for showmanship than typical speechcraft.

    • C: Assassin's speeches, upon catching an individual's attention, quite literally cannot be forgotten — for a length of time varying based on their susceptibility to his viewpoints. Even the intensity of his 'performances' means he has no difficulty in maintaining his hold on all but the most difficult of audiences, despite the efforts of hecklers. However, acts of violence are more than able to disrupt Assassin's grip. At this rank, even modern media in the area in which he is summoned, provided they can be won over, will be able to assist Assassin in keeping his ideas fresh in the hearts of the masses, just as Mosley for a time exerted influence over a number of newspapers.

    Personal Skills:

    Double Summon
An uncommon personal skill, it permits a Servant to simultaneously possess class skills from two distinct classes. It is limited only to the some of the extra classes, cavalry classes, and 'modern classes' like Gunner.
    • N/A: In the case of Oswald Mosley, it indicates candidacy for a hypothetical 'Enchanter' (or Supreme Leader?) class meant for political ideologues and others who are able to 'cast spells over an audience' with their words, a modern equivalent to the Caster class. Class skills Incitement and Captivation are received as a result.

    Lifeblood of the Nation
Benefits received from the selfless devotion to one's nation, usually on a conceptual or romanticised level. A resistance against mental or spiritual effects is automatically awarded, along with other benefits based upon the strength of the Servant's conviction.

    • A+++: Perhaps the peak of patriotic fervour, Assassin is driven by a wholehearted devotion to the British state (as he envisions it) and his desire to rid it of what he views as corrupting elements. As such, in addition to the typical benefits posed by this Skill, he receives a bonus to his parameters similar to B rank Mad Enhancement (although without the typical loss of reason) when faced with what he views as 'infections in the body politic of Western civilisation.' This includes the Semitic peoples, believers in the Modernist art movement, hedonists, narcotics users, spectator sports fans, sexual deviants, the very concept of the City itself, and so on. In the case of the latter example, as the City was seen as the birthplace of the rot eroding society — the urban classes, disconnected from soil and thus lacking in self, open to Semitic influence — Assassin may increase a random Parameter by two full ranks provided he meditates in a rural area for a few hours each day. Though given his laughable parameters, this Skill is more a pittance than anything else.

    Faustian Saint
A belief that personal suffering or self-sacrifice leads to the improvement of a person's character, or the spiritual urge to sacrifice oneself for a greater ideal.

    • D: One of the most basic principles of Mosley's brand of British fascism, encouraged by the writings of German philosopher Oswald Spengler, was that of the 'Faustian' European culture; that through self-sacrifice in the name of the state one achieved a sense of spiritual wholeness, an identity that would slake Man's incessant urges, and indeed the mindless pursuit of material comfort was viewed as the starting point to all decadence. As a Skill, the effects only manifest when Assassin's ally — be they his Master, his audience, or even a landmark to which he is particularly fond — comes under attack, at which point a portion of his mana proportionate to the damage suffered is automatically spent. While this seems a useless skill that only serves to reinforce a vague sense of masochism, it comes with a small selection of benefits; the mana spent by Assassin, for example, is used to assist in his allies' recovery. As Assassin is aware when and where his followers come under attack, using them as an unintentional means of information-gathering also becomes possible.

    Sinful Clown
An inversion of Innocent Monster, it is a Skill where one's deeds in life are deliberately downplayed by future generations and the Servant becomes a mockery of themselves, also known as the Guy Fawkes effect. While it can be beneficial to stealth at lower ranks, at higher levels it becomes a wholly negative effect.

    • B: The threat Oswald Mosley once posed of a potential fifth fascist column in British politics was all but immediately forgotten even before his eventual death, and to this day he is the subject of mockery in his home nation. As a result, Assassin's already-pitiful parameters are under a constant Rank-Down effect that can only be overcome through application of his latter Noble Phantasm. Furthermore, upon his actual summoning, there is a slight chance he will receive a random 'prank' penalty as a consequence of the Curse of the Comedians, which can vary from 'a compulsion to design and sell women's undergarments' to 'cannot speak or communicate in any form for the first thirty days after summoning.'

    Noble Phantasms

    Blackshirts
My Brothers, Guards of the Sacred Flame

    Rank: D+
    Type: Anti-Army
A moniker applied to Mosley's supporters for the uniforms they wore, deliberately styled after Mussolini's group of the same name in Fascist Italy, the Blackshirts for a time struck terror into portions of the British populace — and inspired a sensation of triumph in others. As a Noble Phantasm it represents the great ambitions embodied in Mosley's character and his ability to spread them unto the populace, bestowing on them a small but still undeniable portion of his own power. It is not an ability that requires Assassin to consciously activate it or invoke its name, but a passive effect applied to anyone who willingly aligns themselves with his views, provided Assassin himself regards them as capable of carrying out his mission — that is to say, that they possess Nordic blood.

Given that Assassin holds no supernatural means by which to convert others to his philosophy, and that his principles are so deeply invested in his ideal British state, perhaps an explanation is in order as to how Mosley can even function as a Servant if summoned outside the British Isles. This is due to a curious quirk of the British fascist form, tied up as it was in the equivalence between culture and race; the idea that 'blood' could comprise not just physical traits but mental and moral aspects of the individual as well. Therefore, provided his audience possesses the proper 'Nordic' traits (ranging from curiosity and honesty to a love of nature to even a basic sense of duty), he can easily adapt his speechcraft to their situation with his sheer mastery of rhetoric, though he will find the task of converting his fellow Englishmen significantly easier. The only exception to this is members of the Semitic bloodline, for whom Mosley's distaste will bar him from applying Blackshirts to them, regardless of his excuses. Then again, the Master who would attempt to have Assassin do so in the first place deserves commendation for their cruelty.

Once applied to an individual, Blackshirts provides next to indication of its presence, bar whatever clothing the target wore at the time of conversion being turned a slightly darker shade. While it provides Mosley's followers with a fraction of his mana, this is not sufficient to allow them to engage in combat with Servants, and is instead used to give them Faustian Saint and Lifeblood of the Nation from Assassin's selection of skills, the former helping to foster a group identity whilst the latter's rank varies in proportion to the person's own patriotic fervour.

The Blackshirts serve as Assassin's primary 'weapon' during the Holy Grail War, a web of followers that might be used to identify and lynch enemy Masters whilst their Servants are otherwise occupied. Incidentally, much to Assassin's displeasure, his supporters also receive an E rank in Mad Enhancement that is permanently active, not robbing them of reason to any degree but giving them a greater disposition towards acts of aggression, just as the violence at Olympia marked the end of Mosley's successes in Britain.

    Palingenesis
The Same Great Dream Beating in Each Heart

    Rank: C
    Type: Anti-Army
A curious neologism, it is the legendary fascist minimum long sought by political theorists and scholars, those aiming to define some sole connecting element between the myriad fascist movements that overtook Europe in the 20th century, noted for their varying character and inconsistent philosophy. Even then, palingenesis is difficult to describe, little more than a pure, single incorruptible ideal. Nothing short of the hope — the promise — of national rebirth, that the state succumbed to corruption may yet be wiped clean and begun anew. As it is the ultimate core of fascist ideology, it can be said that this is a Noble Phantasms possessed by all great fascist thinkers, be they Franco or Mussolini, and yet, similar to Mosley's claim that fascism as an ideology mutates depending upon the nation it inhabits, so too does each individual's particular expression of Palingenesis.

For Mosley, the idea of rebirth is quite literal; upon his summoning, he is forcibly incarnated in the appearance he once held as a child — though according to the man himself, the Curse of the Comedians has made him both significantly shorter and fairer of face than he ever was in life — to which the fact he retains his talent for speechcraft speaks volumes for his ability. From there Assassin is subjected to the progression as outlined in one of his greatest influences, the writer Oswald Spengler; Spengler's Decline of the West, where he discusses culture as a living organism, destined to at some point decline and decay, held a dramatic influence over the British fascist model. As such, with each 'major event' of the Holy Grail War (be it the summoning or death of another Servant, the addition of a new Master to the conflict, or any other number of factors), he will move forward one stage in his development, from child to teenager to young man to adult to middle-age into elderly, before finally being forcibly yielded to death. While this alone would be bad enough, there are further penalties imposed upon Assassin; whilst one might assume that his abilities increase with time to offset the faults of this Noble Phantasm, in reality the inverse is true. This is because, instead of aging representing Mosley's movement towards becoming a true civilisation, his child form is instead him at his 'purest' and he instead slowly becomes more corrupt. Therefore, just as he was in life reduced to slinging racial slurs from street corners to drum up support in the latter years of his life, and as he attempted to renounce his own fascist ideology, Assassin's ranks in Incitement, Captivation and Lifeblood of the Nation decrease by one rank with each stage before being eventually sealed.

A purely damaging Noble Phantasm that is of no use to its owner, perhaps reflecting the failure that was his attempts to gain power, its potential value only becomes clear after Assassin's death; if Mosley is allowed to pass due to the effects of Palingenesis, the sense of confirmation bias he feels in seeing Spengler's theories on the decay of Western civilisation confirmed will linger in this world as a curse. Of those Servants remaining at that point in the War, any who can be thought of as 'Western' will begin to undergo the same decay as Assassin, with all Skills and parameters decreasing by a rank with each noteworthy event before the Servant's eventual erasure, a causality-type Noble Phantasm that does not qualify as an attack and simply relies upon the fall of Western civilisation as evidenced by Assassin's demise, absolutely inevitable. It is this unavoidable sense of spite that more than anything demonstrates the innate nihilism of Spengler in his influence over Mosley.

    Palingenesis
Our Flame is One the Ages Shall Not Extinguish

    Rank: EX
    Type: Anti-World
The true form of Palingenesis, a 'hidden' Noble Phantasm unknown to even Assassin himself. If the false form 'expresses the variance of views between fascist thinkers,' then it is the true form that embodies 'the ultimate goal of all fascists that marks them as sharing the same ideology.' As such, Palingenesis takes what amounts to the same form between any fascist Servant sufficiently qualified to use it, though the actual qualifications as such will vary again by the individual; this is because the Noble Phantasm represents the fulfillment of a dream first born in 1921, with fulfilling each individual's idea of how to achieve that dream being the requirements for unlocking this power. As Palingenesis represents not one person's legend, but instead the combined wish of any who ever flew the fascist banner, it wields significantly greater mystery than a mere century-old political tenet should ever possess.

For Oswald Mosley, the conditions to activate Palingenesis are rooted in his expression of the false form. To be more precise, they represent his personal ideological break from the model put forth by Spengler, for whilst his inspiration believe wholeheartedly in the inevitable decline of Western civilisation, the great Nordic works falling to ruin as had so many before them, Mosley committed himself and his supporters to the belief this decay could be stopped, that the end of the Western life-cycle would be averted. Upon reaching the 'adult' form in the cycle enforced upon him by Palingenesis therefore, Assassin must in some way prove that he and the culture he represents will be diminished no further, either by convincing a Servant of great 'traditional' mystery to convert to his ideals, or through defeating an enemy Servant who embodies the 'modernity' he sought an alternate route to (this is assuming he is not summoned in his native Britain, wherein the condition immediately becomes 'attain a position of immense political power').

Upon fulfilling his condition, Mosley immediately reverts to his child form, now blazing with light, for he has become the First Man of a reborn British nation. As such, Sinful Clown is immediately removed from his Skill list to be replaced with Territory Creation EX (the rank at which one might create a 'Country,' wherein Assassin's talents in speechcraft are amplified to the point even a word from him will immediately convert any human listener to his viewpoint) and Imperial Privilege EX (for Mosley, the relevant skills are Independent Action, Eye for Art, Military Tactics, Marksmanship, Golden Rule, Magecraft and Subversive Activities, all at A rank), whilst all of his parameters permanently increase by two full ranks. Furthermore, as Mosley's idealised Britain represented a return to the state as it had existed in Tudor times, with Tudor England in his mind embodying the first fascist state, Assassin may manifest the Noble Phantasm of any individual who lived in this period, degraded by one rank, regardless of the desires of their original owner.

As an aside, the effects of this Noble Phantasm line up more or less exactly with the wish Mosley would put before the Grail.

    Lore

Oswald Mosley, a curious figure both tragic and repulsive, who would no doubt have gone down as one of the greatest orators of the twentieth century if not for the virtues to which he chose to commit his career. Founder of the British Union of Fascists following his defection from the Labour party in 1932, his was Britain's first real instance of the fascist ideology — and without doubt its most disastrous. While initially Mosley's rhetoric was more than able to charm the masses, even bringing both the press and members of the aristocracy into his fold, the brutality of his followers displayed in the Olympia incident all but immediately alienated most of the public, marking a decline from which his party would never recover. By the end of the decade, Mosley had been reduced to little more than a footnote in the history of his country, a curiosity to be inspected and laughed over by later historians.

Upon his summoning, Assassin's Master will no doubt be struck by his intensity; it is this great fervour and strength of character with which he did enthrall the nation. Mosley's passion and absolute belief in his own undying righteousness is what pushes him forward, even knowing as he does the pitiable circumstances of his demise. However, whilst one might admire him for genuinely believing the views he extolls — his sense of optimism, the evident love for his country and all it means in his mind — it is as much hatred for what the world has become that drives him, and one need put forth little effort to expose the loathing buried beneath. Usually unqualified for most traditional classes, it is the countless dead as a result of the racial hatred he helped incite that marks Oswald Mosley as an Assassin, and that alone is cause to revile him.

Oswald: Wow, I can tell you put an absolute ton of effort into this guy.

Seriously, With the sheer amount of detail you crammed in, this counts as a history lesson as much as a Servant sheet. Having three NPs for such a modern figure is a bit of a stretch but since one of them only serves to handicap him and the other is something that only activates under very special conditions I'd say it's fair enough. Great job!
