The main suspicious bit about Gilles' trial is that his prosecutor immediately received all of Gilles' land and wealth, which makes the entire thing kinda fishy. There seems to be some evidence of actual murders, though.
Still, that sort of accused Gilles could easily just be him manifesting in a different class. Berserker comes to mind, seeing as he qualifies for it.

Born "K'inich Janaab Pacal I", Pacal the Great was king of the Mayan city-state of Palenque, and holder of the longest reign in Mesoamerican history, lasting from approximately 603 to 683 AD. In the language of Classic Mayan, his name meant "Shield," and for his expansion and cultivation of Palenque's power and prestige, he became known as the Shield of the Sun by his people. As a child, he grew up in a Palenque that had been victimized by its neighbors, raided and pillaged until it was on the brink of collapse, with only 10% of its male population remaining alive and free, the last raid taking place when he was merely nine years old.

At the age of twelve, Pacal was forced to take the throne with his mother's support, marshaling power and cultivating economic partnerships to rebuild the city-state. Under his rule, Palenque flourished, growing from a relatively minor and recovering city-state to a thriving mecca in the midst of a great Renaissance. While smaller than cities like Chichen Itza or Tikal, Palenque is more famous for its architecture and temples than its other contemporaries, despite over 90% of the total area of the city still unexplored and buried underneath the jungle's overgrowth. directly responsible for the construction and sponsorship of many monuments, producing some of the finest art and architecture recognized in Mayan civilization. He also led the weakened nation to retake its land and even expanded to neighboring city-states, reversing the effects of decades of raiding by its neighbors.

Following his death, no subsequent king of Palenque would match either the length or achievements of his rule, and the city itself was lost to history a mere century after the end of Pacal's reign - in the end, the splendor and success of his rule were only transitory, as he could not save Palenque but only delay its last moments. Regarded as a favorite of the gods for his achievements and success, Pacal deliberately fostered an image of his mother as descended from the first mother of Mayan religion, and constantly surrounded himself in iconography of divine rule to bolster his claim to leadership and to prevent assassination or further attacks from his enemies. In death, his sacrophagus was inscribed with the jeweled world tree of Ceiba, an axis mundi connecting the Mayan kingdom to both the underworld Xibalba beneath and the heavens above. In life, these pathways were those traveled by the king to retrieve the bounties of life and prosperity for his people.

Personality:
Outwardly, Pacal is a straight-faced, overbearing presence who speaks little and intones heavily when he does. He is an imposing guardian, steadfastly carrying out the task assigned to him with the demeanor of an immovable earthen wall. Underneath his stoic demeanor, Pacal is generous and warm, having done his best to rebuild and strengthen a city-state decimated by its enemies, even if it meant spending his entire reign expanding and reinforcing its military might and cutting ruthless deals to build its economic power.

He took all of the responsibility for their welfare on his young shoulders, even if it meant hardening his own heart and spending the entirety of his life encased in the trappings of divinity and rulership. A great lover of the arts, he is passionate about sculpture and architecture, having fostered both in his kingdom as soon as it was practical to do so - if given an opportunity to talk about it, one would hardly recognize the excited aficionado and the stoic leader side-by-side.

To those under his protection, or who have earned his respect, he is a great ally, willing to sacrifice and risk everything on their behalf. He has no desire to have a second life under the thrall of the sickness that has raised his legend into one of her Alter Egos - while he follows her wishes, he seeks any opportunity to subvert or sabotage her rule, should he see an adequate probability of success.

An id_es derived from "Conceptual Improvement." Ordinarily, the special right and unfair advantage of improving any tool, from any given time or place. However, as an Alter Ego and affected by the bounty of Mt. Penglai, this skill has morphed from an aptitude for improving the traits and power of structures and items into a skill that forcibly expands only the size and scale of them. The progression of this skill depends on the intensity of Pacal's focus, with greater and more narrow focus accelerating the originally slow and passive effect. All things afflicted by Pacal's gaze are raised up and expanded - weapons become larger, beasts grow bigger, and even hallways become longer and the boundaries of a given territory cannot help but grow faster.

However, as only the size is expanded, the durability and structural integrity are unaffected, and this skill draws no distinction between the size an item may bear and the size at which it cannot help but collapse under its own weight. While this first appears to be a buff, this skill inevitably becomes the equivalent of an inconvenient, deadly alteration of dimensions until the afflicted target of improvement snaps under its own mass. The development may be slowed proportionately by ranks in Magic Resistance or skills that maintain the original shape of one's body, but may not be negated entirely.

While he lacks the skill to fully overturn a strategic defeat, his broad perspective is skilled at buying time and wringing more out of all available resources.

At high levels, one is treated as a mixed race of a Divine Spirit, and the level declines when the Heroic Spirit's own rank as a Monster or Demonic Beast raises. It can also decrease due to one's dislike for the gods. Those who have A Rank Divinity or above has reached the Throne of Gods. It also has an effect which reduces special defensive values called 'purge defense' in proportion to the Divinity's Rank. It can break through Skills such as Protection of the Faith and Enlightenment of the Sacred Fig. Despite the absence of clear evidence, Pacal's claims of divine lineage were accepted by his people based on the results he achieved, resulting in worship and reverence by those who followed the path he set.

An intimidatingly large shield carried by Pacal at all times, cast in divinely-enchanted, heavy stone and layered in ornate inscriptions and narrative panels. As a Noble Phantasm, the shield is a representation of the Temple of the Inscriptions, the largest Mesoamerican stepped pyramid and one of the three great architectural works of Pacal the Great. The structure was built to serve as Pacal's funeral monument, containing numerous examples of hieroglyphic art telling the story of Pacal's reign, ascension, and divinity. In particular, the lid of his sacrophagus depicted the king in an intermediate state between the underworld and the heavens, surrounded by the jeweled Ceiba world tree and either descending into, or arising out of, the entrance to Xibalba.

The inscriptions carry the Authority of Pacal as ruler of Palenque and as favorite of the jaguar god, permitting limited manifestation of divine power by invocating its true name. This effect rises the closer Pacal is to death, beginning at a paltry D rank but increasing exponentially the closer he grows to the end of his life and his ascension as a divine king. This authority manifests offensively in the form of the terrestrial fire of the jaguar god also bestows the king's authority to travel between the worlds of the living and dead. At its height, unrestrained, for a brief shining moment the life and death of another would be completely under Pacal's sway. However, full access to the underworld is diminished by his status as a subordinated Alter Ego, allowing him merely increased durability, protection, and bonuses to saving checks the closer he comes to death, due to the grace and protection of the underworld's jaguar god.

As a digression, controversial interpretations of the sarcophagus lid identified the depiction as an image of Pacal ascending into space as if propelled by the exhaust of a mighty rocket, depicting Pacal as an ancient astronaut and a tenuous link to the theory that ancient Mesoamerican civilization were influenced by alien contact. Though dismissed as pseudo-archaeology at best, this interpretation has also been recorded by the Eye of God, granting this Noble Phantasm an alternate transformation in SE.RA.PH that transforms the shield into the foundation of an orbital platform with a deceptively diverse array of extraterrestrial features and weaponry.

Due to his overwhelming preference, unless coerced, this ability is fundamentally not used in this incarnation.

Background

As a Divine Spirit, Inari can’t be summoned in their actual body and must possess a compatible person in order to manifest. Just like in the original Caster version, they’ve chosen the most compatible of their mikos as the temporary body, but this time the reasons are different. It may look as if they were rewarding the shaman girl, but this is actually a punishment?

“She was overdoing it, working all the time without stopping… What was she going to accomplish, huh? Anyways, I’m punishing her by taking her on a forced vacation.”

That’s what they said. Apparently, they can afford doing something like this since the original Inari is still in the Throne of Gods doing their tasks and there’s not much to do in summer, when many people close their shops and go on a holiday. Either that or she just wanted to have an excuse to go on holiday without anyone complaining.

Personality

Summer holidays is a time to relax and disconnect from work, a truce in the battle against the world that we call “routine”. When the days become longer and the heat becomes more intense, no matter if you’re animal, human or god, you’d most likely want to do nothing, just to relax and have some cool drinks. Logically, Inari isn’t an exception.

As composed and mature as usual, during this summon Inari shows a more relaxed behavior. There’s nothing better for her than having a nap at the beach under an umbrella, lulled by the sound of the waves. The desire for some time to relax is such that her being the god of prosperity almost looks like a lie, but she’ll quickly abandon her apparent laziness to discipline those who are undeservedly resting. Only those who have been working hard have the right to rest, it seems. By the way, doesn’t she almost look like a delinquent when she gets angry? Could those be the god’s true colors? It’s probably better for you if you don’t ask.

The messages that annoyed her as a Caster keep being sent even now. It seems that, coincidentally, the “fox goddess waifu” that sends all that spam also has a swimsuit version. Maybe she should delete her account on whatever social network Servants use to communicate with each other.

Replacing the Inexhaustible Bale (Body) skill of the Caster version, Inari can now create drinks instead of rice. To be more specific, she generates sake and tea. She’s the god of those beverages, after all. Quite useful to placate the heat of summer, but some food would be nice too.

Inari isn’t a spartan home tutor or a controller of public morals, but she’s still a member of the strict bikini girls group, working as the person in charge of ensuring that those who haven’t been productive throughout the year do something productive while everyone else has their deserved rest.

“This sword is the product of a day of hard work, born thanks to the effort of human and god. I’m going to strike you with it until the feeling of that effort is engraved in every single fiber of your lazy body.”

A legendary sword forged by the great blacksmith Sanjō Munechika, Kogitsunemaru’s forging was ordered by the emperor Ichijō, who was suggested during a dream to have a sword forged for him. Having sent one envoy to Munechika’s house in Kyōto, the swordsmith claimed it was impossible for him to make a sword befitting for the emperor, as he didn’t have an assistant to help him. Having been ordered to find one, Munechika, not knowing what to do, went to the Fushimi Inari shrine. After finishing his prayers, a boy appeared to him while he was walking through the gateways. The mysterious kid asked Munechika if he had to forge a sword for the emperor, and promised to go help him.

The next day, after Munechika finished the preparations to purify the forge, he pleaded for divine assistance. The same boy of the day before appeared suddenly, silent like a fox. It was then when Munechika understood, that the boy was the god Inari themselves. Without receiving any indication, Inari supported the blacksmith’s hammer blows perfectly. Out of gratitude to the deity, this sword was baptized as Kogitsune-maru.

Kogitsune-maru’s destiny after passing through the emperor Ichijō’s hands is historically uncertain, as the sources don’t agree and there are many swords that share its name. The truth is that this sword eventually was renamed as Mikazuki Munechika, one of the Tenka Goken, the greatest five swords to have been created in Japan. This second name comes from the crescent moon patterns that can be seen in the lower area of the blade. Among its owners, we can count Toyotomi Hideyoshi and several Tokugawa warlords. Considered the most beautiful of the Tenka Goken, this sword is considered a national treasure, and a symbol of imperial authority. During this summer event, Inari is able to summon this sword as her personal weapon. Since she spends most of the time relaxing (or at least trying to do it), she doesn’t unsheathe it very often, except for those times in which she must face a high-level enemy of prosperity.

By infusing the blade with magical energy, the edge glows dimly, as if exposed to the moonlight. Swinging it releases little blue flames, what we know as kitsunebi or foxfire, either as a burning slash or as a blazing wave. Whichever the attacking method is, you probably won’t like to have third degree burns over your sunburns. Summer is going to be hotter for those who don’t deserve enjoying it. Now, what would Munecika think if he saw his masterwork being used like this, and by the god that helped him make it, on top of that?

Okay i started with learning japanese as i was so 19 ~ ,im more like your reverse in this point i can (depending one the anime) understand around 55~78 % of the conversation and could give at least for a tourist Japanese direction suggestions ,or ask and understand questions and answers but although i tried i have problems at memoryze the graphs /kanji system.

Despite her youthful appearance, Caster's personality is that of a stereotypical grumpy old man. She is wholly immersed in her research, and her reaction to anyone interrupting her studies is to whack the offender over the head with her staff.

However, Caster warms up around those who show an interest in astronomy, allowing them to address her as "Teacher" and observe her studies (as long as they don't touch anything). While she may grumble and complain, Caster ultimately regards passing on her knowledge to those who seek it to be her greatest duty and pride as a scholar. A reluctant yet devoted educator.

Due to her experience with Perseus, Caster greatly dislikes "great heroes", considering them violent hotblooded idiots who solve all their problems by hitting them over the head with the nearest big stick rather than using their brains. While she may open up if the hero proves to be respectful of her works, they would have to overcome Caster's instinctive prejudice.

Caster is fascinated by the new advents in mathematics and astronomy since her lifetime, and will immediately immerse herself in studying them upon summoning. Her wish on the Holy Grail is to "see the truth of the heavens".

upon his shoulders. Upon invocation, a glowing gold magic circle in the shape of an astrolabe with nodes corresponding to the various planets materializes in the air around Caster.

By conceptualizing her surroundings as a celestial globe and placing herself at the axis, Caster can manipulate the rotations of everything around her. The simplest usage of this ability resembles basic telekinesis, pulling objects (including living beings) close to her or pushing them away. With more concentration Caster can dodge projectile attacks by making them bend around her in an arc, spin objects around herself to build up their momentum before launching them as destructive projectiles or even form a swirling debris field of small objects around herself to both shield her from attack and batter any enemies who try to get close.
