Saber's eyes have always been properly green, originally:

It's just a darker shade of green than Nero's bright green eyes, is all. I do think they started making Saber's eyes more turquoise at some point though, though I can't say when. Or maybe they're just inconsistent. That tends to happen with a lot of characters from a lot of franchises, after all.

They're blue too, that picture has them tinted by the yellow light. You can see it clearly in other images.
Rin's eyes are a deeper blue, Saber's are turqoise.

Actually, like Winter mentioned, Rin's eyes are sometimes turqoise as well:
Other times they are indeed clearly blue, like you said. It's the same with Saber, though in her case they are sometimes turqoise, and sometimes green. I'm just going to blame it on them not being 100% consistent, or on lighting, like you mentioned, or both.

Fair enough. And I mean, as you can see from my earlier posts, I wasn't really the one most argumenting for turqoise eyes on either Saber or Rin to begin with. I'm mostly in the "Saber's eyes are green, Rin's eyes are blue" camp. I just conceded that sometimes they do indeed look turqoise.

I mean, it's seafoam green, yeah. Saber's eyes are between green and blue, so having them be either pure blue or pure green is wrong.

Well, Touko wasn't actually seen in HF True, only rumors about her and Rin/Sakura following leads and Sakura dumping her assets to get the new body for Shirou.
Zelretch is pretty much assured, but he was in and out in a flashback, basically telling Rin, "you're cool now that I scared them, go use their libraries and I might see you later sometime. Oh, and your family ain't so bad, only took 'em six generations to reach this. Bye."

What I want to see is Dilo actually getting an appearance, but thinking logically, they don't have to do that, which sinks my hopes a little bit more.
