    Y HULLO THAR WANKTASTIC ARTURIA-CLONE

    Also, she actually only partially belong here (as a historic Servant), as this is a syncretion of the real Kenshin, the rumor of him being a female, and two video game characters. But screw that, this thread needs a Kenshin
    =======================

    Uesugi Kenshin
    "Bishamonten, guide my blade!"

    Image (c) tosibow @ pixiv

    The Dragon of Echigo, Devotee of Bishamonten.
    To the world, Uesugi Kenshin was a man, a soldier with an appreciation of arts and unquenchable thirst to fine sake. However, while true, this is merely half the tale. The soft-featured administrator and tactical genius Nagao Kagetora, while a passable fighter himself, lacked the awesome power that was attributed to Kenshin. This power was actually possessed by his secret wife and kagemusha. This woman's name and description has thoroughly wiped from written history, yet nebulous oral tradition and court rumors remembered her. Some say she is an avatar of Bishamonten, some say she is a half-dragon or even an actual dragon. All we know is she's known as the True Dragon of Echigo...

    Possible Class: Saber
    Master: ???

    Parameters:
    * Alignment: Lawful Good
    * Noble Phantasm: B
    * Strength: A
    * Endurance: B+
    * Agility: A
    * Mana: B
    * Luck: D

    Class Skills:

    * Magic Resistance A
    (Saber-specific class skill)
    This skill grants protection against mundane (non-Servant) magical effects. Differently from the Resistance effect that merely rejects prana, this ability cancels the spells altogether. Important to note that the term "verse" seen below refers to a set of three lines. Thus, a chant of two verses is equivalent to a Six-Line incantation. At this rank, Kenshin can cancel spells of A-Rank or below. In practice, Kenshin is untouchable to modern magi, so it would not be an exaggeration to title the Servant a "Magus Killer".

    * Riding B
    (Saber-specific class skill)
    This skill represents expertise to ride animals and vehicles. At this rank, Kenshin can handle most vehicles and mounts with above average skill. However, cannot ride the likes of Phantasm Races such as Monstrous Beasts.

    Personal skills:

    * Protection of The Faith C
    This is a Skill possessed only by those who have sacrificed themselves for a religious view. Despite being a form of divine protection, it is not a blessing from a higher existence. It is only the absoluteness of one's body and soul, which is born from faith; But if it is too high, it causes abnormalities in the personality. Though an ardent devotee of Bishamonten, Kenshin is still susceptible to some worldly pleasures; she is known as an avid drinker. Thus, most sacraments and faith-based rituals can be used to harm her although magecraft and physical attacks will lost some of its value.

    * Prana Burst A
    This skill enables the increase in performance caused by impregnating one's weapons and body with magical energy and instantly expelling it. Simply put, recreating the effect of jet burst by expending large amounts of prana. At this rank, Kenshin can sunder a normal weapon that is not on the level of a divine mystery in one blow. She can also raise her defenses several-fold in battle, although she generally dismisses the 'armor' while not in battle to conserve mana.

    * Instinct A+
    This skill grant the power to "feel" the most favorable developments for oneself during battle. At this rank, Kenshin's refined sixth sense is now close to true precognition. It also provides a bonus effect of reducing by two-third the penalties caused by obstructed vision and hearing.

    Noble Phantasms:

    * Fukuoka Ichimonji [A Tiger Surrendered Its Claw]
    Anti-Personnel
    Target: 1
    Rank: C++
    Originally one of Shingen Takeda's most prized possession, Fukuoka Ichimonji was gifted to Kenshin as a gesture of thanks after she helped the rival warlord overcome the salt blockade imposed by the fiefdoms neighboring Kai, Shingen's home territory. Kenshin wielded the blade openly, although she curiously never wielded it against Shingen in Kawanakajima, perhaps to show her gratitude to Shingen.
    This phantasm's main power is its sharpness. There is next to nothing it won't cut, and it could even generate cutting wind with the application of Prana Burst. Another of its advantage is prana consumption; for a phantasm of this stature, the prana consumption is fairly small.

    * Amano Murakumo [A Dragon Descending in Rainstorm]
    Anti-Army
    Target: Area
    Rank: A
    One of the lesser-known imperial regalia of Japan, some said that Amano Murakumo sword is synonymous to the Kusanagi. However, Amano Murakumo is better described as Kusanagi's sister sword the way Bakuya is to Kanshou. Though not really meant to be wielded together, Amano Murakumo's power complements Kusanagi in that it 'invites' the dragons that Kusanagi 'slays'. In the possession of a 'dragon', Amano Murakumo could make the possessor unstoppable. It is rather unclear on where Kenshin obtained this sword, but as the sword's existence is less-known than its mate it is concievable that she obtained it through underground means. It is deployed to great effect in the Battle of Tedorigawa, where Kenshin scored a decisive victory against Nobunaga Oda.
    When activated, this phantasm first manifests itself as a seven-branched ceremonial sword. This sword then melds with Kenshin's armor, giving it a silvery-white scaly sheen instead of the bluish metallic one Kenshin is normally seen in. A little time later, a rainstorm will start, spreading outward from Kenshin until it reach the size of a small city. This magical rainstorm will move with Kenshin as its center, although it can be anchored in one place if so desired, represented by stabbing the sword to the earth at an open place. This way, the sword could sustain itself by tapping to the leyline beneath it though the leyline must be rich enough if it is to relieve itself from burdening Kenshin's prana.
    The rainstorm will generate a magical mire (on the ground) and buffeting winds that impedes all movement and projectile; Kenshin and people allied to him, however, will not be affected. Kenshin will also gain the benefits of the Charisma and Protection from Arrows (both equivalent to rank C) skills while inside of this area, as well as augmenting Fukuoka Ichimonji's power greatly. Her END stat is also improved.

    This guy again... Harun al Rashid summoned as an Assassin Class Servant.

    Servant Assassin

    Alternate Classes: Ruler, Caster, Saber, Rider (Stats/Noble Phantasms given for Assassin)

    True Name: Harun al-Rashid
    Titles: Fifth Abbasid Caliph, Harun the Rightly Guided/Upright/Orthodox
    Alignment: True Neutral

    Appearance:

    While within Baghdad and under the effects of All Stories Intertwine, Assassin may take any appearance he likes, although he prefers to stick to a bearded man of vaguely Arabic descent. His clothes change depending on the situation. As an Assassin, he does not hide his face with the customary skull mask.

    Personality:
    Harun al-Rashid as the Caliph is seen when he is summoned into the Ruler Class. Use of the Assassin Class container reveals Harun as the man who walked the streets of his city.

    As Assassin, Harun's ennui is at its highest. He seeks only to be entertained, and the only thing that can entertain him is the stories of the people of Baghdad. As a Servant, bound to the whims of his Master, this is a poor class for him. However, it reveals his true self far better than Ruler. As the Ruler of the people, he must remain fair and just, but underneath the mask of the Caliph he is jaded and bitter, seeking only to be entertained.

    Statistics:

    STR: D *****
    END: D *****
    AGI: B+ ********
    MAN: D *****
    LCK: C *****

    Noble Phantasm: EX

    Class Skills

    * Presence Concealment
    The ability to hide one's presence. It is the hallmark skill of the Assassin Class.

    --: Harun al-Rashid's ability to hide his presence does not correspond to this skill.

    * Territory Creation
    The ability to create a territory advantageous to one's self as a Magus.

    --: Harun al-Rashid's ability to create a territory does not correspond to this skill.

    Personal Skills

    * Discernment of the Poor (Fake)
    Insight to see through the opponent's true character and attributes gained from pretending to be poor.

    C+: Deceiving him is difficult, but can be accomplished. While within an area designated as Baghdad, the effectiveness of this skill doubles, and attempts to sidetrack conversation from the subject he wishes will invariably fail. This skill is marked (fake) due to the fact that Harun al-Rashid only pretended to be poor. However, even that false situation allowed him to inquire into the lives of his subjects.

    * Eye for Art
    An infatuation with works of art.

    B (C): A Noble Phantasm with artistic anecdotes, origins, or depictions may easily be identified. As Caliph, Harun al-Rashid invited only the best artists, musicians, and poets to perform for him and his court. He has seen so much art, he could be called a connoisseur.

    As Assassin, due to Harun's ennui, art and music no longer please him. As such, this skill receives a Rank down, although it is not completely sealed.

    * Golden Rule

    Measures one's ability to acquire wealth.

    A: Money Problems are completely unknown. However, Harun dislikes using this skill, believing that all his riches are worth nothing. Use of a Command Spell is required to force him to action.

    Noble Phantasms

    City of Stories ~ Baghdad Lives On Through Legend

    Rank EX
    Anti-Urban Noble Phantasm

    Harun al-Rashid's rule as Caliph brought wealth, art, knowledge, and fame to his empire. The city of Baghdad remains immortalized as the setting of many of the tales in One Thousand and One Nights. Harun may only invoke this Noble Phantasm in an urban area, which is designated Baghdad.

    This area begins to blossom. Artists gain inspiration. Any libraries within Baghdad also gain books at a faster rate. People are returned to the way they were in the Age of the Gods; each human receives more humanity (incidentally, this impossibility occurring is the reason for the Noble Phantasm's EX ranking, as such a thing should be impossible). Ambient Prana is increased, and Harun receives Independent Action equivalent to Rank B.

    Some of Harun al-Rashid's other Noble Phantasms require Baghdad to function/receive boosts from it.

    This Noble Phantasm is, in fact, a recreation of the miracle that was Baghdad; a city rivaling those of the Age of the Gods in a time where such a thing was thought impossible.

    Zabinaya ~ Delusion of Value

    Rank A
    Anti-Unit Noble Phantasm

    An ornate yet lethal dagger, capable of an instant-kill technique, as well as the crystallization of the wrath of the Caliph. It is an incredibly powerful Noble Phantasm, but comes with severe constraints.

    Harun al Rashid even killed his trusted vizier, Jafar, along with his family. As a result, any stories or characters, be they stories, humans, or beings with an alien concept of death that the Caliph finds boring within the bounded field of Baghdad gain the concept of "Being able to be eliminated by the Caliph". One slice of the dagger is sufficient to kill anything tangible within Baghdad. However, this technique has several weaknesses. Anything that Harun finds interesting cannot be killed by it. Not even a Command Spell can force him to eliminate an interesting target, as this Noble Phantasm simply does not work on things that the Caliph is interested in. Luck of A rank or above renders this Noble Phantasm ineffective. Also, since Heroic Spirits are those chosen for the Throne, Harun al Rashid possesses intense interest in them. It cannot be used against Masters, since doing so will kill their Servants, unless the Servant is being fueled by another source of Prana or possesses a skill such as Independent Action, allowing them to survive their Master's demise.

    All Stories Intertwine ~ The Caliph Walks Among the People
    Rank B+
    ??? Noble Phantasm

    Harun al-Rashid was said to walk the streets of Baghdad anonymously, weaving himself into the tapestry of his people's lives, and, consequently, that of the One Thousand and One Nights. While Harun al Rashid acts with this Noble Phantasm activated, he blends seamlessly into the environment, like a flat character only there for scenery purposes.

    Being within Baghdad allows him to have people perceive him however he likes, as opposed to only a flat character, although the suspension of disbelief can be broken by blatant contradiction to the perceived role. Within Baghdad, AGI is doubled, to allow observation of stories.

    However, these abilities are only side effects of this Noble Phantasm's true nature. The main effect of this Noble Phantasm is to allow him to tie narrative threads together. He will always happen to be at the right place and right time to further the story.

    Uesugi Kenshin
    Maybe this is just me, but she seems way too Arturia-ish to me (probably the intention, but doesn't stop me from disliking it). Actually she even seems better (why the A+ Instinct?) for no actual reason involved.

    Having Uesugi Kenshin be equal (or possibly better) to King Arthur in almost every way just rubs me the wrong. But as said, this is just me probably.

    I think Uesugi Kenshin fits better as more of a Lancelot than an Arturia - that's to say, a skilled warrior, rather than one who uses lots of special powers and beats your head in.

    I have argued for both sides in many 'vs' threads on various sites over the years, and every time I come to the conclusion that the ONLY way arturia beats rancekenshin is with excaliblast, and even that only works if kenshin DOESN'T have access to all the magical tools in sengoku rance (protection charm is OP, and full-regalia kenshin is the borked).

    On a related note, her description for riding needs a clause at the end that says "Unless that beast has a Hyper Weapon".

    This was a Servant my friend Typed up, and he gave me permission to put up here. I am also working on Amuro Ray as Archer, should be done soon.

    (Berserker) True Name: Link of Hyrule

    Alignment: Lawful Good

    Backstory/Mythology: Link is the hero of time, born hylian and raised in the lost woods by the kokiri, as a child he began a quest to save his realm encountering many friend and foe alike traveling time by use of the sacred master sword. He eventually conquered the evil sorcerer Ganondorf, before he was sent back to his original timeline. After being returned to his childhood he wandered into the lost woods to find his childhood friend and fairy companion, Navi. He fell through a portal somewhere in the woods and it brought him to a world parallel to Hyrule but vastly different. Again in this realm he found it in danger of destruction. He used the Ocarina of time and repeated a cycle of three days countless times in order to save this world. He succeeded but at a price, his life was lost in the act of felling the dark god Majora. Summoned under the title of berserker he wears the mask of the Fierce Deity, a raging god of terrible and nearly limitless power. The mask grants link the form and a portion of this god's power but at the cost of much of his rational thought, it was what ultimately lead to his death while he fought Majora.

    Parameters
    Strength: C(A+*)

    Endurance: A(A+*)

    Agility: C(A*)

    Mana: D(C*)

    Luck: C

    Class Skills:

    Madness enhancement: B

    Magic Resistance: C

    Personal Skills:
    Instinct: B
    Bravery: A (Disabled while under Mad Enhancement)
    Projectile: B (Disabled while under Mad Enhancement)
    Battle Continuation: B

    Divinity: A* (Only active While wearing Mask of the Fierce Deity. He becomes an avatar of a god giving him some measure of divine power.)

    Noble phantasms:Mask of The Fierce Deity: EX*
    The mask contains the soul of a raging god and when worn grants Link his form weapon and power at the cost of his sanity, It functions as Link’s Madness enhancement.

    Blade Of the Fierce Deity: A+
    The Sword of The Mad God Seal inside of the mask. Each swing produces a ring of burning light that is propelled from the blade. It is a divine weapon and is comparable to the power of Excalibur.

    Arms of The Hero: E~A
    Weapons and artifacts Link has owned and used over the course of his journey, the more powerful the item used the harsher the drain on the master becomes. Link can only wield one weapon at a time but can switch between them. He can Also only have one mask equipped at a time, While under the effect of a transformation mask he cannot use human weapons. ALL WEAPONS MASKS ARE DISABLED WHEN USING FIERCE DEITY MASK.
    ...What?

    Harun is quite interesting actually. I'd imagine him as Kirei's Servant and they troll the HGW together. Or debate theology to no end.

    Link... Well, he's a weird one but I guess he can work. And I think the Mask is in the league of B or A, not EX.

    As for Kenshin, well she's summarily the Rance!Kenshin with some historic and Koei elements mixed in. Her Prana Burst is for Commander Charge, Protection of The Faith is rather self-explanatory for someone who throws around Bishamonten's name every few sentences, and Instinct... Well, she has a very keen sense of battle so I guess it's justified.

    He figured EX Rank Simply because of its Unique-ness as a phantasm, as it is function as his mad enhancement.

    Welp, looks like my first post is gonna be a pretty odd Servant--

    "... A private man may have the use of his conscience. My Master does not."

    Name: Mary Tudor, The Bloody Queen of England
    Class: Saber
    Alignment: Lawful Neutral

    STR: C
    AGI: C
    CON: C
    MGI: B
    LCK: E
    NP: B

    Class Skills:

    Magic Resistance
    Grants protection against magical effects.

    • B: Cancel spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for her to be affected. A resistance born of both good breeding and immense piety, it is adequate for one of the Saber class.

    Riding
    The capacity to ride mounts and vehicles.

    • C: Most vehicles and mounts may be handled with average skill. However, beings of the Phantasmal Races are far beyond the Servant's ability.

    Personal Skills:

    Charisma
    The natural talent to command an army. Increases the ability of allies during group battles. A rare talent.

    • B-: Sufficient for the queen of a country. While able to inspire the masses in conditions both neutral and favourable, Saber's rank in this skill declines when faced with adverse circumstances. While Mary succeeded in wresting the crown from Lady Jane Grey, and quelling the rebellion of Wyatt the Younger, she was never capable of truly winning the people’s love, nor of making her subjects love her chosen husband.

    Headache Sufferer
    A curse one underwent in life. Greatly decreases the success rate of mental Skills.

    • D: A condition brought on by intense stress throughout Saber's life, she suffered both headaches and immense nausea from childhood. Due to this, her talent for swordplay is reduced, and she is unable to manifest her weak rank in the Eye for Art skill.

    Protection of the Faith
    A Skill possessed only by those who have sacrificed themselves for a religious view. Despite being a form of divine protection, it is not a blessing from a higher existence. It is only the absoluteness of one's body and soul, which is born from faith. But if it is too high, it causes abnormalities in the personality.

    • B++: A high rank that fits one who tossed aside everything and sacrificed many lives for the sake of her faith. At this rank, mental interference of any sort is hopeless, and Saber is protected against 'Heretical' opponents by an increase in her Constitution.

    Innocent Monster
    The skill for those whose images have been distorted. Both abilities and appearance were transformed. Incidentally, this equipment (Skill) cannot be removed.
    • C: Due to the legend of the tyrannical Bloody Mary, observers are automatically inclined to think the worst of Saber. Her actions will come off as inherently suspicious and her attempts at reconciliation will be assumed to be trickery.

    Noble Phantasms:

    Name:
    Clarencieux
    In The Fires of Smithfield

    Rank: C
    Type: Anti-Unit

    A highly-advanced skill Saber possessed in life, this a sacrament of the Church that has been heavily modified to bolster its offensive capabilities. Notably, Clarencieux is not the name of the blade Saber wields, but instead is a concept imbued within any form of weapon or armour that she uses for the sake of combat.

    Clarencieux’s primary application is its ability to transmute blood into fire, inflicting immense pain on Saber's enemies while also presenting the posibility of transforming the entireity of an opponent's bloodstream into flame. As the flames Saber creates are not ‘true’ fire, but rather are a product of her faith and her commitment to battling heresy, their very presence reinforces Saber’s power, allowing for temporary increases to Strength, Agility and Endurance by a full rank for the duration of a single battle (to be precise, after Saber draws blood and activates Clarencieux during a battle, she will possess these increased stats for the entirety of its duration. Naturally, it is also possible to spill blood frequently to maintain these ‘buffs’ indefinitely). Also, due to the conceptual nature of these flames, an ‘anti-Flame’ Noble Phantasm of greater (not equal) rank is required to dispel them.

    The secondary application of Clarencieux is less-often used, due to the specific circumstances required to manifest it. When making an attack against an opponent using a flame-based Noble Phantasm (whether it allows for the creation of, manipulation of, or negation of flames), Saber may attempt to use her nature as ‘a tyrannical queen’ to exert control over the Noble Phantasm, seizing it for her own use. This is done through both a Luck and Mana roll, with a new roll taken for each attack successively. In other words, the 32nd attack will allow 32 successive Luck rolls and 32 successive Mana rolls. As only one of each roll is needed to be successful, this is an ability that will grow stronger for each attack.

    Name:
    La Peregrina
    There Shall Ever Be A Calais In My Heart

    Rank: B
    Type: Anti-Army

    An immense pearl that was bestowed upon Saber following her marriage to Philip II of Spain, it is a gem capable of gathering and storing massive amounts of prana, making it a useful asset to Saber.

    Upon speaking the incantation ‘Veritas Temporis Filia’, a Boundary Field spanning the entirety of the Holy Grail War's perimeter is deployed, one that both recreates the environment of Saber's rule and embodies her dissatisfaction with her reign. Upon La Peregrina's activation it will begin to rain. This unending rain will be accompanied by the disintegration of food and clothing within the Field’s perimeter, outbreaks of ‘diseases that dwarf the modern immune system’ and an overwhelming sense of despair and emptiness within those who lack the capacity to resist it.

    Non-Magi will most likely start to die within 24 hours, as Saber converts their sheer misery, if not their very existence, into prana for her own use. Likewise, materials that are broken down will be transformed into prana. Also, while one might think the creation of rainfall would diminish the flames of Clarencieux, this is certainly not the case. As those flames are ‘the weapon of a queen whom history painted a bloody tyrant wreathed in flame’ and this rainfall is ‘the conditions in which said tyrant ruled’, their strength is only amplified; while La Peregrina is active, Saber may increase her Strength Endurance and Agility by two full ranks when using the power of Clarencieux. Furthermore, when she lands a successful blow on one affected by this Noble Phantasm, she may treat their Endurance as though it was one full rank lower.

    Due to its nature, and the fact that it reveals her identity, this Noble Phantasm is a last resort for Saber.

    The skill to build a special terrain that is advantageous to oneself as a magus.

    • B: Creation of a 'Workshop', where one's holy sacraments may be used more effectively, becomes possible.

    Item Construction
    The skill to manufacture magical items.
    • A: Capable of making healing potions that grant limited immortality.

    Detail:

    England's Bloody Mary, the least-successful of the Tudors and one of the most reviled monarchs in British history.

    The first born of the artistic and almost hedonistic Henry VIII, Mary was far more alike in tone to her mother, a true child of those Spanish kings who had fought without pause for the preservation of Christianity. She was constantly doted upon by her father, who insisted that she was a child who would never cry. By the age of two, she understood her duties and her fate of being betrothed well, and by age eight she had been educated in all matter that a good wife to a king should have.

    Alas, this was not to be; all attempts to betroth her to a suitable man amounted to little, and all hope of her ever finding a good husband seemed to evaporate before she reached eighteen, as Henry divorced her mother Katherine and quickly disinherited her. In short order she found her household erased and her servants dismissed, with the almost mocking title of 'The Lady Mary' replacing her status as princess. The stress of this situation inflicted her with painful and chronic bursts of illness, from which she channeled her frustration into refusing to speak with her father or to acknowledge the status of his new wife, leading to a period of three years where neither King nor Lady would speak to one another. As a form of punishment, Mary was also refused the right to speak with her mother, leaving her truly inconsolable when Katherine passed away.

    Mary saw the birth of two heirs and the passing of all Henry's wives, during which she was forced to sign a document acknowledging her father's reformation of the Church in exchange for her return to the royal court. Naturally, her relationship with her father grew sour, and she was not inclined to mourn when he passed. Her relationship with the next successor, her brother Edward, did not go much better; an argument between them early in his reign reached the point where they were both tears in front of the entire court.

    When Edward died, he did his best to deny Mary the throne due to her dedication to the Catholic faith, and the Lady Jane Grey was appointed queen. And yet Mary formed a military force and had Grey locked away within nine days. The beginning of her reign was marked by a massive procession amidst cheers and great festivities. To Mary, this was an event of unparallelled joy; a sign that the people would accept her and her faith.

    This, however, was not to be. Mary's naivete led her astray, for it was not her faith that endeared her to the English people, but her status as a legitimate successor; her attempts to create a Catholic 'counter-reformation' of the Church were frustrated by the efforts of Parliament, and her reign was constantly threatened by small peasant revolts. Indeed, upon her marriage to Philip of Spain, Wyatt the Younger and his forces mounted a rebellion that took great effort to crush, leading her to wonder if she would be allowed any freedom as a queen. There was also a period of seemingly-ceaseless unseasonable rainfall, which ushered in floods that brought famine, which combined with a decline in the cloth trade, influenza outbreaks and the greed with which Spanish traders held onto their goods served to mar her reign. This grew only worse when what had appeared to be a pregnancy, something she had yearned for with all her being, turned out to be a false alarm, a product of her desperation to birth a Catholic heir.

    In 1555, the Heresy Laws were reinstated, casting 800 Protestants from the land while 300 would lose their lives to the fires of Smithfield. To her, after all, this was a small price to pay for ushering back in the true religion. If she could not use the courts of Parliament to change the nation, then she would use what little power she had to completely destroy the Protestant infrastructure. And yet her acts were undermined by the propaganda of those same Protestants who had fled the nation, and in allowing them to be exposed to radicals abroad she had only accelerated the Protestantisation of England when they returned. She attacked France on the advice of her husband in 1558, only to lose the territory of Calais when her enemies advanced. Shedding tears pathetically on her deathbed, Mary bemoaned her failures in agony and was forced to accept her half-sister Elizabeth as heir.

    She would go on to be branded Bloody Mary, and Foxe's Actes and Monuments would immortalise her victims as martyrs and she as a tyrant for eternity.

    Summoned to the Holy Grail War, her personality is cold and deeply cynical. She speaks with a sharp tongue and immense sarcasm, rarely bothering to acknowledge the words of her opponent in battle and only ever discussing strategy with her Master. As one who has succumbed completely to despair and a rotten self-loathing, she seeks the Grail in the hopes of extending her reign. Her sole prayer is, that with more time, she could have truly succeeded in changing the nation. Or at the very least, of not being considered a monster by her people.

    Bloody Mary is pretty detailed. A little shame she couldn't clash rains with Kenshin though :3

    Also just realized that Rance!Kenshin does have Kusanagi in her route... and her final form with the full regalia will be broken as hell as her Charisma would be literally through the roof.

    @ sutaa - Nice job and welcome to Beast's Lair! I like that her first NP literally lets her fit the shonen stereotype of a "hot-blooded"! *is shot, dragged out into the streets and shot again* That said, kind of surprised she could be a Saber instead of a Caster (or even Ruler). Surely her sword skills are lackluster at best regardless of how high she can amp her stats? Oh, well, if Saber-Nero can be badass because she insists she should be a badass I guess I can't really complain about Mary. Incidentally, the picture is gorgeous. Where did it come from?

    @ You - To be fair, I would imagine most 'great' (or at least 'famous') leaders whose reigns were marred by tragedy or bad luck would wish for a do-over.

    Of course not. That would be Elizabeth.

    The artist is here, while the character is Sound Horizon's Therese Von Ludowing! (the irony of using someone who was burned to death to represent Mary was too delicious to resist)

    As for the class, it was really just because Saber is clearly the most 'royal' class. She could easily qualify for another class, and since
    technically both of her NPs would work perfectly well for a Caster, I might throw in the Class skills at some point.

    Mine is a Senjou Kyoukai no Horizon reference. Bloody Mary is blond and wields half of Excalibur in that, so does Elizabeth.

    So was mine! (a Servant, I mean.)

    Welcome to Beast's Lair.

    That - rank is a nice touch.

    Add a (Sealed) Eye for Art with a null rank?

    Protection of the Faith
    A Skill possessed only by those who have sacrificed themselves for a religious view. Despite being a form of divine protection, it is not a blessing from a higher existence. It is only the absoluteness of one's body and soul, which is born from faith. But if it is too high, it causes abnormalities in the personality.

    • B++: A high rank that fits one who tossed aside everything and sacrificed many lives for the sake of her faith. At this rank, mental interference of any sort is hopeless, and Saber is protected against 'Heretical' opponents by an increase in her Constitution.

    Hmmm. Maybe a very low rank in Innocent Monster, or (although Protection of the Faith already covers this) a skill to denote her Catholicism? Sacraments she wields do extra damage, or something along those lines? However, there's no real need to alter anything.

    Noble Phantasms:

    Name:
    Clarencieux
    In The Fires of Smithfield

    Rank: C
    Type: Anti-Unit

    A highly-advanced skill Saber possessed in life, this is a sacrament of the Church that has been heavily modified to bolster its offensive capabilities.

    So she possessed Clarencieux in life (as an early Executor, maybe) as a skill, like Caren's sensitivity to demons?

Also, due to the conceptual nature of these flames, an ‘anti-Flame’ Noble Phantasm or skill? of greater (not equal) rank is required to dispel them.

I'd change the rank to C+ to reflect the conditional ability.

As those flames are ‘the weapon of a queen whom history painted a bloody tyrant wreathed in flame’ and this rainfall is ‘the conditions in which said tyrant ruled’, their strength is only amplified; while La Peregrina is active, Saber may increase her Strength, Endurance and Agility by two full ranks when using the power of Clarencieux. Furthermore, when she lands a successful blow on one affected by this Noble Phantasm, she may treat their Endurance as though it was one full rank lower.

    Due to its nature, and the fact that it reveals her identity, this Noble Phantasm is a last resort for Saber.

    I didn't do a ton of editing, because she's a very structurally sound Servant.

    Although, if no obvious protagonists (ex: Shirou or Rin) show up to stop Angra Manyu, he'd probably be fine with letting it out in hope of them showing up. He couldn't kill it with his Zabinaya; it's too interesting.

    @gunbaz... All this talk makes me REALLY want to do a batch or Rance! servants from that game...

    Shingen would be particularly interesting since he actually doesn't have a physical body (maybe the master would have to wear the armor and BECOME shingen?).

    Mary tudor makes me a little sad, because she was on my short list of peopel I wanted to try and make. Then again this one is actually better than what I had in mind, so I don't feel too bad.
